I usually just go to get my brows waxed & they do a good job so I figured I could try getting a new set done as well. TERRIBLE! I asked the girl to do a design with hearts & jewels and she didn’t know how. How are you a nail tech & can’t do a simple design? She didn’t even paint my nails good.Update on my nails: One broke while I was sleeping and on another nail the polished is chipped off. Never going back or recommending.

This is my first negative review- anywhere. I am the type of person who likes to praise not condemn. People be aware of the energies here and decide if it matters to you: I was pleased to find a new place and a tech who did an amazing job on simple manicures. Every time I went I brought one or more more people with me for services. I would make appointments but feel like they were never written down. Still long waits, skewed priorities of getting into chairs. After four visits I can conclude this is a money mill. If you do not get gel, dip, or tips they would rather you not be in their chairs. Now that my tech no longer works there I will not be back. I can understand it is a business and business is about money. Yet feeling unvalued as a customer who is consistent business and a 50%+ tipper for job well done it felt gross to receive service. Valuing the $ and not the human gets one star in my book. I’m sure they do great when you get the extras-if you don’t mind them treating customers by their bill total then enjoy the services!

I was a walk in and was set up with Mindy she was very kind and made sure I was comfortable with my nails.

We checked in early so there was no wait. They accommodated both my husband and I. They were professional and personable. Great service, very accommodating and great job! I will use this as my go to nail salon.

Hands down the worst experience at a nail salon. I hate writing bad reviews but just a warning DONT LET THEM WAX YOUR EYEBROWS!!!! I asked her not to change my arch just clean up the bottom. The lady was smacking her gum so loud in my face not paying attention she waxed off my entire arch into a straight line!! What!!!??? I didn’t even know that was possible. Then she went to trim them and CUT ME WITH THE SCISSORS!!! She went so fast and wasn’t paying any attention. I looked in the Mirror wanting to cry so embarrassing. She just handed me the bill and walked away! Cool…I waited for my daughter to be done with her full set it was so lumpy and still had paint all over her cuticle. There is ZERO pride in their work just pumping people in and out.

I walked in at about 5:50 pm today, I asked if they would be able to do 2 full sets and a pedicure (for a total of three guests), we were told that they’d be able to and asked us to wait.I needed to move my vehicle, and when I came back inside they had a pedicure chair ready for me and they asked me to sit down. Between me sitting down and me asking for a towel to dry my legs off so I could leave, nearly an hour passed. In that time I watched one of the nail professionals start on one of my guests’ nails and then stop to start working on someone else’s (unrelated to my party) that had just finished their pedicure. My guest was sitting there, with powder all over her hands, for at least 20 minutes before a different nail tech asked her to come to their station.My experience here is one I’ll remember. I just moved to this area, and I was looking for my go-to nail salon for regular pampering/self-care. I can say with certainty this place isn’t going to be that for me.

Idk who the cashier is, but he is unprofessional and shady. For cash pays, they offer a 5% discount. Apparently, in the nail business, 5% of $32 is $1.00. If theyre going to offer a discount then they should at least do the math right. Im not going broke over .60 cents but I do wonder where the integrity is. 60 cents taken from several customers over the course of the day, can certainly add up. If theyre cheating the customer in pricing then theyre cheating at customer service, product as well as quality service.They arent that clean, either. They reuse emery boards and nail clippers.

Kathy and her husband are great. The only problem is, that when they are out of town or not in shop the techs are lazy and unwilling to work or go out of their way for the customers. I was there at 5:20 for a full set and pedicure and they refused to get me in because they didnt have time. I asked their very rude cashier /secretary where they were and he just said out.. This has happen to me twice since Ive been going there. I guess the 100 00-130.00 dollars spent there every other week is not good enough.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They always do a nice job. I love that they are so close to me also. Great job staff! Keep up the great work!

Aside from all the negative reviews below, I decided to give this nail shop a chance because my mom went and liked it. I had an appointment at 4 and didn’t get to sit in a chair till 4:30 not to mention when the lady in the front started my nails she stopped completely and went to work on some little girl who didn’t even want her nails done meanwhile her mother was forcing them to be done. The entire time I’m sitting there she never said “one second” or anything she just stopped completely and went over to do theirs because they were in a “rush” if I made an appointment I would assume I’m in a rush as well?? I definitely won’t be back. This has to be one of the worst nail shops in Buckeye. Don’t accept appointments if your not going to honor them. The customers service is terrible, I’m definitely going to see how I can speak to someone higher up about the place of business.

Always polite no matter who I end up with. Luckily they take walk-ins and usually not a long wait. Although I am used to getting more massage time on pedicures. That would be my only negative note..

Both my daughter and I went in for a fill we both left with the WORST nails we both have ever had!!! They dont listen when you tell them how long you wanted it. My lady put pink and black chrome on my red nails.. uuuuuuggggghhhhh no and when I told her I will just keep them all red she left half the chrome on my nails. My daughtets nails are so bubbly neither of our nails are straight they are the WORST nails we have ever had

I have never been to such a busy salon! But things are very organized. I absolutely love the way Helen does my nails (powder) and toes (gel). My mani and pedi last longer than any other shop I’ve been to. Also, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes (with an appointment). My only ask would be that they nor reuse emory boards.

Beautiful experience there so patience with my 3 kids. I feel comfortable and feel acknowledge. My kids are welcome there thank you.

Everyone is always friendly. They all looked so nice today. Dressed up celebrating their New Year. But their always dressed nice. Kevin is hands down amazing! I have been going to him for years. Always takes his time and never rushed to get to the next person. He always makes sure your nails are perfect before letting you leave. Love this place!

