To explain my experience. Bought a laptop screen November via ebay, it was defective and returned early December. Then nothing. It was my error that I allowed what appeared to be a legitimate well rated buisness run out the clock on contesting the charge. By late January all I had was a lame employee in charge didnt do it but Ill get back to you tommorow excuse, then complete silence. I emailed (always polite), no response. I called (Davids not here, call back) only to find my number had been blocked. There was never conflict or argument, the fraud came easy to David. Theres 3 things that I can see that explain how a seemingly reputable and highly rated 14yr old buisness does this-1- Theres been a change ownership /managment (David Ramirez?)2- Theyve always been a fraud but are very good at hiding it.3- They are in severe financial peril and simply cant afford to give refunds.Either way, Im out over $200. Think twice before doing buisness with them. The positive reviews do not match their reality!Update-tried contesting sale via eBay but because I followed the sellers request to deal with them directly? EBay has refused to assist and David refuses to honor his obligation. I have followed up via PayPal and the BBB. David could resolve this easily, but refuses. If I ever get my money back and Im extremely doubtful of it, it will be donated to charity.Another update-David did not respond to the BBB and now has a C+ rating. He also has yet to respond to PayPal. I have escalated my complaint there. I tried contacting him via another email address (since Im pretty sure he ignores if not filters out my previous address just like he blocks my phone #) asking for him to at least explain why this issue has become so bad? It makes no sense, there wasnt any conflict. As expected, I recived silence. Do you think these are the actions of a responsible buisness? Should you trust this kind of operation with your personal data? I would argue that you should not.Final update - David ignored all inquiries and PayPal has refunded my money which has been donated.

The gentleman & shop owner is AMAZING!!! I have used his services many times and am always so pleased with his customer service, his prices, & his ability to solve my issues and give me the results I seek. I would recommend this business to EVERYONE!!!!

David is a very nice guy who handles the clients politely. My celeron laptop memory got upgraded last week and is running so fast that I never expected 👌 Also, there was a LCD screen change for another laptop a month ago and that was also fixed on time and with reasonable price in our county. My first goto person is David always 👏 I would recommend his services to all my friends in my community 👍

Place was closed on a day that said it would be open. The schedule needs to be updated, otherwise I wouldnt have wasted money on an uber. Will change my rating when I get my laptop fixed.Edit: didnt get my laptop fixed because the parts werent in stock. next time, get a dell!

Ive been to several shops in OC, this is the only one I would recommend.David is a great person, super friendly, honest and his service is fast.He repaired my desktop & my cousins laptop and desktop and didnt try to up sell youto replace parts. No needless repairs.David gives you the straight-scoop fix it. He also does everything quickly and professionally-everything is done right in your face just so you can see he doesnt BS.Overall, If your computer needs anything, you should go to him;reasonably priced, wonderful service and of course free diagnostics.

Was weary going to a PC repair shop for the first time, not knowing anything about them, but took my chances. Had to have a motherboard completely replaced and was thoroughly satisfied with the job theyd done, no complaints whatsoever. I believe in supporting small local businesses and would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a reliable, trustful, and knowledgeable repair technician. Not to mention that they have very reasonable prices for the work that they do.

Spilled coffee on my laptop and found this place online and gave them a call. Brought the laptop in right away and he took the back off and started to dry it off. Took care of me right away with great service. Cleaned everything up and had me make sure everything worked before I left. Honest and helpful store here!!

I called to fix my laptop computer screw and they fix it immediately at no charge, its near my home and I didnt know this place. I highly recommend this small business. I was so much worried, where do I am going to go but they helped, so nice.

The answer that you have given me in some way. In my opinion that myself, is said in some company the warranty like for Two-three years. if something happening to laptop you can bring it back in anyway at possible some how there is any Hack, Stealing, Crack screen, and you can bring company 24/7 hotline ? Best place to repair your laptop or cellphone

I took my laptop there to get a estimate to repair it and it was practically brand new and not a scratch on it and when I picked it up the corner of it was broke off and they refused to repair it. They obviously dont handle your electronics with care.

Received the part on time but it was not as pictured. What they claimed to be a broken screw hole they later changed to the hinge when I called them on it. They are rude and if they sale you something broken they will play pass the buck,tell you to leave a message and that you must have broke it yourself. Shady people
