I had an overall very positive experience with my first visit to Urban Valet. Sarah helped me estimate the costs of mending some well loved and worn clothes I brought in and ultimately decided to get the mendable ones mended.I received the update to pick up my clothes within 7- 10 days, the exact range I was given. Sarah was there again to give me back my order. The cost was cheaper than I expected, and of very good quality. Im getting at least many more months from these clothes, if not years!Sarah even washed the clothes for me without me even asking (they had a smoky smell I wasnt able to wash out and now they smell super fresh). Im quite impressed with the quality and care here. While I rarely have dry cleaning needs, I do wear down my favorite clothes into oblivion so its a relief to know theres a great local business with super helpful manager and impeccable seamstress that can extend the lifetime of my favorite garments before their inevitable demise.I highly recommend Urban Valet and wish Sarah, the seamstress and the business the best!

I forgot to tell Sarah about a dirt stain on one of my jackets the first time around. I call and arrange a re-do and they cover it free of charge and get the smudge out perfectly!

Brought in winter jacket for zipper repair; Sarah the manager quoted me $25.00 for cost of repair. I left jacket and later picked-up jacket, but now the price was $48.50. I reluctently paid, complained, but will not use their sevices again even thogh I was pleased with their past services for me.

I choose this dry cleaners after reading the reviews online. Dropped of 5 items a mixture of pants and tops. I dId not realize how expensive this place was until I arrived, but I thought it would be worth it. I dropped my clothing items off Saturday morning and picked it up Wednesday. I am not sure if I am just spoiled, but that seemed like a long time to me compared to what I am used too. Anyways I was just more so disappointed and felt like I wasted my money after picking up my items with stains still on them. Even when I dropped off my clothes and pointed out the stains the lady in the front didnt even make note of it. I dont know and customer service wasnt anything to write home about. Oh well to each its own, I just wish I would have went elsewhere

I don’t ever write reviews, but the service they provide is second to none. My sport coat had a small tear in the sleeve towards the hand. It was barely noticeable so I wasn’t going to get it fixed. The jacket was delivered and I noticed someone had fixed the sleeve.I thought it was a nice gesture. However, when I gave them my shirt and the button was popped off and I took gave them my shirt to dry clean, WITHOUT MENTIONING THE BUTTON, the next time I took the shirt out to wear the button was fixed!!!Class act people. They pick it up from my work so it’s super convenient. They text me in the evening to see if I need anything dry cleaned. Autobilled to a credit card. It’s just so convenient.The hallmark of a good business is when they can provide you a service that makes your life easier; and I can confidently say my life is a lot easier with urban valet doing my dry cleaning.

Urban Valet Dry Cleaners has been my go to dry cleaner of choice for over 10 years. They are socially conscious, LGBTQ+ friendly and did I mention do a phenomenal job. Yes, they are a little pricey but isnt your favorite vintage concert t-shirt with it?

Ive only been here a few times and for someone else. But I found it terrific. Thy know their customers and can greet many by name. They quickly learned I was there for a long time customer.The goods we have had cleaned, mens trousers and shirts as well as womens sweaters, looked great. Pricing was fine.I went there initially because we got a letter that said something had been left there for a year and they would have to donate it if not picked up. In I went to rescue the item. Since then Ive been back a few times.Parking - they have a spot in front which sort of fits two if both are careful about parking. Otherwise street parking.

Perfect! Even though Im retired, and theoretically could wash and iron my own shirts.....Oh who are we kidding, THATS not going to happen! Shirts are perfectly laundered and pressed and NOT over starched. Dry cleaning always comes back looking brand new without any chemical residue odor. Staff are really friendly and efficient, plus its one block from my house. And the drive up area makes it super easy for pick up on those occaisons I am driving. Avoid. Dropped off a heavy Size 16 BLUE Coat for zipper repair on 10/29/19. Called on 11/11. Told to pick up on 11/14. Not there. Was told they needed consent for very thing I asked to be repaired. Why was I told it was ready on 11/11 then? Finally picked up on 11/20 and its the wrong coat! A GREY size 12. But it matches their records?? MRG was impatient with me over the phone even if they gave me the run round for a month AND I still get the wrong item? Bad record keeping and obviously some shady business practices.

Urban valet has been very responsive to my familys requests. We unfortunately had a house fire and Urban Valet was called in for cleaning and restoration of our clothing. Everything came back smelling fresh and clean. There were unfortunately a few items that were not in pristine condition, however Urban Valet went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and resolve all issues. I do recommend their services.

As an athletic 61 195lb man, Im tough to fit...which means I hate shopping for clothes. So when (by some miracle) I find stuff that fits or have had it tailored to do so, I want it to last. Thats why for over a decade, Urban Valet has been my exclusive cleaner for all the clothes I care about making last...which is pretty much everything apart from jeans, undergarments, socks, or my gym clothes.Service is always prompt, and the quality of service is second to none. Theyve even managed to get a dye stain out of a $100 custom white shirt.Best of all: they pick up from my office and return the clothes a week later, right on time.

I find most times they know your name and get your items quickly. Ive never experienced any issues with lost or damage clothing. Its probably a little more expensive than other places but I like the eco-friendly and local aspect of this business. I would highly recommend for any cleaning needs. They also offer timely monthly specials on cleaning things like comforters, leather, curtains.
