The associates here are helpful and they communicate their happiness through their customers service, if I need help I ask for it and they are always willing to price match my purchases. They offer to test the product and if my baby doesnt like it they offer refunds.I feel cared and valued as a customer and they tell me all the time to come back with my boy.I never had an issue here people is pretty nice to me!

I love how clean the store is. Lots of people come here and shop with their animals and it is still an incredibly clean store. Their selection is pretty great for our family of cats, dogs, and bunnies. It is also great to see them working with an animal shelter instead of selling animals from breeders. There have been dog adoption events multiple times when we have gone in and that is always encouraging to see.

I loved their variety of dog foods. I had been looking for one specific type and found it along with a variety of clothing, accessories, grooming tools and fun toys and treats. The staff was friendly and helpful. The layout of the store was very easy to navigate and was maintained with a high level of cleanliness. There were several pet owners shopping with their pets which made an enjoyable atmosphere.

What a great place! The customer service here is second to none, and puts that other pet store *cough* Petco *cough* haha. Got my little beardie Missie the 40 gallon ZooMed starter kit, and it was perfect. Unfortunately, the glass on the cage broke, and became dangerous for poor Missie to even be in the cage! I took her and the cage back to the PetSmart where I got the terrarium originally, and was sad to see no more of the terrarium I got. However, they did have the ZooMed Premium Reptile Terrarium, which is the fancier version, with opening doors in the front, and a nice background for them to look at. The exchange process was so smooth and easy, and Missie loves her new terrarium even more than the old one. Definitely will be taking all my pet needs to PetSmart.

PetSmart took really good care of my dog Lilly Patch and Ericka was very loving and caring. My girl was a little nervous about her beauty appointment but allowed the groomer to pick her up and right away started wagging her tail. She even modified how she blow dried my pet and Lilly came out beautiful. I have come in on many occasions to use grooming at this location and I am grateful that they took care of me including any special instructions I had.

This petsmart is a great store. From stock items to the best employees. They are very friendly & very helpful to everyone. Id like to mention Michelle, the daytime manager, Richard, Eddie, Miguel, Matthew, Madison, Alex, Desiree & the rest of the day crew. All go out of their way to help pet parents. Thank you all.

This pet store also sells high-quality products at reasonable prices for all breeds. In contrast, the employees are very pleasant. They were quick to respond to all of my questions, demonstrating that they were experts. If you havent seen this pet shop yet, you must!

We went to look for a grooming kit for our dogs, we saw it first online but wasnt on the shelves, we asked for help and immediately a lady called a guy, who got it from the back from us, it also had an excellent price cause was on special, the one at the store was the original price but the guy gave us the price we showed him online. Sorry, but we were on a hurry and didnt get any names, but the customer service was great.

Go to Stacie in grooming for your animals. Shell take good care of them and make them look pretty :) I always bring my Pomeranian-Corgi mix to her get groomed (bath/haircut/stenciling).

Yesterday I took my baby to get a bath and haircut and I love how she looks. When I got her she seemed anxious I thought it was because she missed me but later that night I noticed her neck was hurt. She had a cut on her next and lip. What bothered me is that no one told me the accident happened. Each one of us trust that they will take care of our dogs when we leave them and that if something happens the employees at least let us know this happened.

I love this PetSmart. The store is always clean and the supplies I need are always in stock. The female staff are absolutely wonderful and always willing to assist with a pleasant attitude. I recommend this location if you are looking for quality products for your pets.

I love pet smart but this one is a little disappointing. They have very few animal clothes or toys for dogs. They do not have small furry pets at all. I wanted to but one but each time I go in they do not have any.The cold refrig food for dogs has been out the last 2 times Ive gone into the store. My dog can only eat this dt his stomach. They have limited shampoos and ointments also. Very tiny store.I rarely see staff except at the register or at the dog checkin area so it might be hard to find someone to help if you need one. Over all they r very nice here

Eh okay like ur basically on ur own, it takes a while to get an employee to assist you. Obviously they have other things to do but if u need something that an employee has to get for u, dont expect to go in and out of the store in a couple of minutes.

We went there today to buy dog foodNone of the employees was wearing a mask and they were stalking us and coughing on us on purpose ( red hair female) and than were stalking us more when we paid ( 3 employees around us and coughing on purpose) I have the whole incident on video and reported it to their corporate and the city of Buena Park! What a low level s.... store and I can only advice not to go there!!!!

I always have liked Petsmart. The groomer I had was fantastic. He no longer works there. Never a problem they could not help me with.

As always the Employees were very friendly. I was disappointed that on thus visit the 2 employees didnt know the merchandise. Just wanted to know if they had a dog toy that vibrated. I bypassed petco around the corner from my house to Petsmart 4 miles away because they are always knowledgeable.

Typical PetSmart... prices could be better. Staff sounded rude on the phone when I called in to pickup my curbside order but the lady who brought the items was nice.

PetSmart in general is an excellent choice for pet owners. We have had all of our dog training and supplies through PetSmart and our Dogs wellness addressed through our participation in the Wellness Program offered by Banfield Pet Hospital which is located within PetSmart locations.While it is true that some pricing might be a little high on certain items, one really cannot beat the customer service and care towards our pets.

Enjoying same day order with same day curbside pick-up since COVID-19 has limited everything.

This location has really nice staff. They also have some cool fish, but need more shrimp. They use to carry cherry shrimp but now only have ghost shrimp. They also have a wide range of dog toys and clothes. They also have a variety of L.I.D dog foods.

The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we know our dog is in good hands and will get the best grooming and care.

Petco will always be my number one spot for my pet needs. I like the return policy cause not every toy or treat will suit your animal. They take back any items even LIVE ANIMALS within 60 days of purchase date.

I have my dog grooming done here they are so amazing . Their staff is so experienced my dog is always so shy and they take such good care of her. And they grooming job is so wonderful I am always impressed with how well she looks and smells. The facility is impressive to I got to take the tour at a open house recently. Definitely give them a shot if you need grooming for your dog

We have met so many nice people here. They are excited every time we bring in our Great Dane. They play with him, see how he has progressed on his training and take a few minutes out of their day to see what they can do to help us. We love going here and enjoy that our puppy has a fan club!!

I went in for my new puppy and the sales rep helped me out alot. She recommended me which type of food is best for puppies and she also gave me her personal perspective since she did have a dog of her own. I also took my puppy to the dog trainer there, Adriana I think was her name, for a free orientation and she was super helpful, patience and answered all my questions I had. Great customer service here.

Do you need something for any pet you could possibly have? This place has it more than likely and they have reasonable prices. You should go there if you want to add some variety to your pets life !!

This is where we go to have our dog groomed. The staff is always nice and greets you with a smile. It takes a few hours for the grooming and it always comes out great. Lori always takes extra care of our dog. Would highly recommend this place.

The grooming staff is beyond amazing especially Karina. She gives my pup top notch care and love. I moved to a different city about 30 min away. Instead of going to a petsmart which is 7 min away from my new home I drive the extra miles just to get my dog groomed by Karina. Love her and her professionalism and work ethics.

Don’t bring your dog to get groomed here. I took my dog in and Erica refused to cut his nails. He is a skittish dog so we told her he would have to be muzzled. She refused to muzzle him because he was stressed. The signs of stress they pointed out to me were that his eyes were red and he was drooling. His eyes were red because he was just bathed and he drools all the time anyway. She said she refuses to restrain my dog at all. What groomer refuses to cut nails? Or restrain an animal? After all of that they still made me pay for the nail trim because she “attempted” it.
