Made up a policy that I could not record my appointments. A judge was involved and subpoenaed the policy. AZCAC changed the policy on 7/26/21 to say no recording, two days later they gave the attorneys this policy. On the same day 7/26/21 dropped us. But yet refused services the month prior in June. They canceled medication appointments, evaluation appointments, CFT appointments, we had referrals for family cousiling and equine therapy, all gone and we are forced to start the process all over. So we were dropped because of a policy that did not exist, and when the judge asked for it. AZCAC changed the policy instead of helping. You may wonder why I wanted to record?? Well AZACA has a bad habit of making things up and then saying they didnt do or say that... they have a bad habit of lying. Sad really.

Well, covid protection in full effect! Office is only occupied by reception and only the staff with appointment clients for that time period. Masks worn. Hand sanitizer in sight.

Very nice people. Friendly and helpful. Got more information from Arizona Childrens Association in a very short time compared to any other place I have taken my son. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Staff could be more friendly considering if your here its more than likely stressful enough. Also not very flexible when scheduling appointments. Case workers are hard to get a response from as well. Wish they had more passionate well trained professionals on their team.
