Park Place Installations is by far the best tech install company in the area! Their pricing is fair, their work is exceptional quality, the employees are friendly and punctual. We had a 60 in TV mounted in our breakfast nook, and the technician did not note on his work order that the electric work we had originally thought we needed did not need to be completed. When I called their office to check on the invoice, she took me at me word and simply removed the additional charge. In a world where everyone is always nickel & diming, it was refreshing and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! Will absolutely use them for all of my future needs :)

I’d like to start by saying that I only take the time to write a review if I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of a product or service (which is hard to come by these days). With that being said, my experience was as follows.I started with a basic home theater setup that I configured myself. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t meet my vision by any means. I contacted Park Place Installations and spoke with Jay (the owner) and after just five minutes on the phone I knew I had contacted the perfect person for the job. Not only was he able to understand and capture exactly what it was I was looking to accomplish, he was able to make recommendations as well. Jay wanted to ensure we were going to knock it out of the park, so to ensure proper room configuration, he came out and took a look at the room in question. (When the owner takes the time to come out and look for himself, it goes a long way). Not only was Jay timely and punctual, he was enthusiastic and professional. He really is a true class act!The install itself went as smooth as it possibly could. Jay and his staff were on time, clean, courteous, and professional. I couldn’t possibly ask for anything more. I’d give the company 10 stars if I could. They truly exceeded my expectations. I won’t hesitate for a second to recommend this company and I will most certainly be using them in the future. Park Place Installations outfitted my office with a sound masking system and my conference room with all the bells and whistles. The price was right, the service was on point and the end product has served us well! Highly recommend these guys.

Park Place Installations did an amazing job for me. If I could give the 10 stars I would. They installed a tv and a Sonos sound bar, we couldn’t be happier. We had some issues with Direct TV and Todd came back to the apartment right away and got things straightened out fir us. I highly recommend them.

They have been out multiple times to truly personalize and perfect the sound systems in my house. They installed new and also tweaked old to improve. Couldnt be happier.

I honestly do not even want to give this company 1 star. The completed well I cannot even say completed work for my father. The equipment that does not even work with the system. They keep asking for more money to provide my father with the system he has asked for. They keep saying a programmer has to come out!! WHY? We paid already give the man what he is owed or take the useless equipment back and give the man his money. The owner is horrible yes Jay the owner!!!

The staff was friendly, courteous and supportive. They completed the TV installation in record time and cleaned up the work area. All wires were hidden equipment neatly installed. I would use them again.

We would not recommend this company to anyone. We have have spent a lot of money with this company and we received nothing we paid for. Our system has never worked to its capabilities as promised we have issues to this day that they have not addressed. We are unable to use many of the features we paid for because they just don’t work. We have called and have been told numerous times the programmer would be out to assist us but low and behold they do not have an actual programmer in Buffalo he is in North Carolina. We have spent a lot of money on a system that does not work we are continuously having issue where we lose WiFi and cameras on a weekly basis and Park Place has stopped answering our calls. It has come down to us having to pay another company to attempt to figure out the system because it took Park Place almost a year to provide us with the plans we paid for. We have truly been robbed. This company does it deserve the business of hard working people.

Rich did a great job solving the puzzle of why we had no sound coming from our sound system after Spectrum replaced our cable box.

Had them come and install my stereo equipment. The wiring job was just as I asked. They cleaned up after themselves, even vacuumed. Customer service was top notch. Would definitely recommend. Went above and beyond.

Jay and his crew DO NOT have your best interest in mind, just billable hours. Learn from my mistakes and use someone else, anyone else.They purposed a system and then charged a lot of money to move completely obsolete parts of the old system. Keypads that no longer even worked with the new system they proposed. They also installed subwoofer cables in the completely wrong location while the walls were open. We then had to run a line outside (not exactly ideal) because the walls had been finished when they realized the mistake. We renovated an entire home and used several contractors and companies. Park Place was by far the worst. I would never ever use them again.Brian

Excellent, courteous service with great advice that we trust! We have relied on Park Place Installations for 10 years to install several different TVs and sound systems and upgrades. We love the universal remote that they set up for us. Our TV is on the wall and all of the the boxes are hidden in the basement. It even links to a security camera monitoring the front door. With one button we can see who is ringing the bell or if our packages have arrived.All of the technicians have come on time, worked quietly and neatly and done exactly what they promised.They deliver quality in a professional way.

Poor customer service when trying to get repairs. Takes over 2 months to get in touch with service repairs, but they have a 45 window to get things fixed after install. I would recommend finding a different company to work with.

I had a small project that I hired Park Place for and they did not disappoint. I needed a TV installed in my kitchen and they were able to get it in and hide all the wires. The crew that showed up was very professional and respectful. While they were there I decided to upgrade the wifi and they installed a whole home wifi kit that works very well. Much better than my spectrum did. Would definitly recommend Jay and his guys to anyone looking for tech type work.
