I am not sure why this place has high ratings. Came here on Tuesday, and the service was horrible. I asked them to give an explanation why they didnt take coins (Canadian $1, $2), they answered me rudely. The people in the front needs to learn basic customer service skills either. No greetings, no say thank you, etc. Ive come here twice, and I didnt see any improvements for the service. Overall, bad experiences, never come back in the future.

A good place to exchange your currency for most foreign currencies. Every staff is nice and honest and all transactions I request are done quickly. They also try to provide the best exchange rate with customers. I LIKE THIS PLACE!

Highly recommend this place! Centrally located in the heart of Ktown, Buena Park, staff is attentive, transactions are impeccable, and rates are great! Plus, you can take care of a whole lot of other chores while at it, since there are all sorts of businesses (yummy bakeries, grocery stores, shopping, etc) in the same mall and nearby.

Seriously quick transaction I just walked in asked to exchange for Phillipines pesos signed a paper and I was done I definitely recommend people go here and side note there was a small transaction fee of course

Beautuful, nicely decorated place. When I called they said ghe yen to USD Exchange is 113, when I gave the USD they said it was 106, I mentioned what they said over ghe phone, the lady said if you sell yen its 113 if you buy its 106. So that clarified it for me.They are next to Market 1 and INSIDE-BEACH GALLERIA Which is like s mall. They are on the left hsnd side. Quick, easy and fair exhange, maybe a little higher than others.

Best place to have business with. I am a client since they are in Los Angeles area, I am glad they expend their business in Buena Park! Totally recommended!

Horrible customer service.10:10AM this staff lady just slammed down the call after saying were busy, call later (in korean) before letting me finish my words.The same day, same staff was being rude in person too when I went in to make the exchange i needed.BTW, it was my 2nd time at this store.First time was with a different staff and she was very professional and fast.Im wondering why they hired this rude B over the previous one.
