I give it 2 stars because she is pretty pricey. Always a different price too for the same thing. No posted prices anywhere. I stopped going, not recommended.

Rose is a champion! She is my go-to for all my tailoring needs. Her prices are great, turn around time is quick, & most importantly she doesnt put up a fight when you ask for something to be tailored a certain way. Good tailors are hard to come by, just go see Rose at Zip!

My mom and had been coming here for years... and when my father passed away recently and I needed clothing for the funeral she came through even with rush order and even when she was closing and left ... she still came back and got the clothing that we needed for funeral which was the very next day. We appreciate the hard work and effort she has done for us over the years!

I love the owner. She is attentive to your needs. She has a pleasant demeanour and is reasonably priced.

If I could give a zero, I would. She tried to hem curtains for me, but cut them three inches different from each other. When I brought it to her attention, she said, oh, maybe you measured it wrong. How could I measure it wrong if you have two curtains that are different lengths?!?!? Never will I go here again!

Absolutely rude owner. Terrible business. I was a faithful customer for a few years until one day my pants were altered way too short. I went in and let the owner know in hopes that there would be a way to fix them. When I told her the problem, she looked at the pants and said No! You washed them! No! This is not my fault. You washed them. I was just like Are you serious? I had been coming to her for years and never had a problem. You would think that all my pants would have shrank when I went home and washed them. But they didnt and neither did these. She messed up and treated me terribly when I tried to bring it to her attention. I havent been back since.

Nasty, rude snotty owner. Run away.
