This is the 1st time I used AMZ .. it definitely wont be the last!!I called on a Friday of a holiday week-end and they were at my home at 5p same day to fix my washing machine. Alex is kind, professional and knowledgeable. He had my machine working in a 1/2 hour. I cant thank AMZ enough!! Highly Recommend!!!~ will use them for all my appliance repairs going forward and so will my friends and family.

What I appreciated most about the company was their fast and courteous service, professionalism and knowledge about my brand of refrigerator. We had AMZ install new water heaters and fix our AC unit. Alex and his team were very responsive, and the turnaround time from estimate to installation was really quick. They also do not nickel and dime you. As they have been done a few large things for me - they are happy to do checkups and small repairs in the house with out charging me. Really good experience overall.

This is a great business with a super nice, professional, and attentive owner. My refrigerator/freezer died suddenly and I called in the evening, Alex was at my house early the next day. He diagnosed the problem right away and explained everything to me. He is very efficient and responded to all my questions, he returns calls right away and follows through on everything he says. I had a problem where my kid was helping with laundry and complained that the washer was not starting and that there was a water leak under the washer. I called AMZ repair after looking up on Google. Very professional and clear communication about service windows. Alex came in at the appointed time, checked the washer and ran tests to make sure that the washer was fine and confirmed that the washer did not any replacement electrical parts. He traced the water leak to be a damaged gasket and repaired it. Accurate quotes and hassle-free repairs. Thank you!

Alex with AMZ has been wonderful to work with the several times I have worked with him. He came over with a mask and was Covid safe, was very nice and explained everything to me and we had good results. AMZ came out to fix our dryer the same day we called. The representative was timely and friendly. He gave us a 20min heads up before arriving, so we were able to run errands while waiting. The price was quite reasonable.

Had a great experience with Alex. I called him the night before he came out early the next day and fixed the problem. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Didn’t overcharge me and showed me how to fix it. Great guy.

AMZs was extremely responsive and answered our emergency call within 24 hours, during a snow storm no less. They were quick to diagnose the problem with our dryer and were able to fix it the same day. I asked them for their honesty and I was fully prepared to buy a new dryer. Both experts gave me a fair and honest evaluation and told me it was more cost effective to fix the broken unit. They also looked over our furnace and diagnosed some issues, they graciously tweaked a few components and told me it didnt require repair at that time (very honest). The prices were extremely competitive and fair. These are guys are now my Appliance Guys!!!! I highly recommend their services.

Called for service on 4/26, made appointment for 5/3. Never showed up and did not receive a call as to why not. Wasted half a day waiting. Did not pick up when I called to find out why they werent here. Will not be using in the future; highly irritated.
