Mr. Rai, at Creative Window Covering, Inc. In Buena, is the best of West. He provided professional service from beginning to end. I would recommend Creative Window Covering without hesitation to everyone. His price cant be beat. The installer were fast and done with care and perfection.

My wife had shopped for shutters from several swap meet vendors. We noticed that the prices quoted were high in relation to the quality. We then contacted Mr. Rai of Creative Window Coverings. He is a consummate professional. Mr. Rai showed us a range of products. We ended up going with the high-end product. We were also pleasantly surprised that his quote was even lower than the vendors with an inferior product.I also must mention that Mr. Rai stands behind his product. The next day, after installation, we noticed that one of the shutters would not close completely. I called Mr. Rai. He came to my house, looked at the issue and ordered the part. Within days, he returned and installed the new part.Check them out. You will be happy that you did.

The compliments just kept on coming when I installed their Honeycomb shades. They add so much style and grandeur to our French doors. I even customized them to room darkening opacity to block the lights out!

He was able to provide with quality shades at a great price that other window treatment companies wanted to charge me double and couldnt provide the options I needed for my large windows. We just love our shutters, that we ordered on most of our windows and Rays service and price is something you must check out. Both daughters have also had shutters done by Creative Window Coverings. Rai came for an estimate on shutters for 6 windows. He took about 15 minutes for measurements and was able to offer us a quote right on the spot. People came back a month later to install. Quality of product and installation were beautiful. I was also doing some other work around the house and had him hold off and 2 installations for another month. Rai put in motorized blinds along with remotes in my home. He and his employee did a fantastic job. Pricing was better than any other quote I received. He installed Norman blinds, a long established company that makes quality shutters / blinds. I havent had any problems with my blinds, except for a battery wand cap that melded to the container (may have been due to the extreme heat in my 2nd floor). Rai promptly responded to my e-mails for a replacement and gave me one free of charge. Rai will do a good job and give a competitive price. You wont be disappointed.

Creative Window Coverings provided faux wood window blinds for the twelve windows in our sunroom. They were installed on schedule with no mess. Unfortunately, the heat was so intense from the direct sunlight that the blinds began to warp. I called Creative Window Coverings and they came out to inspect. It was determined that the faux wood blinds would not work under these conditions and the blinds were replaced with wood blinds. There was no argument, no hassle, and no extra charge. I can’t say enough about this company. They get five stars from me..
