My window tinting was finished faster than they told me it would and I had no real issues, noticed some little bubbles in the tint but it’s barely noticeable so I’m not worried. Also their price was the best I could find and I love their lifetime warranty. Still a 5star for me.

My family has had multiple vehicles tinted here at Tint Crew. Many years later and all the tints look as pristine as they did when they were first installed. Inferior tint jobs might form bubbles as time passes, but we haven’t had any issues with our tints. It’s clear they use quality materials and workmanship, and their prices were the best out of the shops I compared. The lady at the front desk was also helpful and informative, and it was nice to learn that her and her son own the business and work together.

Ive gotten three vehicles done here so far and they never disappoint! The owner takes super good care of you and makes you feel at ease through the entire process. Never late on delivery and always super thorough! Had referred few of my friends and they also loved their tints! 10/10 recommend!

My girlfriend, who passed recently, bought me lifetime tint here for my birthday a few years back. I came the other day to get my back window tint replaced because it got all bubbled up and I cant see clearly thru it anymore, especially at night. I brought the receipt and the lady told me that because my girlfriend bought it she would have to be there to set an appointment. I told her the situation and she still didnt honor it! Even before all that, she was rude AF from the start. I was completely lied to upon getting this tint. I really couldnt believe how poorly that lady treated me. Theres a special place in HELL for people like that!

Good pricing fast service clean job. If the outside of your car is a bit messy they wont wipe it if your car was dirty in the first place, thats because the dirt might scratch your paint. So best to bring your car clean. Thoroughly happy

Have a wonderful experience gave excellent customer service. I called around to multiple places who seemed very dismissive and kept rushing me, they wouldn’t answer my questions and just kept telling me to come in...which is a complete waste of my time if they don’t have what I’m looking for! I spoke with Hogan on the phone and he took his time explained all the options answered my questions gave me a reasonable price ( trust me I called around) and even offered an additional warranty on their work. Needless to say they gained my confidence and will be my recommend tent place from now on!

I requested A REFUND!I wanted to get a window tint on my Ford Fusion, I considered this business due to the reviews. Also seeing them advertised on Groupon. So I made an appointment on Friday 9/4/19 at 3 pm. While I arrive couple minutes before 3 Pm, I was standing there until this Korean women shows up in the front desk at exactly 3 pm. So basically she tells me the certain styles, and prices with a monotone voice and a pushy attitude to force you to make a quick decision within a minute. Also, she didnt like the fact that I was asking her the price difference within each option. After consulting with my husband over the phone we agree to go with the premium carbon for $170 with life time warranty. I pick two different shades 18%, and 5%.After waiting about 1 hr and 45 minutes I received my keys. While starring at the tint of my car , I knew something was off right away. The clarity of it was not what I expected and I didnt like the 5% limo tint the color is low quality. While comparing my Ford Flex window tint that I paid $150 with life warranty. Their premium Carbon isnt worth it and definitely not their price. I will post pictures of both cars and you guys can see for yourself the big difference.So I called today and requested a refund. Hogun said I could bring in my car and they will refund the money. He ask me questions on why I didnt like it and I basically told him I dont like the quality its cheap. So I go in and the Korean women is their and said I spoke to Hogun over the phone and was here for a refund. So she ask for my keys, and I give them to her. Hogun walks out doesnt greet me , and with a angry voice screams at me and demands for my keys. I told him that I gave them to her. So then we walk out to see the Ford Fusion and told him I dont like the quality its cheap , the clarity and color looks bad compare to my Ford Flex. I even go on to show him the difference, comparing pictures of my Ford flex. His excuse was that the window of my Ford Flex is different and thats why you see the clarity better.I laugh to think thats even true. The fact that its evidently poor quality tint that they received from Korea. So he said Ill removed the tint and you can get the refund. I walk back in and ask for my refund and the Korean women gave me attitude as she said Hogun will help me with that. I then ask her how long will it take, and she gave me a dirty look and said I dont know. The reality is if someone doesnt like a service they can request for a refund . It is a responsibility of an owner to provide that! Maybe in South Korea it is very different policy. The attitude and bad customer service Hogun and the Korean women gave was completely out of line. Maybe you shouldnt be ripping people off from their hard earned money and sell cheap quality window tint! I will never use your business again.Immediately after posting this review,I received a threatening message from Hogun at approximately 10:53 pm. You guys all see the level of disrespect this business owner has.

