Called ahead, had an 11 o’clock opening same day! The place was very clean, along with friendly staff. Brittney did my hair and eyebrows! I’ll definitely be back.

Love the staff here. My children and I all come here to get our trims and cuts and always leave with our hair the way we wanted.

A little bit about me is that for all 19 years that I’ve lived, not once did I feel great about my hair. No matter what kind of cut or style I had, I wasn’t happy about it.This was my first time getting a haircut here (I had gotten it dyed before and that experience alone was incredible) so I was a tiny bit worried. I work next door at Dollar Tree so I saw Beckah (sorry if I misspelled your name!) every now and then and her personality was so bubbly and happy, I knew she had to cut my hair next.The experience getting my hair cut here was the easiest, most relaxing time I’ve had in any salon. She knew her stuff, she was down to earth, she answered all of my questions so they made sense… And the actual haircut- I absolutely ADORE my hair now!!! I don’t think a bad hair day will be happening any time soon. I finally found a stylist and a style that I enjoy immensely. I HIGHLY recommend getting your hair cut here. Thank you so much to Beckah and Lara (who dyed my hair previously) for making me feel confident in my hair for the first time 💕

Edin is amazing. My daughter wanting a specific color and cut . She went above and beyond. She connected with my daughter and was able to see and make my daughters visions a reality. .Edin is RELIVANT... those of you with teenage girls may understand itIs like finding a unicorn.. both girls in the store were friendly, professional, and I could see the other stylist was just as happy and honeslty seemed to enjoy what she was doing as well.

Originally, I went in and got an inverted bob, which looked awful when it dried. The layers were messed up in the back and the front made me look like the haggard housewife I am inside. Obviously, I didn’t feel great about it, but I usually just put up with bad cuts. I decided to call and ask for the layers in the back to be at least blended a little better. The stylist I spoke to squeezed me in between appointments with the manager Bekah for the next morning. This was when they were already booked solid. When I got there, Bekah was so nice and understanding. I thought she would do a touch up, but she ended up starting the cut over and spending a generous amount of time cutting and helping me understand the complexities of my hair. She even styled it for me at the end. I was very happy. I recommend this salon, especially Bekah.

Great staff, they are supportive of each other. Nice to see. I had cut and color. Only wish is color appointment felt more like a priority.

I was a walk-in to this salon this past Tuesday, May 11th. I was greeted in a friendly manner and told it would just be a few minutes and I could get the haircut I requested. Indeed, it was less than 10 minutes and Laura G. was smiling and ready to cut my hair. One of the best haircuts I have EVER had, Laura was quick to ask questions at every step of the cut to insure I would be satisfied. I highly recommend her for a great haircut experience!

Made appointment for cut/style. Informed stylist (5*) no longer works there but new girl can take care. Explained what I wanted and even agreed on pic she offered. Her co-worker, from the minute my hair was washed and ready for cut went on making neg comments on hair type. Im mixed, one of parents has curly hair and so do I, apparently thats a problem. I opted for the bigger man option and kept quiet. She was rude, disruptive all through the appointment and the stylist doing my hair missed the mark on the cut, didnt say anything but kept going. If she wouldve said something I wouldve gone with a different style, instead Im stuck with wearing caps until I find someone to fix the mess. Never again.

They got me right in and did a great job on my hair! I will definitely be going back!

The people there were so nice. The stylist painted my daughters hair partially purple and gave my son a haircut. She did a great job.

I called around 10a.m. to see if they had an immediate availability. I had to make an appointment for 1p.m., the same day. The ladies who worked there were very nice and made a great effort. Eden spent from 1p.m. until 6p.m.(closing) trying to fix my wifes color. When she saw, at the last moment, that it would not work- she recolored my wifes hair.Also, before they started any work, they gave us an estimate of the cost which she signed, as well as my wife. The price was reasonable for the period of time we were present(5 hours). In the end, my wife was pleased with their service and the results. The location was by Wal-Mart, Yuma and Watson.

