The process of moving out has been long and laborious. The last step for me to move out of my townhouse was to get my carpets cleaned so I could receive my security deposit back. Your team showed up, inspected the property and got right to work. They did a great job and were in and out in a timely fashion. They were professional and polite. I recently had my sectional cleaned, it had a few minor stains that Aladdins did remove so I will give credit where it is earned, but there were a lot of other stains that I feel could’ve been removed or even light amounts of debris on surface that could’ve been removed. I feel that for almost $160.00 the service should’ve been longer than 20 minutes and it definitely could’ve been executed better. Overall they did a fair job, however due to the price and the quality of the work I feel that it is not worth it.

Great service! We just bought a new home and decided to keep the existing carpets for now--but they needed a good cleaning.Aladdin answered my call right away and were able to schedule service within two days. The man on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and the two service techs who came out to clean the carpets in our new home were also great.They truly knew what they were doing and they were very speedy! I forgot to tell them we also needed our stairs cleaned when I made the appointment. So, I asked if they could add it in when they arrived and they were so accommodating. How customer service should be!It was wonderful and we recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!

I just had my furniture cleaned. This was my first time using Aladdin. The men were so professional and friendly. I only had furniture cleaning scheduled but they asked if I wanted any other services. I didnt plan on adding anything but the furniture looked so great I asked for a quote to do our great room. I called Aladdin carpet cleaning and spoke with someone on the phone and I asked them if they were reasonably priced and that I haven’t called anyone else and they told me yes they were and then came out the next day and did a fantastic job and would refer to friends and family! So out of curiosity I called other companies and everyone else had call service centers and weren’t even in the same state and wanted around the same price and were days or weeks out ! Aladdin is a family owned and operated amazing company! THey came out and answered any questions and explained Thoroughly what was going to be done ! Very respectful and make you feel like your the only customer they have! Great job Aladdin !

Patrick and Lance were great and very professional. They made sure the cleaning job they did met my level of satisfaction.

Horrible experience! Technicians came out to clean my basement. They did make the basement completely wet. Didn’t leave fans or anything. I called them back to send someone back and they said it takes about 7 days to dry and they would send only after that. Took my real estate agent to call them and only then they would send someone again. By the , the carpet padding was soaking wet and developed mildew smell. There is a minor leak in the non carpeted area in the basement and every time I call them to complain, they use that leak to defend themselves. Anyone with brains can understand that the leak was so minor that it wouldn’t have wet the entire basement and stairs. In this case, the stairs were soaking wet as well! The owner refused to return my money from the first cleaning and the second time for mildew treatment especially coz it didn’t fix the problem. DONOT use them. They are unprofessional, have poor customer service and are extremely cheap minded! They care only about lonely and have zero focus on the quality of job they do! Deeply distressed and disappointed with them.

I used Aladdin several times in the past but this last time they refused to clean my couch and chair. The owner Patrick stated I should find someone else because I was upset that couldnt do the couches until I signed a waiver. Even though I told him I would sign the waiver he said no because he didnt like my tone. Very inconvenient . Never had to sign a waiver in the past when they came. All because I questioned it he decided his only revenge was to refuse to do the services. I almost wonder if he was prejudice also seeing my children were black. It was strange that he never gave me a problem in the past. In would strongly discourage this company for the bad customer service.
