I chose the $29 wash, hot wax, tire clean . I asked if the bugs would be taken care of because we just came back from a road trip and she said oh yeah they’ll see the bugs and they’ll get them off. I just got home and my car is still dirty- there’s bugs still on my car and my windshield is not clean. I don’t think the hot wax even went on it there’s no shine. I know I get another free car wash with this but I should’ve gotten the inexpensive $12 car wash and it would’ve been just as good for what I received. Disappointed.

My neighbor forgot to tell me he was having his house spray painted. There was over spray on both of my cars. I’m a royal loyal member. The staff helped me out and ran me through enough times to get the overspray from the paint off of my car. They were incredibly friendly and cordial. Especially Haily, she’s awesome!

I went to this car wash yesterday for the first time and had a GREAT experience! The staff were soo friendly and helpful and the car wash was wonderful. Very competitive prices also. I would give 100 stars!

Blew off my wife’s car emblem and they said that’s normal wear and tear. Absolute idiocy! Just go down the road to Delta, it’s a much better wash and they wipe your car at the end.

Great staff here. I accidentally took my foot off the brake after paying at the kiosk and knocked the gate off of its post. The attendant and manager were super nice and did not make me feel like an idiot. I was very appreciative of their understanding and respect. That is how to keep customers.

3.5 STAR...Decent joint. Typical auto wash. Drive thru while in neutral and the disco lights / brushes / blowers get the job done. If they had a couple folks hand drying and doing the windows it would be a huge improvement. Its a well ran establishment and a good choice for me when i cant was my cars due to weather.

This place was OK. I liked that there wasnt a line. I was able to get in and out quickly. There were 3 employees when I first entered the car wash. One was guiding me in and another one was spraying the hose. The third was standing watching. As I was in the car wash the spinning brushes moved my side door mirror back (Didnt break). When it came time at the end and the blowers came on I thought the hood of my truck was going to blow off!! They were ridiculously powerful!! After I was done no one was there to dry my truck off. So needless to say the super heavy duty dryers did not get all of the water off my truck so I now have water spots and streaks on it. My running boards also still had mud on them. My truck was pretty dirty with a mixture of salt and mud on it. For the most part it came out clean. I also thought it was a bit pricey for a car wash. I would never join the car wash club that they offer because I love washing my own truck, but seeing that its mid March this place was convenient . Will I be back? Probably next year around this same time but I will remember to bring a towel to dry it.

Super fast and efficient. After using delta sonic for years this place is my hidden gem. Soooooo much faster and they always seem to have an available free vacuum

Been happy with Royal Car Wash, I dont usually have to wait very long to get in and get a car wash. The only thing I have noticed as of late that has been a little annoying is my side mirrors get pushed around a little bit during the wash and sometimes I have to get out of the car afterwards to fix them. I really appreciate you all so much and hope that you will do well. Im excited for the new location

I love this car wash because you never have to listen to a sales pitch .you can get in and out in a very short amount of time vacuums always work.!!

No matter how long the lines are the wait is not bad and the employees get you through quickly. The 2 issues we have had with billing were immediately corrected by the office staff. My whole family belongs to Royal and we love it.

I would highly recommend you do not use this carwash HIGHLY. Ive used the other location and then this one and both times the entire back was not washed at all. This location I went to and I kid you not have soo many scratches from the bristles all along the side of my car. They range from shallow circular scratches to deeper ones that completely took the paint offI will now be spending the entire weekend trying to buff out/paint over these scratches that were definitely not there before I went a 15 dollar carwash for hundreds in damage.

My husband and I are regulars from the first visit. Very affordable monthly plan. Even the most basic wash is great. Free vacuum and a spot to finish drying if you want, even though the drying cycle takes care of most of it. I thought I lost my wedding band in the truck and maybe had vacuumed it up. The guys were so kind to go through the filter look for it. So happy to have another choice, I hated the pushy cashiers at Delta Sonic, always trying to push another service after you told them just what you wanted.

Dont go here!! They will break your car and say its your fault. They broke my back window and said it was the wiper broke it. There machine pulled my rear window out. Dont go here. They will make your car undrivable.

Took my brand new car through the wash, it busted off my fog light cover , they found it in their bay, and said their wash didnt do it.

S/o to the girl that gave me the bottled water lol she made me write this review! Its refreshing having a place to go to other than Delta. They dont have people to hand dry the cars but you cant tell when the car completely dries surprisingly. It also saves time too!

Went for a wash this morning and was disappointed that they dont soap the back of my car and when I I got home we had to wash the whole window and part of the bumper. They used to soap what happened??.

I dont usually take my car more than once or twice a year to a car wash but they were having a special that gave me a month for the price of one wash. Works as well as any car wash though I dont think I could tell you the difference. Never a long wait like you see at Delta Sonic. It did seem like the wash seemed to vary each time I went through even though I was supposed to be getting the same thing each time. I would recommend if they are doing a special, otherwise it seems a bit expensive unless youre going 4+ times a month.

Excellent place! Courteous staff, no outrageous line. No obligation to tip at the end of the wash, and no kid running dirty towels all over my vehicle. My only complaint: They should fix the potholes at the exit of the wash.

Its a good wash with a few issues. The price is much better than others.I have the Royal subscription but every time I have gone, the camera doesnt sense my id chip and the gates dont open for me causing a jam for a few minutes until it works :(Potholes are at the end of the exit of the lot which are annoying.

