Ive lived here almost two years and am very satisfied with the property and apartments. I live in a studio but the way its laid out makes it feel more like a 1 bedroom, and its much more spacious than the other apartments Ive toured. When touring apartments, this is one of the few that had tons of greenery, which keeps the whole complex nice and cool. The onsite laundry, grills, fitness center, pool and clubhouse are all nice and kept in good condition. The apartments are pretty close to the Buena Park mall and William Peak Park, as well as a grocery store across the street.It seems a lot of previous reviews had issues with the old management, but since I have been living here the management has been Aurelia and Leanna, who have gone out of their way to make sure I had a good living experience. I had a situation with some neighbors that made my living situation pretty unbearable, and they were able to transfer me to a new apartment on the property extremely quickly, with no increase in rent. I was seriously impressed with how much attention they were able to give to me when they are managing so many units and other tenants. The maintenance guy Chuck is also awesome and has helped me fix problems as soon as they come up.Pros:- Reasonable Rent- Nice pool and greenery to keep the complex cool- Individual balconies for every apartment- Pet-friendly- Excellent management- Nearby to Knotts, the mall, a park, library, and groceryCons:- A few bugs, but thats the cost of the greenery. On the bottom floor apartment I killed maybe 1 roach a month, which I dont consider that bad.- Thin ceilings, if you live downstairs hopefully you are lucky with your neighborsOverall a great place to live!
