Great experience and way to see Niagara Falls. Unfortunately we locked them up at terrapin station and were unable to get one unlocked. Derailed our plan to see the rest of goat island.

Doesnt work at all keeps messing up with group pass. Wont work.

Great Idea, a great way to see the inner city and you can rent the bikes for 2 days and drop them off at any of the 75 locations they have.

Well all u have to do is ride past 1812 weston ave nf ny and see for yourself how they run there business and care for the community where they make there money. There has been a bike #18 on are property for more then 4 days now and no one has came to collect there bike and after the first 2 days its becoming an eye-sore.I called yesterday day 4 and talked to someone who said that there will be someone coming to get bike 18 that very same day, he sees the bike on his computer because the bike has a GPS system but no one showed up.

I love these Bikes! I have my own at home, but living in the Southtowns makes it hard to always load it up to ride. These are awesome for getting around, and seeing the city from a different perspective. The basket is also great for putting a shopping bag, or items you pick up while exploring!

Im still getting charged my card is pending for $43.94 and I only had the bike for 1 day