I was told that this car wash was Better than any other car wash including Delta Sonic. I LOVE keeping My automobile clean and Take Pride In My Ride so I had to go check out for Myself. I can HONESTLY say after just My FIRST visit that this car wash truly stands for Quality. This car wash is in My opinion way BETTER than Delta Sonic and ANY other car wash I have gone to. Just a shame that there is only ONE around the area. Keep up the Phenomenal job. 😏👌🏾👍🏽

A small but wonderful car wash with a reasonable fee. There are three lanes each fully equipped with a touch screen so you can choose your level of clean for your vehicles exterior (Prices Vary). Free usage of their vacuum cleaner stands (very strong suction) is offered for your interior with every wash. If you decided to skip the wash the vacuum is extra by the minute. Cash and cards are accepted with single use or become a member for a better value.

I go here all the time for my car washes and the service is unbeatable. They really focus on the dirty spots and give your car and pre wash before sending it through the machine. Setting up monthly payments was very easy and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Did not get the bugs off the car, barely sprayed with hoses before starting us down the track there were no cars behind me and no reason not to take their time and do it right. Dryers did not dry good the left the car wet

A true cross between Delta Sonic and a gas station car wash.What they do well:Purchase Procedure-The best I have ever seen! 3 stations for the vehicle to pull up to in order to pay via cash or credit with easy to understand automated screens. Once payment is made, the electronic gate arm lifts, and the 3 lanes easily converge to one-their sense of traffic control is spot on!Car wash tunnel-The tunnel interior is colorful and attractive to look at, and the tunnel is easy to enter.Vacuum bays-There are numerous vacuums that are powerful and free to use at your leisure.Where they need work:Exit procedure-There is not any employee to wipe down the car after the wash. One of the philosophies at Royal is that they do not want to make their customers feel the need to tip employees or yield to high pressure sales tactics to upsell services. I do like the option of the post wash wipe down and I believe the attendant should be tipped. I do this at Delta Sonic.More services-Sometimes my car needs an interior wash or other service. I like having that option.I will always choose Royal over a gas station car wash, but I would have to say that even though Delta Sonic does push too hard on the cross/upsell, I will be more likely to visit DS, albeit at a non-peak time.

The employees seem extremely uninterested in their jobs. Although, they do a really nice job on washing cars. I honestly love getting my car washed from here. Also, they have vacuums that are free for royal members. My car always looks nice because of this place!

They usually do a good job. Best part about going there is becoming a member for a monthly fee of around $18 for unlimited car washes. Worth it in the winter when your car gets covered in salt which is dangerous for paint and metal.

Half of the washing equipment not working and the vacuums couldnt suck the wrapper off of a straw. All employees soaked, freezing, and unhappy. Just getting cars in and out as fast as possible.

The line moves quick, the price is fair, and you can drive away without a hand dry and have no water spots. Great value!

Great car wash and vaccumes

They are better than Delta car wash. They do not recycle their water so it is CLEAN WATER. It is not dried with wet towels ( or dirty ones). The employees take of you better,ETC.

First time visit today, very satisfied with the results, enough that I signed up for the unlimited car wash visits. Pretty much now I can just drive in and not have to tolerate any people or sales pitches like they urge on you at Delta Sonic. Gawd I hated that B/S enough to stop going there.

This is not a place to go I will never get my SUV wash here again it took the paint off my suv and they wont fix it because theres is no other damage to any others cars or truck or suv and they where taking 40.18 a month going to get Estimate and call the BBB and take them to Civil court!

I paid $17 for the Royal Plus Wash with Hot Wax and I got the Royal Wash instead. Its a Total waste of money and I I Do not Recommend this Place to Anyone. Had to wash my car 2 times because of inattentive employees no one looks at the car as it being their own car they just look at it as just get through here!!!!!! The chemicals are all there!!!!! If you look at the whole car you can clean it!!!!!!! Once!!!!!!! I have done the job if equipment used properly it cleans the car!!!!!!!!

I did like the wash, but when the price doubled without warning after 4 months, I decided it wasnt worth $40/month. I have called and cancelled 5 times now and they still try to charge my credit card each month. not worth the hassle. I will check out delta sonic when the open in lancaster.

Congrats Royal Wash... Youve unseated the King of car cleaning down the street. Ive made the switch to Royal recently after trying it out. No insanely long lines, no feverish upsell pitches. Hell you dont even have to talk to anyone ! I even bought the monthly subscription and I use it more than I thought. Wash is clean, and smells wonderful, its fast and the crazy powerful air dry at the end all but eliminates the need for a hand dry with a few random spots that may be left further speeding up the process. Pull into the large overhead central vacuum system after words for a quick interior touch and and youre on your way. Highly recommend this place of the other guys down the street.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Not a great wash, but more so, the girl who was directing me which way to aim my wheel did a lousy job, then she had the nerve to give mea dirty look, not impressed...

Eh wasnt all that impressed. Had salt streak marks all over the side and back of my truck. Ended up having to rinse and dry it when I got home. Luckily I had a free pass for this time. Wont go out of my way to goto again.

I paid for the most expensive wash. My car was still dirty going out. Ran it through again still dirty! Whats worse is the wash took off a piece of trim on my 2017 Madza and they refused to take responsibility for it! Ill never go back 😭

Tried this car wash out for the first time, as I hate waiting in Delta Sonics line, and I was completely blown away by the results. I used the free vacuums after my wash .I looked over my car to see how good of a job the wash did, and my tires had tire shine applied, and it wasnt even from a person .Pretty cool in my book. Delta will not be getting my business any more. Why wait in a line in your hot car for 15mins, when you can go here and spend 5 mins, in and out with no bull**** or any other nonsense. I have an all black car, and my car came out fantastic!!!!
