Super helpful. I originally took my laptop to bestbuy to have it fixed and they told me it would be so expensive and hard to fix that I should just buy a new one. I took it here and they got it fixed for a great price and way faster than I thought it would be! It even works better than before it broke

They were completely honest with how much it would cost me for all of my parts that I would need to fix my laptop. They actually said I would be better off spending that money on a new laptop which is a very respectable and professional business procedure.

Don’t waste time calling others. Upon checking the website I mistakenly thought they were for business accounts only. After calling the other 2 places in town and having neither return my call I read reviews and called Matt. He met me after hours and even though my computer was more costly to repair than it was worth, he helped me transfer the hard drive to my thumb drive to easily put on my new laptop. Didn’t charge me a dime. If I have future issues I won’t hesitate to call him.
