Fast unloading. They come out to give you the paperwork

They have good customer service over the phone especially when this employees answer the phone. Letty and jose are the best people in this place they are nice and polite but the people on the from desk are rude when you go to get something for the warehouse they give you that paperwork to sign but with a really bad attitude is felt like people bother them no customer service on the front desk .

My dispatcher sent me here 1 day before the actual appointment time and the lady in recieving told me that appointment was the next day and they are too busy and she will try to get me unloaded the same day and after waiting for an hour i got a call from her and they started unloading and let me free in no time. AWSOME Staff and FAST service.

Best McLane Ive been to. My appointment was at 1130 and I arrived the day before and was parked on mid-counties road so I could check-in at 1000.Quiet street and wasnt bothered by anyone, theres a black bear not far that you can walk to our bobtail to.The morning of my appointment, I got a knock on the truck at 0800 with someone from McClane saying they could get me in a door ASAP. Have him the bills and he told me any door from 28-32. Docked into 30 and then walked over and checked in at for 19. Waited in the truck for someone to check and cut the seal. Opened doors and backed in at 0830. Ilianas food truck stops in for drivers to get real food or snacks. I was unloaded by 1000 and able to park back on the street until I got my next load. Again, great mclane!

In and out in an hour. Lumper was affordable and fast. Can be a little tricky backing onto some spots on the dock if busy.

Got there a few minutes early. They put me in a door and had me unloaded by 15 mins after my appt.

Parking was a little tight. Not too busy when I showed up. Everybody went to lunch, no one told me. Could have been out of there sooner

~..Truck parking on Mid County road~..First come first serve...~...no restroom...inside building at door 19 where you check in at....~... unload at 6am check in at 4:36am...the door have enough room...and enough space to back in...providing the fact there isn’t any trucks around your door...(About a tractor truck length room to play wit in front of you....)DoorDash DeliverGreat Servicedidn’t get the GoodMorning I was looking for but just like every other location...welcome home and goodbye once you leave....

12/1/2018 at 5:07 PM a McLane truck took Box Canyon Road, a shortcut from San Fernando Valley to Simi valley.Box Canyon Road is limited to:NO TRUCKS OVER 6,000 LBHis actions endangered other drivers as it is impossible for a truck of that size to negotiate the road without crossing the double yellow line.#nodumptrucks

The Bad.. Super Screwy and tight for a McLane.Be sure to come in off MidCounties. Otherwise youll have to Blind Side or get turned around.Everyone was nice and I got unloaded quickly.

Not bad to deliver to. They had me in a door in 30 minutes and unloaded an hour after that. Staff is friendly enough. Some parking on street available if you show up early or out of hours.

I deliver here almost once a week... Super awesome people... Very fast... They even have a real bathroom... Not a porto potty.

For a McLane this is a 10 star place. But it is still McLane. Reasonable unload time. Staff was ok, dont wear anything but work boots or very good shoes. They are picky about sandals, slip ons, flip flops, open toed, etc. Plastered signs all over.

Cool place to work at. Mellow employees. Truck alley gets a little crazy in the morning and late morning.

Drivers are assholes dont have any respect for other I got cursed out. few different places seen them drop stuff yell at ppl in parking lots bc they are parked where they want to park no respect at all not professional

You can park on mid counties next to entrance. Been here a few times, always quick for 0530 appointments... never had issues here, friendly staff.

My appointment wasnt until 8am. I arrived at 430am was out by 5am.
