I completely loved the service! Extremely professional. I can see the color of the grout on the tile floor now, it looks completely new again! I was very impressed and excited to see the final outcome! I would definitely recommend this service and I can’t wait to use them again!

I wrote a previous review but the company chose to wrote a response including falsehoods that i yelled and/or am crazy. i will attempt again. the company damaged my floor and wont take responsibility for it. they left all my furniture outside and my home completely open. I had to move a six foot $3000 table by myself. Josue will not discuss it. He prefers playing games with phones, facebook and this review. He’s even billed himself a victim of my crazy even though he was paid in full. The company fixing his mistakes have told me many small time guys with little experience tend to create these mammoth problems for homeowners.

The guys are very professional and did an amazing job. Very reliable and made sure the job was done right the first time around. They even went above and beyond by providing us shoe covers while the carpets dried up.Definitely reaching out again in the future.

My grandma lives in Buena Park and I hired servicepro to come out and see if the sectional couch was salvageable. Due to a lot spills, water stains and smell. Joshua was a very honest service provider. He was punctual and knows the carpet installation business well. Gave us good advice. He gave us a fair price n followed through on all of his deadlines. He is efficient, quick, n hard working.

Im so glad I went with Servicepro, Josue was extremely communicative from the very start and the outcome of the service itself was awesome. I had two sofas cleaned, 1 natural fiber, the other microfiber, as well as a linen chest, and velvet headboard. I was very pleased to find someone who knew how to successfully tackle such a variety of fabrics. ** About 2 wks after my sofa cleaning, our new little dog had a couple accident (to my horror). I reached out to Josue and he came the same wknd to fix it. Prices are very reasonable, couldnt be happier.
