Beautiful Sunday Brunch aboard the Grand Lady. Buffet style breakfast served below. Seating was available on the top deck (covered and open) and lower deck (covered and open) Lovely acoustic music was played on the top deck. I highly recommend dining and cruising with Grand Lady Cruises.

The views, plus the food and drinks was definitely qorth the hour and a half ride.

A highly professional local cruise company that hosts corporate events and small to medium-sized group outings. The Grand Lady is very nice boat and the Buffalo waterfront is picturesque at sunset.

What an amazing experience. Amazing food, great view of the sunset over the lake, and the live music was very enjoyable. Worth the price of admission which covered a three course meal that was delicious.

We first contacted Grand Lady Cruises almost a year ago while looking for a wedding venue. With most everything closed and not knowing when things would open up, they were willing to work with us to plan our wedding. Jenna was our point person at Grand Lady and she was a pleasure to work with. We received updates as they were released and everything was explained to us in detail. The price for cruise, dinner, bar, etc. was quite reasonable.Professionalism - Everyone we encountered from day one up until we left for the evening was very professional. They were very attentive, respectful, and dedicated to making our evening pleasurable. Grand Lady is fortunate to have staff of this caliber on board. The Grand Lady is clean and well-maintained, nicely laid out.Food - Excellent! We selected two entrees, chicken piccata and pot roast. Although the chicken was very good, the pot roast was the best ever and many of our guests commented on how good it was - cut it with your fork! Entrees were accompanied by roasted potatoes and mixed veggies.In retrospect - I think I would add another hour to the cruise just to have more time for socializing, the time went by fast.

It was awesome! Very comfortable clean modern condition. The captain and staff couldnt have been more pleasant. The view with some cocktails and such from a pretty full bar.... They have some premium whiskey for the rocks but no old fashions.. ?All whist enjoying the stylings from the inimitable Chris Maloney... Chris was awesome really took the cruise to the perfect level. I didnt see music advertised but it was second to none great surprise.I would recommend this experience to everyone.

A fun and educational river cruise down and up the Buffalo river! Learned some interesting facts about the city. The on board drinks are pricey, and the mojito was disappointing. But the whole experience is a good one and worth trying out.TIP: Outside seats are quickly filled. Arrive early.

The Grand Lady team never disappoints - they are always so welcoming and kind. The food is always great and they really make an effort to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. With the whole pandemic going on, they made sure that everyone was safe and all the staff did their part to make it an enjoyable experience despite restrictions.I have done several cruises with them over the years and have not once been disappointed. Highly recommend!

My best friend had her wedding there yesterday, it was AMAZING! we had a small party, and such an amazing time, good food, and the bartender was phenomenal. Thank you for your hospitality! we plan to return!

Oct 3rd we were on your boat I cant say enough good about it we were on the lower deck and the lady and guy that took care of us were great all of the food were great we will be there again next year so please keep up the great job

OMG, NEVER ever again. I bought 4 tickets to the dinner cruise last night. It was such a beautiful night I was so proud to invite my daughter at 2 other friends thinking we were going to have the best time of our life. I NEVER was so wrong!The food was the absolute worst. The food was cold but moreover inedible. The main course was a small peace of dried up chicken & the small block of steak was so tough we could hardly cut it with the butter knifes that were given to us. My daughter didnt even eat a bite, my friends at least tried the food but after a bit pushed it aside. I was so embarrassed!To make it worse they had a poor sound system and some Karaoke guy was trying to sing which everyone on the below cabin was making fun of him. They should have just played the radio, the whole night was a 2.5 hour ride that just wouldnt end in time. Sadly, I paid over $160 for us to be on the boat plus another almost $100 in drinks for a boat ride that went to the Foot of Ferry bridge, turned around & went in the lake for about 45 minutes and back.My friend are still laughing at me and after sadly everyone left hungry and it was too late to order food anywhere else. SMH.Idk if take out the food, that singer & reroute the boat to the lake longer vs. Seeing nothing but a beat up graffiti break-wall would make for a decent trip. But the food was that bad youd think someone would correct that at the very least.

My wife and I did our first Grand Lady Crusie and it was very cool. It was actually quite lengthy, in a good way of course. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and the VIEWS were awesome. At one point my wife and I had the whole front part of the ship to ourselves and that was really cool :) If you havent done this yet, you need to book it now! I want to do it again already!

Some of the best service ever. My husband is in a wheelchair 24/7 and the captain and another crew person literally carried the chair up the gangplank and back down. Wonderful. The cruise was two beautiful hours with great music and scenery. Only negative is terrible signage. Our Buffalo relatives had no idea where it was and the sign for location are almost invisible. Put up sign so propane can come.

The Grand Lady Cruises runs a nice operation and I would recommend them. The coastal sites arent that remarkable, but this isnt their fault. There are a few interesting buildings to look at and they had a very detailed narration. The water and island sites are relaxing. The food wasnt too bad and dessert was really delicious.

Had a blast out on the grand lady cruise! Cant wait to go again! Food was good, drinks were a bit expensive though. Awesome views. Assigned seating kinda stunk my guest was on edge all night because of the people behind him and I had to sit across from him instead of next to him which made it hard to 1) help him relax and 2) even just communicate.

Owner was rude & very racist , staff terrible, and one of the worst looking boats i have seen. Throw the whole boat away.

They do not want any blacks on there boat to use any kind of camera we are the only hip hop group in buffalo to do it big and they still acted racist, I was referred to them because someone had a party and recorded the party but when we called we were told no asap so this is not a family company at all its pure ignorance and I dont recommend grand lady for any to go to maybe seven sea

I did not see the sunset at this magnificence except in this place
