Another tow company priced way too much

Too expensive and no accurate time arrivals..... Theres cheaper alternative Im the area go to iron horse towing cheaper and more professional

Great experience with this towing company. Driver was there within the estimated waiting time and super friendly. The best part was the price! Just a fraction of what other places wanted to charge me.

My wife got stuck just outside of Buena Park and needed a jumpstart. I called Bright Towing and they DELIVERED! Reliable & not greedy!

Phone experience they say they need a permit to tow a car off private property since when you are a tow company she wasnt helpful and made it seem like only certain tow companies will do this next tow place I called helped me no problem he said its against the law for someone to park in your private property spot at first she even directed me to call the police and pd said I need to explain to the lady its private property she said the tow people could be a little slow. She wasnt kidding.

I had the best experience with Bright Towing. Emergency towing is a profession that isnt for amateurs, only skilfull professionals should be allowed in the business!

I was walking in the beach and somehow I lost my car keys, I didnt know where to go or what to do. So I called few towing companies and no one was available right away. I called Bright Towing and they came right away and tow me to the dealer. I hope I dont get in a similar situation again. Thanks Bright Towing.

Great towing company. They got there quicky and were very professional. Helped me tow my car home. Really happy with the price. They were cheaper than any other company i called.

RIP OFF!! DO NOT USE THIS DISHONORABLE COMPANY!! They previously towed my daughters car from my house to my mechanic & only charged her $70. Today, they towed my truck from the SAME HOUSE(!) to the SAME MECHANIC(!) and charged ME (a guy) $200!!! And the driver said the owner gave me a discount of $40! The written receipt had figures crossed-out & the driver told me he wouldnt take my truck off of the flatbed until I paid him in full. DO NOT(!!!!!) USE THESE RIP-OFF LIARS!!

This morning I ran out of gas and I thought I was not going to make it to work and I called several companies and they were all giving me estimated time of arrival super long. So I kept calling different companies until I found Bright Towing. They came to help me like in 20 min. I had to pay a little bit more than expected, but I didnt mind because I arrived on time to my job.

They are one of the best tow companies I have ever used gave me a 30min eta & literally got there within those 30min & the driver made me feel so safe being stuck on the freeway with a flat he parked his tow truck in a way that blocked my car from getting hit!

I definitely recommend this towing service they were super quick loaded my car on in no time and inexpensive

$169 for unlock service? It took the guy less than 2 minutes to do and it cost WAY more than the chick made it sound like it was going to cost. She said it starts at $49...

Good service… period!
