I was browsing the area for a decent garage to work on my car and decided to check the reviews for Service Drive. I came across this series of reviews and immediately lost any hope for ever utilizing this company as a resource. How could someone trust the integrity of the company or its employees if they are clearly falsifying reviews? Are any of the 5 star reviews legitimate? This is incredibly sad to see and frankly, makes me sick to my stomach. Check out some other local shops before stepping even one foot through their door.

This place was really great, I had issues with a repair shop that just kept overcharging me and saying I needed things that was just a money making for them. It was nice that we’re up front, didn’t charge me for things that don’t need done. The staff was great very nice and knowledgeable. It’s nice to go to a garage and not get overcharged cause your a woman who doesn’t know cars. Great great place, they have my business with my Jeep’s. Thank you you guys are great.

As a result of an upcoming road trip, I called and made an appointment to have an all-around check on my vehicle. First, the appointment was easy breezy, second, the establishment was.... FREAKING. AMAZING.!!!!!! This place was impressive and immaculate. They got my vehicle in, took exactly the time they said which, was reasonable, offerd me coffee or tea. They went above to make sure I was comfortable. The waiting area is like someones living room. They had sanitizing supplies for customer care. Every single thing was in its proper place. There is no dust or oil smudged about in any part of the area where customers are serviced. The outside of the building is even well maintained. The team was simply super personable and thoughtful. They are fair and reasonably priced. Afterwards I drove my vehicle and it was FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend this place for any car issues great or small that you may be experiencing. Amazing service garage… they diagnosed a strange rattling in my vehicle, fixed it, and didn’t even charge me for it! You never see that anymore!

Great, honest service. Dropped my car in to be fixed they squeezed me in and took care of it immediately that morning. Problem with my car ended up being more than they anticipated. They called my dealership for me and found outthe issue was completely covered and set up the appointment for me and didnt charge me anything.

These guys are professional and know what theyre doing. Each time I brought my car in, the repair guys knew exactly what they were doing and fixed my car usually within the same day. Major repairs take about 1 week.The manager is on the phones all day helping customers with concerns, and the guy at the desk is diligent/on point.Ive had 4 appointments and they all went smoothly. I never been to a car shop that makes sure your back driving your car within 1-2 hrs of repairs other than them. They figure out the problem and quickly fixes it. I recommend them 100%. Great service!

Replaced headlight bulb immediately and recharged batter after I brought it in 90 minutes late for my appointment due to needing an unexpected jump. Amazing service!

I’d recommend never taking your vehicle to Service Drive.I just had an awful experience with a manager who compared a Motor Mount issue to replacing a tire, after telling me that because it wasn’t mentioned before purchasing the car it’s my problem.While also telling me because the shaking was written up as explicitly a high issue, so they never check the Mount because that can only need repair if the car shakes while idle.The rep & the manger both quote different mileage numbers. Lastly, to make it all the worst, Steven, “the manager” insisted I needed his assistance reading a the warranty because I didn’t see the verbiage he insisted was on the document.My biggest issue isn’t the cost of the repair, it’s the poor customer service and the willfulness to try and swindle people. A car doesn’t magically need a motor Mount after driving it for 2 months.

I have a vehicle from EZ Loan that I got 6 months ago. My vehicle died on 6/20/2021 and It was towed to service drive on 6/21/2021. I was told that the computer system died and they would have to order the part. I would have my vehicle back no later than 7/2/2021.On 6/30/2021 service drive called me (A business day before I was supposed to get my car back) to tell me the part is on back order and I will not get my car back until 7/8/2021. I asked for the dealerships number to see if this was true because if it truly was on back order they would have called me more than a day before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle.When I talked to the dealership about my part they told me that service drive actually ordered the wrong part and did not realize it until the 30th NOT that it was on backorder.Today is 7/8/2021 and when I went in to wait for my car, I was told the part still has not come in. When I talked to the dealership again, I was told the part came in on the 7th. This place is the epitome of shady and they do not care about your situation at all. Now they have had my vehicle for 17 days I am out of 1500 dollars and still have no vehicle to drive.I will be contacting the NYS attorney general, the better business bureau, and the News at this point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Took my car to get my Breaks down two weeks ago and It was cool and then on Wednesday afternoon omw to work I started to hear I loud noise from the car so I pulled over on the highway to see wat was going on. Looked under the car and nothing was wrong so I get back in the car to proceed to work but the car wouldn’t go in drive. I had to pay for a tow to my house and call off work.The tow truck driver gave me the screw that was not put in correctly in my front caliber which caused my vehicle to stop on me while driving and having my 4 year old daughter in the car with me. They did accept responsibility for their mistake however this could have been very dangerous had I not been paying attention to the first pop I heard.It was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE,I missed two days of work, and when picking my vehicle up 2 days later they didn’t even have the audacity to apologize that was poor customer service.😢😭

Excellent service my appointment was at 1am they got me in about 11:15am once they find out Issues with my car they immediately called me and told me the situations they asked me if I wanted to get the repairs done. Told me my car will be ready later today I received a phone call from them about 2:15pm That my car will be ready around 3pm The first time I’ve ever received great customer service and fast maintenance repair time from any shop definitely will recommend them to anyone

Good crew, reasonable prices. Only issue I have had is during my latest visit where I was not notified that my vehicle would not be ready till the following day after it was originally due for same day service. I had to contact them after hours to find this out. Other then that theyve done amazing work on my vehicle and extremely courteous.

