This was a great purchasing experience. From the first visit, Josh R. was knowledgeable and welcoming. He helped us choose the best option for our needs by asking good questions and clearly demonstrating the features of the BX23S. He clearly discussed pricing and financing options and gave us a good competitive total price.When delivery day came, everything was ready when I arrived, (even the extra service supplies I requested).Josh went over the tractor, attaching and removing the backhoe and the box scraper in great, hands-on detail. Although I have some experience, the extra time Josh spent was really helpful and Im sure it saved time later by me not having to figue it out. Even one of the service guys, (Jerry), stuck around and helped with good information and helping to load me up after the end of his day.I cant think of a time when making a substantial purchase, that things could have gone better! Great overall experience, helpful pleasant and knowledgeable staff , fast check out.Had a pleasure to use their Bobcat T66 track loader to move 120 tons of abc and do some grading, unbelievable power and maneuverability! Far exceeded my expectations. Kent Cantrell, at the Bobcat store of Buckeye, made the process very easy and satisfactory. You can truly say that he went out of his way to help me save money and understand all the different equipment available and what I really needed to purchase for my company. I met with Josh, the equipment rep for my area, an energetic and fiery guy whom I knew to work the parts counter in previous years. I found out Josh was recently promoted and this didnt surprise me at all. I had many questions, mainly financial and terms questions, and a few technical questions later, but he had the answer ready almost before I was done asking, and the few that were questionable, he got answers for me right away. It was a simple and painless purchase, and it was signed, sealed and delivered within 24 hours. There were no bumps in the carpet, no surprises, no gimmicks. Josh was full of energy and worked it out quickly to meet my needs. I couldnt be happier with the tractor and the experience. Not high pressure, very low key, and someone I would definitely recommend to others.

I am a bit shocked after hearing that a good friend was treated like he was. I dont want to mention names neither does he. He actually did not share the location where he had this experience but its easy to figure out. I would have come by in person if I was ever treated like that. I hope he does not buy here

These guys did a great job. My truck broke down on the side of the freeway thankfully near their location. I showed up and everyone there make sure to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They got me in and out pretty quickly and back on the road.

Great Customer Service. Highly recommend this company.

It took them a full week just to provide an estimate on a basic service, no phone call no follow up. Had to call in multiple times only to be told someone will call you back and no one did. Just received an email. Cant imagine how their customers can have their machines down for weeks at a time for preventative maintenance then hit me for $89 for paperwork.
