I Emailed them to rent a limousine for Disneyland, they totally ghosted us. I guess they arent interested in making money.I would have been glad to pay $3,000-$5,000 for the day, oh well, thats uneducated people for you. We ended up renting threw someone else. It was delightful to see my family enjoying themselves.

ULC Party Bus and Limo was the perfect partner for our company Christmas party this year. They were extremely responsive prior to the day of our event, as well as timely the day of. The bus was exactly as shown in the photos and the driver was extremely friendly. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

We booked the 6 hours Napa tour for 8 and our driver, Sal was great! He arrived earlier than expected and was very professional. Theo, the owner was also very pleasant to work with and very responsive. We visited 2 wineries and no one got sick, yay!

We hired ULC Limos to rent a limo to get me and my bridesmaids from the hotel where we were getting ready at to the venue which was only about 20 minutes away. The day before the wedding, ULC called me and told me that the hummer limo I had reserved had broken down, so they were going to upgrade us to a party bus for free. This is exactly how a company should handle last minute hurdles, Im so glad that they did that. My bridesmaids & I had a fun time getting to the venue.

Amazing! The bus was perfect, just what I saw in the pictures. Our driver was exemplary - we tried to keep things clean and he even straighten up while we were on our various stops, he was super easy to work with and accommodating us along the way. I highly recommend ULC!

Dealing with United Limo was awesome from the initial call to Travis, the follow up call with Paul (to make sure everything was going as planned), to the driver who showed up on time (even a bit early). I used ULC Limo a few years ago and was very happy, so when it came time to pick a limo company for my wedding last month, they were the first company I called. My wife and I were extremely happy with the level of professionalism of our female driver, while at the same time being very down to earth and easy going. She was very cool and help keep our group of 10 very relaxed and focused on such an important day for us (Sorry, Im terrible with names and cant remember it at the moment). Great job!!!

The reservation process was very easy. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very polite and helpful. Our driver Mark, contacted me earlier in the day to make sure everything all the information was correct or any changes need to be made. He showed up on time and was very polite. He arrived promptly when we were ready to be picked up and got us home quickly. Everything was straight up and nothing was hidden like some other companies we used in the past. Would definitely recommend ULC to everyone.

Took my daughter to her most important event in her young life! Prom! They were comforting and understanding the entire night. My daughter had nothing but nice things to say to them. They made everything fall into place and didnt taint her experience at all. This is what I look for in a limo company. You make my daughter happy, you make me happy!

Pickup at Lax airport was wonderful, Limo was beautiful, very clean and Jude our driver was excellent. Return service to LAX is what I had a problem with. The Limo sounded like the rear end was going in it. The sound so loud my guests were worried about our safety. Voiced our concern to driver he shrugged and said just something is scraping against something. I sent an email to Paul about this issue and never heard back from him. To say I was dissatisfied with our return service.

I work for AWSI and we recently booked ULC to transport the president of our company along with a few customers of ours who were in town. We were very pleased with their level of service as they were prompt and ensured we arrived at each destination on time. Their buses were also clean and very nicely decorated inside. The booking was simple through Travis. They quickly accommodated changes from the size of vehicle and pickup time without any hassle.The vehicle was spotless and comfortable. Our driver, Julene, was attentive at every request and promptly arriving at every location without any complications.

I called and the phone rang 20 times before a lady answered. I asked if they needed help with dispatching since it took so long to answer...she immediately hung up on me. I called back phone rang another 20 15 times before the same lady answered. Then she wanted to have a little attitude, so i informed her i would take my business else where, cause i wanted to order a 20 passenger party bus for a quience....great customer service....smh

I would NEVER use this service again. We were committed to one vehicle and at the time of event something different showed up and after we confirmed NUMEROUS TIMES what we reserved.We were told refreshments were provided and NOPE- EMPTY! Unfortunately all this is disclosed at time of arrival and service hours begin- had 35 kids Prom Ready- cannot turn the driver away. Spending $1800 on a hot bus without any water for 1 hour drive just sucks!!! The air conditioners were not 100% functioning either. Driver was great- friendly and professional but i am sure it wasnt the 1st time he had to deal with an irate customer. DO NOT USE!

Do not hire ULC limo!Our special event was tarnished with a hustler of a driver. Two days before the event I went over the schedule with Paul and ULC accepted the schedule. As soon as Bryan, our driver arrived, he complained at length a that we would make him work too hard! we asked Bryan to come 1/2 hour earlier for pick up but he was argued that he needed a break. We paid 10% gratuity and the full amount 24 hours ahead. So we were stuck with whatever they gave us, of course Bryan even after being so rude/loud/difficult still expected more and pretty much hustled more out of participants.ULC is not out there to enhance your special day, their motto should be what YOU can do for them!Do not book this company !!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with the entire experience of using your limousine service for my daughter’s winter formal. Everything from how easy you made the initial contract, to your dispatcher contacting me, to the driver himself, and the beautiful car that took my daughter’s group to the dance. This was a very tough decision for me to allow someone to take 12 15-year old girls form San Juan Capistrano to Long Beach. It is very scary to think about all of the things that could go wrong in that scenario. It would have been much safer for me to drive them all up there myself and ensure everything was perfect for them. But after talking to you on the phone, you convinced me that ULC is a professional organization and my worries were eased a bit. You gave me a very fair price and assured me that the safety of those girls was your #1 priority. Then the dispatcher called me a few days before the event to finalize all of the details of pick up, delivery, and return. That made me fell like there was a great team behind the operation. My final worry was taken care of when I met the driver, Owusu. He was absolutely fantastic!!!! He called me when he was in the area for pick up, he texted me when he was at the restaurant waiting for the girls to finish their dinner. He spoke with me, other parents, and the girls before they got in the vehicle to ensure everyone felt comfortable, and he kept in contact with me when they arrived at the dance and throughout the night. Those few contact points by Owusu really made me feel comfortable that these 12 beautiful young ladies were in good hands. Clearly Owusu understood that he had the most precious cargo in his limo and us parents were putting a lot of trust into a total stranger. He was professional, kind, courteous, and very thoughtful with our girls. They told me he made it really easy to find him after the dance and they had no trouble getting home. The limo ride turned out to be the highlight if the evening, even surpassing the dance itself.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.

Absolutely terrible service. Their customer service is rude. Be aware of excess charges after your reservation. From bogus cleaning fees to late fees if you happen to make them wait more than 5 minutes. Lack every aspect of service and their vehicles are nothing to write home about. Take this advice and steer clear.

The worst service you could ever get comes from this company. The driver was unfriendly and ignored our request. We were left outside of our venue and had to call and text the driver several times before he showed back up. I will NEVER use there services again and wouldnt suggest anyone to do so!!!

Terrible. I made a reservation and they put it as a “deposit” and it’s non refundable so I lost 50 dollars in the process what a scam