Brought a car to them 3 times to fix the same problem and each time they claimed it was fixed. I will be bringing it back there a fourth time (not by choice, its where the warranty work gets done). Im frustrated that its still not fixed. Each time the mechanic said it was something that it obviously wasnt and I even paid the $100 deductible so the problem could get fixed but Im still dealing with it. If its something they cant fix or theyre not sure whats causing it, just say that, dont pretend its fixed then send me in my way. I am very displeased but hoping they get it right the fourth time around.

Clean facility. Took my vehicle there due to issues with my brakes. Was advised that the brake lines needed to be replaced. Jordan, when he called informed me of my total cost after warranty. Thought I would need to explain that, but exceeded my expectations by having the information available. Jordan went on to explain when my car would be ready, which was helpful so I could make other arrangements. Upon picking up my car I was explained what work was completed, price break down, and other services they offer. My car is running good! Would take my car back here for other services.

Also very fast service took my car there the evening before left it and it was done the next day afternoon. Great honest people!!! I can’t express that enough. They keep you updated with everything. Great customer service, the only issues i had was a fuse panel wasnt put back on, and the items on my dash that had to be moved were just thrown in my car.

I understand with COVID-19 going on that businesses are a little flustered but I went in on May 21st to fix my tire because it kept becoming flat. They recommended to fix my tire sensor light, my valve stem, and a new tire. Pick it up on friday and the next day it’s flat again. Tow my car back to their shop, pick up it today and my tire light is on again. Paid $200 just for my problems not to be resolved. Never coming back here again. Hopefully everyone else doesn’t have the same experience I had. Don’t recommend this place. Hopefully my tire isn’t flat tomorrow.

First time using Service Drive and will be back!! The overall experience was very impressive. It fealt like I was at the dealership but yet personal like your neighborhood garage. Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Price was great and service was very quick. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Took my car in for the first time because something was dragging underneath. Turned out to be a plastic panel and they had it screwed in place in 5 minutes. Didnt charge me. I will definitely return here for maintainance and oil changes, etc. Recommend!!PS. I did return a couple weeks later. Another panel loose under the car. Left front of car this time. They took the car in right away (I was there when they opened at 8am.) Ten minutes later they had the panel attached. Didnt charge me! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? Very courteous staff. Nice clean waiting room. Recommend!!

Bought a vehicle and service drive has been doing work on it. They have no weekend hours which makes it difficult for people to come in during the week. Ive to constantly reschedule so i dont miss work. Car is still under warranty so im forced to go there. So done with this place.

They got me in quick! I called and they said come on in! So I arrived to their Kenmore Ave location.... SUPER clean and friendly. They have a nice room to wait and very customer friendly. Its nice to patronize a place that doesn’t treat female customers like we don’t know our own car! Loved it!

It was difficult trying to get an appointment to have my car serviced between my morning work schedule & company hours. There was also some miscommunication along the way so I eventually had to leave my car overnight after 2 previous attempts. Once my car was actually seen by a mechanic, the issue was resolved fairly quickly and I was able to pick my car up right after work.

I was very satisfied with their service and courtesy it was a very clean and professional establishment. They also was very fast I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning and they were done with my vehicle by 1130 that morning I appreciate how fast they were with dealing with the problems that my vehicle had and also being considerate of my time By not having my vehicle all day. They fixed my problems and explained everything to me that I needed too know and my vehicle has been fine.

I am a woman and I am afraid to go to get my car repaired. But i am very happy and pleased with Service drive. They were friendly and worked quickly. They are fair with the charges. I cant say enough about them. Im so happy I found them.

I came here for an inspection and failed due to my rotors and breaks...the total came to about $650 which I obviously couldn’t pay right then. So I payed for my car failing inspection but I never received my temporary 10 day inspection sticker. Once I left I took a 2 hour drive to my hometown for the guy at a different place to tell me everything you all did here wasn’t right. My breaks are good, I only need rotors which he gave me that recommendation and passed me. I’m confused as to why this happened. Feel free to reach out to address the issue, I’d really like that.

Ever since I bought my car, ive had issues with it. Went today to get a couple things taken care of on it and I couldn’t be more pleased. The gentleman assisting me was very courteous and respectful. It took a week job tuna half weeks Not the greatest place to go

The service reps were very quick and polite. I havent had any problems after taking my car in to them. Wonderful experience, I will bring my car back to them again when I need my car serviced again. They saved me a lot of time by making sure I got a part that was dying on my car quickly and even went out of pocket at no cost to me to make sure it got there fast.

Fast and efficient. Explained my services and answered any questions I had.

Only been there for my NY State inspection but the staff are friendly and it’s a new facility so it’s clean. It’s right around the corner from my house so if I do need repairs I’ll give them a try. They did not try to find little things to charge me for like window wipers and such like I have had other shops do to me on my State inspection. So far so good!

Took my car there for 2 things, leaking sunroof and a bad camshaft position sensor. When I got my car back, the interior kick panel under the driver dash was torn apart and the mechanics told me the car came in this way. Mind you, I had just purchased the car from a dealership they work with. Further inspection showed the hood latch cable got destroyed also. They offered to replace ot for free, and when they did, they used velcro to fasten it until I caught that too and they had ordered the actual part and the lazy mechanics only used 2 fasteners to install it. Now Im driving around with a broken hood latch cable, flapping kick panel, and they never fixed the leak I had came in for. Theres no reason their mechanics had to play underneath the dash to replace a CPS.Waste of money

Took my car here yesterday and I was in and out within a hour a a half. All smiles as soon as you walk in the door. The waiting room was comfortable and had beverages to drink. I was able to drink coffee and watch TV on a comfortable couche while I waited.
