Be careful with carmax Ouction, frame not announce on this truck

My experience with CarMax-Buena Park was amazing.Before going there, I had read some bad reviews and had some fear about the time needed to complete the whole process. However, quite contrary to some of the bad review whole process was pretty smooth. I got cheque in my hand in less than 2 hours. I went there Saturday afternoon. Check in just took 2-3 minutes and I was asked to wait outside in parking where i had parked my car. I was told that someone will see me in 20-30 minutes. Actually, someone came in just less than 10 minutes. Took details about my online offer and went back. In next 10 minutes another guy came and inspected my car. He took some pictures and we just had some casual talk. He was done in 10 minutes. I was told that someone will come back in 15 minutes with an offer. In 10 minutes first person came back again and told me that they are honoring the online offer and I got it.After this we are supposed to go to accounting departments.I went there, there was no line but someone told me that they have many accounts to settle and it might take me 5-6 hours to get cheque.I was suggested if I come on Monday morning it would be pretty fast.I went back Monday morning. There were couple of folks already before me. Someone from accounting department came and suggested that If i have come early better I pick my spot in the line. I assume someday may be people do not follow the order in which they enter office. So, it was a good advise. I believe that person was head of accounting department as i could see he was running around and supervising other people work.Anyway, window opened and it took 3-4 minutes to exchange documents.I was asked to wait. In next 40-45 minutes i was called and they did rest of the documentation. They take care of DMV stuff also. All i had to do was to sign some documents and I got my cheque.I cannot expect a better service which involve such big $$ transaction. Thank you and Great work.

Nico is incredibly rude, overall the experience was terrible. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes from all associates, I would NEVER go to any CARMAX after todays visit.

They dont sell cheap cars everythings expensive