Larra did such an amazing job with my hair, I am so in love! She even put up with my dang allergies all day! I also appreciate Bekah, and Eden for making me feel like a Qweeen! Appreciate all 3 of those ladies! Thank you, will deffinetly be back when I need more done!

Just went in to get my hair washed, in and out in about 15 minutes and what a great price! Tip and everything was under $10. A great treat for yourself when your on the go.

Not happy with the cut this time. Not happy about not getting a blow dry included and no credit if you wash your own hair before coming in.

Our stylist was friendly, but way too quick. Had my mom out of her chair in less than 10 minutes, as far as the manager, she barely greets you. This place could do a lot better if they were a bit friendlier instead of focusing on their spouses hair cut for quite some time. She let the customers just sit and wait while she was cutting her husbands/boyfriend /lovers hair. Do that at your own leisure, especially when they leave without paying or tipping. Super disappointed in a local business.

To all those who want color done, look no further than Dariane and Miki! They took me from a 6/7 brunette to 8/9 blonde and it looks Marvelous!!! And my hair couldnt be softer thanks to those hair treatments! Ive seen the stylist give some awesome hair cuts, too. Cant go wrong 😉

I went in on a Sunday with no clue about how to restyle my hair. I usually keep it military-short but have let it grow out to nearly 6 on the top. I sat with Eden and discussed what to do with the mop on my head. We ran through several styles and she was very attentive. Eden provided great style suggestions and then fixed my hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I went to a different Sams and they didnt cut my hair right. So I went today and got an appointment for the same day! I was skeptical as I have thick coarse curly hair. Eden tried so hard to make sure that I was happy and she did SUCH A GREAT JOB!!!! THANK YOU EDEN!!!

Dariane is amazing. She has been doing my hair for quite some time now and I always leave satisfied. I’m very particular when it comes to cut and color, so I get pretty skeptical about what I want- but Dariane listens to my ideas and wants and then works her magic! I would definitely recommend her for all your hair needs!

Im always happy when I leave this place. I think most of the girls here are pretty nice and funny. I particularly like Jessica. She goes the extra mile for you and I will always go back to someone who goes the extra mile for you in customer service because you know you will always leave satisfied. She seems very honest and genuine so I definitely dig that about her too 🌻

Liz was great she I literally my go to. But today I went in and my hair was not going to be simple and the other stylist were so helpful to each other. It was really just a great environment and i got a great result!

My fiancé went to get his hair cleaned up, we just moved to AZ and we haven’t found a permanent stylist yet but figured just a clean up wouldn’t be too difficult for someone to do. We were wrong. The stylist completely changed his part, shaved off his sideburns, didn’t even do a clean fade on the side, and the nape of his neck is so uneven and cut way too high. We won’t be coming back or recommending.

I havent got my hair cut in years because I keep getting hair stylist that dont listen to me and tell me they know curly hair. I have long curly hair and its really thick which has been giving me headaches. I like layers because it makes my hair lighter in weight but when I get layers my hair curls up and I look like Annie, minus the red hair. I went into the Fantastic Sams on Watson so scared and desperate. Jordan was the unlucky stylist to get me. After hearing what I said gave me a hug and said, Its okay, we will thin out your hair and not layer it. My simple cut took a long time because she felt my head where I had more hair on my head and the spots where it was naturally thinning out. She inspected my curls to see if they were curly or wavy. I didnt even know there was a difference. She inspected so much of my hair and took her time cutting it long and letting me play with it to see what it does. She was not to proud and asked Bekah for advice, which I was so happy for because as they cut I could feel my headache go away, and Bekah didnt act like it was an inconvenience to help Jordan. They used their listening and cutting talents to help me and I am so glad they worked as a team. My hair is still long but not giving me headaches and I dont have to do anything with it in the morning. The curls or waves look natural. Ive never wrote a review before and probably never will again but the magic that Jordan and Bekah did for me last month helped me so much and they deserve recognition for the great job and confidence I now have in my hair and myself. I cant wait to go back!!

