First shipment went well with them, but the person I was working with on that one from Whale Logistics left... Second shipment went just as the other one-star reviews describe...

Been working with them for nearly a year now. Whale is an excellent company for storage, re-labeling, and routing of shipments. They communicate well, have fair pricing, and their service is also better than expected.

Absolutely terrible company. Stay away! They waited until my shipment had been in storage and accrued hundreds of dollars worth of charges before even STARTING on getting my shipment through customs. As it sat in storage, they began asking for forms to get it through. Im having to take them to small claims court. Beware!

Stay away!! Unprofessional and high charges when compared to others.
