HORRIBLE customer service, Oct 1 @ 9:51PM man in neon pink shirt was impatient and condescending.

Getting stuck in a drive-thru car wash isn’t great. When calling the attendant and the response “come in I have two people waiting” wasn’t expected or comforting.Corporate contacted me assuring me that staff would be trained better, they would look into the car wash and offer a gift card for the negative experience.

Do not go inside to make a purchase! This place has the worst customer service. I grabbed 2 sodas. The sign said 2 for $3. When I got the register the cashier said my total was $4.60. I was confused and asked why I did not receive the sale price. The manager on duty said it was for Pepsi products only. I disagreed and took him to the back where a Coca Cola sign clearly said 2 for $3. He seemed upset to have to give me the promotional deal.I will purchase soda or any non gas item from Walgreens down the street in the future.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I asked the guy how do you input your Mariannos savings at the pump. He tells me that I need to press the loyalty ID button. So I go back to the pump and no loyalty button exists. I go back inside and ask if I can just pay inside so that I can use my savings (which are $.50 per gallon), he says to me Yea, I was going to say that, since I know how to do it inside. He then proceeds to tell me that I need to prepay.....fine. I tell him $40 trying to guestimate how much gas I need and he says to me whatever you dont use it wont charge. I tell OK in that case do $50 to be on the safe side.....he then tells me I already put in $40 so just put your card in and I asked if he could cancel and do $50 he gets frustrated and starts pounding keys on the register and mumbling under his breath and basically yells put the card in the card reader, I tell him at what point do I give you my loyalty number so that I can get my savings.....He blows up and screams at me CAN YOU JUST STEP ASIDE AND LET ME HELP SOMEONE ELSE.....not a problem.....you dont want my money, I will not give it your station and will make sure that everyone else knows about your nastiness. There should be an option for NO STARS!!!!!

Evryweek i call they dontt have the cigarette i live far away drive one hour just to go there.

Never going to this gas station again!!