Larra Robles colored and cut my hair twice now and I absolutely love her sense of humor and her ability to get me the color that I want that nobody else has been able to do without damaging my hair. I went from dark brown to red with purple highlights and absolutely love it. Im going back to her to change my hair color again in the next month to two months, it doesnt matter where I live I will always go back to her.

I went in to get a cut and color. We could not achieve what I wanted. But what the manager did instead was amazing. The employees are friendly. I was there for 5 hours. All i heard was positive feedback from customers.

I have been going to this location since I moved here in 2015. Eden has been doing my hair for the last 6 months she is awesome and has a great attitude. Love the cut and get a little extra with her personal touch she makes you feel special. She is a definite assest to your company.

I had to post a review after so many negative reviews. I went to the salon for the first time and Briana (Bubbles) was my hairdresser. She did a great job matching my hair color and did a great cut. She and everyone else were very friendly and seem to love their job. I have to get my hair coloured every 5 weeks and I will be going here from now on.

Today I went to Sams for the 1st time and I had an awesome experience even though they were closing in half an hour they let me come in and actually say it half an hour past the time they were close to finish cutting my hair the girl that cut my hair beca was very kind and listened to what I want it but also gave me hear her opinion on what would look best for Me this was the 1st time I left a Hair Salon feeling a 100% satisfied although I wish that they blow dry my hair what can you expect when you come in as late as I did Im so glad my hair is even and I finally feel comfortable thank you

No wait time but beware the woman with the yellow hair. He asked for a low fade. This has got to be one of the worst haircuts I have ever seen. The back is way thicker than the sides. The other side has way less hair. (He didnt let me take more pictures) But I would not recommend this place to anybody. This woman should learn how to do her job.

Got a hair cut yesterday with Eden and really loving it. Have not had bangs in a long time so at first it was like oh what did I do. But after playing with it myself I think I have so found my stylist!!!!!!

My wife went here for her first perm. She had gone in for a consultation with Pam on Monday who assured her that the certain hairstyle she wanted could be easily attained. She just went in today to get said perm and they did not give her anything close to what she wanted. The stylist, Larra, intentionally ignored her requests giving her a different style of which she was not pleased. She has been going to this salon for years, but this was the last time. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, ever.

Ive been going here for 10 years plus. In the last six months, the service has been terrible. Theres been anywhere from 2 to 4 stylists with most, if not all of them, doing color, perms, etc. leaving zero or one stylists to service haircuts. Today was the last straw... A woman, whose name was removed from the waiting list for not being present, was allowed to come back and cut in the line. We had already been waiting for 45 minutes. I left and went to great clips which had us in right away. Sorry Sams... Hate to leave you after all these years but the service, attitude of stylists, and store condition has gone to hell in the last six months.

This service was quick & easy - the stylist #Jazz was super amazing! She is leaving the #Buckeye location for the companies #Goodyear location by the Walmart, and I️ definitely will be making the 10 Monte drive to follow her! A #fantastic experience!

Asked for a trim and thinning out. Ended up with about 5 inches cut off my hair. Asked to make sure it could be put up in a pony tail, it barely fits in one and layers fall out. Every layer is choppy and uneven. Didnt notice how bad it was until I got home and styled it. Had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Wont be going back. Nothing what I asked for.

My daughter had an 11:30 am appointment to get her hair styled for prom which I made 2 weeks in advance. At the time of the appointment I was told her stylist would be Monica. We arrived at the salon at around 11:15 am and were told that appointments mean nothing and that if someone walks in before us, they are taken first. They then proceeded to tell us it could be up to a 2 hour wait!!!! My daughter was in tears and I was barely able to hold it together. Fantastic Sams is a joke. I also have an autistic son and when he was 11 years old, the individual who cut his hair was talking to his next client about how he wanted to just punch my son because he would not sit still. We reported the incident to the owners and guess what...my son was banned from getting anymore haircuts there even though I had explained his disability. Can you believe this???? The only reason I took my daughter to this salon was for convenience. NEVER AGAIN. These people never apologized or offered a discount or anything. They had her friend in tears as well as they had to have 2 different stylists do her hair because they couldnt figure out how to style it the way she wanted it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!!