Today I had to go back in and get my front two windows removed due a ticket i received. They were super quick and super helpful helping me resolve this issue. Luckily, I decided to get the lifetime warranty which covers free removal and if I wanted to get a less darker tint they will do it for 35. Overall very helpful and great family owned business. Their coffee is delicious and you can watch cable with free wifi. Great waiting room

These guys are true professionals. Family has been doing tint since early 80’s when it came to America from Korea. They are hands down the best price to value in all of Orange County. They did a phenomenal job and give a life time warranty on all work, so it’s a no brainer to go with Tint Crew. I’ll be bringing all my cars there from now on.

They’re the best! We live all the way in LA and we dont mind driving 22 miles to get our tint here. 2nd time coming here and we’re always satisfied with the quality of their work. Not only that but the waiting room is cozy. Comfortable couch, keurig, cable and netflix!

This place is the best around for getting your car or truck tinted. Hogan is the shop owner and is very knowledgeable and will let you choose the best percentage for your vehicle with some advice. The whole process took less than an hour and the waiting room was top notch. Definitely recommend!

I got my new car tinted today. I was very surprised at how efficient and friendly the whole staff was! The place was a bit difficult for me to find, but everything else went smoothly. I called to make an appointment at 9am, and he was willing to let me go in at 10am. I was in and out in a little more than an hour, which was so much faster than their estimated time---1hr45min to 2hr. The windows are tinted super nicely on top of that. I will definitely bring my sister here once she gets a new car as well. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service!

Great service. Hogun and his people do a great job. I got the premium package almost 3 years ago, and I havent had any issues with the tint. I had to remove my front tint recently and they removed it for no charge, I only have to pay when I tint the front windows again. I was told life time warranty and theres no reason for me to believe that wont be true.

Tint crew has tinted mine and my girlfriends cars. We went with the ceramic tint for both and are extremely satisfied with the reduction of temperature inside the vehicle. The direct sunlight exposure is also significantly less intense as well. The tint crew handled both of our cars promptly and finished earlier than we expected.

Finally I have time to take my car to get tint. My appointment was at 8am. The office is very clean, and the receptionist was very nice and professional. She greeted me and gave me all the prices as well as explained and showed me the softener types of tint as well as the quality. The prices are reasonable. They have about 5 different options. From the least expensive to the best quality and expensive. I settled for the one right in between. I love the tint right now it looks good. I have to wait for a couple of days so I can roll down the window and inspect it a little closer. But of course I will update this review if I need too, after my 3 days period. I forgot to mention that I believe 3 or 4 or the tint come with lifetime warranty.Hogun helped me and scheduled my appointment. This is a family business. If you need tint in your vehicle and want a reliable, honest quote dont hesitate to try TINT CREW.

I love the professionalism of this place. Their prices are reasonable and their work is great. Love their waiting room. They have a water dispenser where you could use to make tea or coffee.They have two comfy sofas plus a lazy boy and they have a tv where you could watch Netflix while you wait.

They did such an amazing job with my Chrysler 300S. I waited a month to review because I wanted to see how the tint has worked out.As soon as I got there for my appointment they helped me right away. They showed me my options and of course I chose the darkest.It only took an hour to have my car done. Their waiting room was nice and cozy. Also the people there waiting are cool so you can talk to them as well.Overall it was a great experience.

Best tint place with the best price and services. No push sale involved. Cooperative and helpful with providing more details if you ask for it. So far I tinted 3 of our cars, will recommend to anyone compared to other high price shop.

I had a groupon special, drove by after getting my car washed, no appointment but they squeezed me in. I had to pay a few bucks more because of my cars extra side windows (Prius v). Waiting room was nice, big screen tv, a work table, magazines, etc. Very clean. Tint job was perfect. People were very professional. Recommended without hesitation.

I went to get my 2 front windows tinted on my car, it took longer than what they told me. Then I noticed my car parked in the front and they didnt tell me it was done, till I asked. They thought I was waiting on another car they were working on.
