Great experience for our organization (Buffalo Bisons, Triple-A Affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays). We went into the partnership with an idea of what we wanted to happen and i-Evolve worked with us to define potential solutions that solved our problem. Their attention to detail and transparency to figure out the most cost effective solution is what partnerships are built on. We look forward to working with them in the future.

The physicians office I work for joined with I-Evolve about a year ago after having poor experiences and subpar work with our previous IT company. As the liaison, I was worried that we would end up in the same situation. I was promised that we would be well taken care of at I-Evolve and that our concerns would be attended to in an acceptable time frame and services done to completion on the first visit.I am very pleased to say that we continue to have great service and great customer service. The techs are courteous and professional and get the job done successfully. Their easy to use website allows me to submit tickets online and am able to see all notes and updates to those tickets. If I do call the help desk, I am always greeted by a friendly voice. It means a lot to speak with a person and have my concerns heard and forwarded to a tech that will take care of the problem promptly. I highly recommend I-Evolve for their knowledgeable technicians and outstanding customer service.

I have used iEvolve tech support as my IT service provider for a while and was always pretty satisfied with the results. I needed a new server and placed the order a couple months ago prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their communication throughout this entire process has been almost nonexistent. All I have gotten from the project manager is a couple emails regarding delivery delays. And only got those after continuous harassing of my my sales contact. Once again, she does not respond to emails, does not answer my questions regarding the process going forward despite asking several times and apparently doesnt not do any follow-up with the provider other than checking the shipping status. Im not sure she even does that be cause there is NO COMMUNICATION. How hard is it to send a email, it takes about a minute.Addition: This is a repost after the owner replied to my original review. It was not the delay in obtaining the computer equipment that was the problem, it was the complete and utter lack of communication no matter how hard I tried The tech support has always been good.

I somehow got on their e-mail list. Im getting several spam messages per week. Have asked to be removed several times, but they apparently feel they dont have to do that.
