I have a problem with my TV and could not figure it out on my own. Being I got the television at Walmart I called them to see if they had any advice and they recommended techmate in Buffalo. I called them in the morning and they had somebody out at my house by mid-afternoon. Not only did they fix it almost immediately they were running a special so that it only cost me $50 for them to come out and fix it. Great service and the repairman was super nice. If I had a problem again with any electronics I would call them.

Dropped off my desktop computer because it wouldnt connect to the internet. The tech behind the counter asked for my phone number and I gave him my home number (landline, that some if us still have). Didnt explain to me that this needed to be a cellphone number and that the only way of communication between them and myself about my repair would be via text only. Or scan this QR code. I had asked the tech how long it would take them to diagnose the problem and he said maybe a day or two. So I waited for a phone call from then for 5 days and no call. So I sat down and reread the sheet of paper they handed me when I dropped it off. Finally I realized they are never going to call me with their diagnosis. So I finally called them and gave them my cell number instead. Within minutes I received a text from Techmate about their diagnosis for my computer from 3 days prior. If only they had explained to me up front that the phone number I provided needed to be a cell number. Could have gotten my computer back a lot sooner.For $99 they cleaned up the corrupted drivers on my computer. It works just fine now!!Thank You Teckmate!!

Thank you to the nice younger guy who replaced my wifes Iphone SE battery last Saturday. He did a great job and very professional. He initally told me it would take about two hours, so I dropped it off and went to run some errands in Buffalo. About 45 minutes later I got a text message that said her phone was done already. Shes been very happy. Her old battery lasted about 5 hours and now she can go all day with still more than 80% charge. Well worth the 60.00 to make the 128GB Iphone SE last another few years. I brought my Iphone in to get the screen repaired and when I got it back, my phone screen has not been working. At first, my screen just wasnt working when I was tapping on it, then my screen started glitching and now my screen wont even turn on but my phone is on. Ill still get calls and notifications but my screen is black. After they repair it, I will never go to them for a repair again. Worst business ever.

I had 2 years of photos on a phone that had a broken screen, that I could not transfer to my new phone. I took it here after no one else was able to help. They got everything transfered for me in 30 minutes.

We brought an iPad in for a screen replacement, which was fine. Had no problems until the screen cracked only two months after replacing it. The crack started right at the home button and then spider webbed from there. This was never dropped, we never did anything to cause this crack.When we brought it in a second time we were told they could not warranty it because of the damage! We respectfully tried to fight this because it was at no fault of our own. We were only offered a discount of 15%. After the second repair we picked it up and had to pay FULL PRICE after being offered a discount!!! If this wasnt bad enough the home button practically fell out of it the moment we brought it home.After we brought it in YET AGAIN we had to wait five days for them to repair something they didnt fix properly in the first place.After receiving it back for the third time, the outside edges of the screen are so gunked with glue I cannot even put on a screen protector.I had high hopes after the first visit, but after every experience after that I would never recommend this place, and definitely will not be bringing my business back to them.

Just wanted to leave a review and say WOW! I was skeptical about taking my computer to a repair shop because I didnt think they would be able to help. But Techmate Buffalo proved me wrong. I just needed a new DC Jack and they recommended replacing my drive with a solid state drive along with the DC Jack. I took their recommendation and now my computer is running faster and better than it did when it was new. Thank you Daniel for your help! Weve used these guys 2x in the past. Last time we had a broken hinge on a gaming laptop and they were able to use a creative way to not only fix it but make it even stronger than before! My son loves the frankenstein look (cool tiny bolts in that corner) which make his laptop unique and cool at the same time.Then I had a unique situation with some people I help take care of and Andrew went above and beyond to make things right.These guys care, and it shows. I have brought a few things up here to be serviced, like a phone and a watch. My watch still has issues with the back button after they replaced the battery. They need to make sure before return items to the customer everything is functioning.
