I was charged both a Travel Charge of $35.00 and Energy Surcharge of $12.95. When I called it was explained the Travel Charge is wear and tear on their vehicles and the Energy Surcharge was for gas. This is in addition to the Service Charge. I feel this is excessive and part of the cost of doing business.
