The store itself is clean and well-stocked, but I do not recommend coming here for printing or laminating. I brought in a few sheets of 8.5x11 paper that I needed laminated and was told that they had no idea if they could get it done that day or if it would take a few days because they “didn’t know if anyone would come in to work”. Go elsewhere for printing or laminating!

BUYER BEWARE! A non profit organization I volunteer for placed an order for pick up. I was sent to pick it up but when I arrived to pick up the order, which was time sensitive, I was informed the order had been put back on the shelf and the organization was refunded because the order was not picked up in the allotted time frame. A time frame which was never conveyed to the organization. I attempted to pick up the order the day it was needed having very little time to pick up the order in the first place let alone stand there while they explained to me that their system refunded the order automatically and they couldnt do anything about it. This business does not care about the people standing in front of them, they only say and do what the system tells them to do. If you send anything for pick up and need it be aware it may not be there when you get there to pick it up and the management will not care that they have inconvenienced you or potentially jeopardized your work/school/etc. Their system is flawed and their customer service is extremely poor.

The whole point of ordering online for in-store pickup is to save time and minimize contact with other people. When you place a printing order online, it gives you two options; you can pick up at the print counter, or you can pick up at the pickup station in the front of the store. Every time I order printing, I opt to pick up at the pickup station. Yet the last three times I have ordered print jobs, I have been told I need to pick up my order at the printing counter, which is in the very back of the store. So now, despite having placed an order online to avoid such, I have to walk through the entire store to the print counter, where I am then forced to stand in line and wait. WHAT IS THE POINT?! When I questioned this the last time, I was given some ambiguous answer about how it is store policy that printing orders have to be picked up at the printing counter. If this is the case, then why does the website offer the option to pick it up at the front station?!?!?!The last straw was on Thursday evening. I went to pick up my order which included a print job as well as some merchandise. The website says the store closes at 9 PM. The business hours posted on the door of the store say they close at 9 PM. Yet when I arrived at 8:54 PM the doors were locked, the gates were down, and there was no one in sight. My merchandise order was in sight, because I could see it through the window on the pick up station shelf. I wasn’t going in to shop six minutes before closing, I was only going to run in, take my order off the shelf, and run out. So I had to go back the next day, and sure enough, my merchandise order was up front but my printing order was in the back. I will confess to having “Karened” in this instance, and I’m sorry to the young man who had to listen to my rant, but why offer store pickup if I have to run all over the store to get my stuff?! Why can’t my pickup orders be all in one place? It’s absurd.

Came to use self printing service for 20 minutes only to have both printers not work and charge me for blank sheets of paper. Was in a rush and there was only one person at the printing station with a line so I left without being able to accomplish what I came to do. Picked up a couple other things and the cashier and staff were nice. Not coming again for printing services.

I had a poster made for an event. Ordered at 4pm the day before and it was ready at 9:30 am the next day. I am very grateful to the staffs there who worked hard to have my order ready at such short notice; but last minute orders are not advised especially if you want it on vinyl because it may have to be shipped to the store. Thanks Christine for your help .

Its not easy to work entry level retail. The folks at this location are good people and manage to provide good customer service despite the struggle to remain human in such a poorly designed space (commercial florescent lighting, rediculous store layout, demanding customers, corporate policies that can grind your soul, etc).

I was looking online for a monitor locally. Google pointed me to this store though it wasnt open yet. So i called anyhow. Sure enough Andy the man in charge picked up and took the time to check if they had one in stock and put it on hold for me. Its always appreciated when an asscociate checks the physical inventory and not the POS(point of sale)system. I understand sometimes these systems do not show updated inventory but Andy was sure to not allow this possible trip to be unfruitful.

Im helping my tattoo artist get ready for the art festival this weekend.Part of that includes having his pen and inks scanned to a cruiser, so if he sells the original he can always make prints. So yesterday, we (his daughter and I) go to Office Max, we have 24 pen and inks scanned.Except.The employee, Nick, I think they said his name was, scanned them as PDF files, which are useless to a piece of art. And somehow, in the process, moved or deleted 32 other files. So my artist went out and bought a whole new cruiser, so Round 2 didnt end up deleting more files, and fished out the 32 pen and inks we needed to scan again, and this time, his wife and I went to Office Max.We told them what happened, and all of a sudden they couldnt scan his art because of the sexual nature. Weve been going there for years.Let me start by saying, generally speaking, his art is not sexual. He is, among other things, a horror artist. There is nudity in his art.Nudity is not sexual in nature. The manager, and then store manager, didnt look at the context of his art before they declared it sexual. It was THEM that sexualized the nudity in his art.The store manager, when he finally, and reluctantly, agreed to rescan the art for us, opened the box of deleted files, picked up a piece that is in fact sexual, turned to me and said, This seems sexual to me or something like that, to which I informed him, that was something they scanned for us last year. They went out of their way to not help us after they destroyed our files and wasted our money.Yes, they finally helped. They told us there was no way they could get it finished tonight, with 5ish hours until close. We need to be ready to set up by 7am tomorrow morning. We called FedEx before leaving the store, spoke to a guy name Johnny. He said they could do what they could, based on how many pen and inks we thought we had, (at this point we had not counted the pen and inks that needed to be rescanned) and to come on in. So we found the store manager and got my artists art back.FedEx was busier, with less help. Still, they were respectful of us, and didnt make any judgments of his art as they looked at it, just talked with us about what we needed. They were patient as his wife called him because they couldnt scan the file type he wanted, and we figured out an alternative. They even called us when they started it, because the guy working (maybe Johnny?) had tried two different file types, and found that one of the ones we rejected actually gave better results, you got more detail. We paid twice to have the same 56 artworks scanned.FedEx had it done in two hours, and now our art show preparations are back on track.Office Max, zero stars.FedEx, 173 stars.