My stylist Jessica Spratley is truly a master at her craft. She is the first stylist who has colored my hair and she will be the only one to do so from now on. Jessica wants her clients to be happy with their final look and she will do what is in her power to achieve that.

First, the staff is beyond amazing and theyre all very personable. But Larra is amazing at what she does! I originally went in for just a cut but then decided I wanted to add a little color to my hair, and Im very impressed! After a couple weeks and several washes, my hair is still beautifully colored and Ive no hair damage from the bleach/dye! Definitely found a permanent hair stylist !!

Hair cuts are always a hit and miss when you go to a new place, but Ive had a great experience here! Jes is the best and I am always happy everytime I leave. The staff are friendly and direct, which I appreciate. When it comes to my hair, I choose Fantastic first.

I took my 16 year old daughter in to get an ombre. We are new to the area and have been looking for a salon. Larra, the manager made us feel very welcome and educated my daughter and myself on how to care for her hair at home. The environment was friendly and the salon was very clean. My daughter loves her hair and we couldnt be any more pleased with her work. I highly recommend this salon.

I went in for a color correction, I usually have blonde hair and was worried I would have to go dark to fix my color. I told Jess how my hair got the way it was in the first place and let her decide what would be the best route. She not only fixed my hair but I love what she did! Safe to say you can trust her 100%. Went in without an appointment today & got my daughters hair cut as well as getting highlights & low lights in my hair. Yeraldi listened to what I wanted, helped me pick the perfect colors and style and did an amazing job! I was a little skeptical about going especially after reading the reviews but Im very pleased & will definitely be back again!

I went in several times for a haircut for our entirefamily. Laura did them all and did a fantastic job. With a newly remodeled store and friendly and knowledgeble staff. I give them 5 stars. I highly recommend Laura.

Lara charged my mom $150 to do a color and cut. My mom took in a pic of what she was looking to do which included an ombre. Lara stated she could do it with no problems as she does them all the time. My mom came out of her chair with extremely harsh lines from the layers AND the COLOR. There was absolutely NO blending of the layers or color in her hair at all. When we tried to get it resolved Lara became angry and began yelling that it was my moms problem not hers that she wasnt happy with the results. I have never had an experience like my mom HAS experienced at any salon I have ever been to. Do NOT go to this salon and if you do beware of LARA.

Way too pricey and rude customer service. I went in for a shampoo and cut and when I was paying for mine and my husbands service it was $60 something! I said wow thats alot for 2 simple hair cuts and 1 shampoo... and one of the managers called over the lady who cut my hair and said.. we have a customer already complaining, why didnt you tell her this stuff costs extra?..poor lady...and Im like ummm I was not complaining, I was just shocked. the manager kept giving me a dirty look and very rude.

Worst ever! I called Famous Sams because my hair dresser fell ill and had to close shop. She had very reasonable prices so I knew I would have to pay more. While making my appointment over the phone I asked if I could purchase and use a Groupon coupon. I was told yes. So prior to my appointment I went online and bought it. When I arrived to my appointment, I then show them the coupon. The manager says, we dont accept those. The stylist tells her that I had asked and she said yes. After going around and around they tell me that to cut and foil my shoulder length hair it will cost me $149.50! But that they will give me $5 off with their coupon. Wow, thanks! I had already spent $57 on the Groupon that Im now out as well. They also asked me to sign this waver basically saying that if my hair fell off its not their fault. Really, does that happen often? This is not Nordstroms salon. Not even close. Why would I or anyone get their hair done here? Luckily I had searched and I found Celestes Home Hair Care. I left Famous Sams and got a great foil, cut and style from Celeste for less money. She is fabulous. She used quality products, served me wine and gave me the best cut and color Ive ever had since moving to AZ, 7 years ago. And it only cost me $80. Shes right here in Buckeye. So ladys, just avoid Famous Sams all together! Learn from my time and research. Youll be glad you did. Ive found my new Hair Salon and couldnt be happier.