The person working on my nails seemed annoyed. She was rough with my hands and squeezed fingers hard. I kept telling her she was squeezing too hard. She rushed through my nails. A couple were not the same length, she was annoyed that she had to fix it. She sat angry the whole time and I felt angry and mistreated as a customer. I was quite friendly to her when I came in. As I paid and began to leave, I noticed she was leaving too. I assumed she was in a hurry to get off work. Still not an excuse to be rude to customers.

I absolutely love Nancy she is very gentle and pays close attention to detail.

I absolutely loved my experience with Nancy. She did amazing quality work. She gave me exactly what I asked for with the perfect size I asked for. It was ANAZINF. I am definitely going to be returning to her.

Everytime Ive come in WITH an appointment I still have to sit and wait for close to an hour. I will not be returning. I got up and left, went to pretty nails across the street, got my nails done right away, and they look SO much better than anything you guys can do. You cant keep customers if you have no respect for their time. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Even with an appointment, I still was made to wait an hour to get my nails done. This consistently happens. 100% not worth the wait. They do not respect your time.

Sad my nail tech is no longer there, but decided to try some one new. I absolutely hate my nails, the tech was so fast and did not pay attention to detail. Nails are uneven and the gel is lumpy, paid 55 dollars for ugly uneven nails!

I took my friends daughter here for a pedicure we were both getting one . She went first and I waited about 25 minutes. Im 62 and while I was waiting a young girl in her twenties came in and signed in after I did when the male employee was free he came and got the young girl first one of the other employees told him that I was there before her and she had no appointment but obviously hes a horndog needless to say I did not give them my business I paid for my friends daughter and left and will not return and will not recommend anybody go there. The young girl was also surprised and apologized to me but she had nothing to apologize for it certainly isnt her fault that Tony is an a******.

Kevin is great at his craft but his craft is limited if you’re looking for versatility with designs/latest trends please look elsewhere. Businesses need to realize that customers are paying attention and expect the services they’ve asked. Today, I requested a simple ombré and for my nails to be shaped more slimmer, well neither was done and I left with a solid polish only (having to choose a totally different color quick because too much time was wasted on ombré attempt that failed 🙄), noting that customer satisfaction is not taken seriously here. Also I don’t know how many times I said my nail is crooked, well guess what now I have two crooked nails instead one one. Go figure.

Mindy is always very friendly and very professional in her wrk. She listens to me when I am looking for a specific look. The salon is clean and the whole staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Some of my nails are slightly crooked and I didn’t notice until I left but they still look okay. The placement of the butterflies on my mail are not quite how I pictured but it’s still pretty good

I’ve been coming to this nail spa for at least 3 years now and every time I come I’m always treated with the best service with quality service. The staff is friendly amazing and Katie is the best nail tech ever!

My mom has been here once before so she expected at least decent service however she did not get that the second go round. She brought her own gel polish but was still charge the extra $15 anyway (Jolie said for “labor”🙄 LABOR REALLY?). The woman who did her toes (Jolie) rushed her and did not do a good job. She got the VIP package but was rushed, overcharged and did not receive everything that was supposed to be included with the VIP service - her nails reflect that. Anything to get more money I guess. The pedicure did not deserve any stars.On the other hand, the man that did her hands (Tony) did a great job. He cared about his craft and was reasonable with the price. But, thanks to Jolie she will not be returning. If you want a nice and relaxing experience, DO NOT go here.

The Nail tech I go to is Kathy I love her always up for a challenge every picture I have taken her with different designs she gets perfectly or makes them even better love her!

Lily did my manicure and pedicure. She was quite rough but once I told her to pull it back she was fine. She held a great conversation and she did my nails perfectly. This is my second visit to T&Ti’s Nail Salon. I’m satisfied

Most of the technicians know what their doing. I’ve had a couple not great experiences. So I always try to book an appointment with Kathy. If she’s not available, I’ll go to Tony then last but by no means least Kevin. But I really like Kathy. They all are very friendly and the shop is nice and clean. That’s a BIG PLUS in my book.

This was my very first time using this facility. I was given a recommendation to see Jade for my pedicure. Last November I had surgery on my Achilles heel and still to this day the nerves are tender. And I recently had surgery on my right shoulder, my dominant arm. Suffice to say I was unable to get a pedicure for quite a long time. Jade was such a professional. We didn’t talk much but she did my pedicure amazingly. I would 1000% recommend seeing Jade and coming to this facility for your spa needs.

Excellent pedicures with the wife. Both ladies took time on the massages, exfoliation, etc. We will be back.

I went in today for a full set. I got the coffin shape, ombre pink and white. Kevin was my tech and did an amazing job. I have never had someone take so much pride in their work. He really took his time to make sure they were straight and even. They look amazing!

I went into T & T on Monday with the request that a drill not be used on my natural nails. Tony was happy to comply. I had just previously walked out of a salon that I was told would only use a drill on my natural nails. Tony applied the most beautiful set of acrylic nails that I have ever had. They are light, thin, and just perfect. I would recommend him to everyone!

Very unprofessional. Asked for the vip pedicure, got the basic but charged for vip. Got acrylic and they are supposed to be coffin shaped and they are all different shapes. I wanted a matte white and it looks like I painted my nails with white out. When I pointed it out to the nail tech she just put more gel on top which helped nothing. I asked for the initials c+c because it was my wedding over the weekend. I got c&c in the worst writing ever. Looked like csc. Also my nails came out looking very gray and not white, they look dirty.Just horrible experience all around. $200 down the drain.

Always a great, relaxing experience! The pedicure is perfection, all the lotion and massaging are wonderful, the premises are tasteful and clean. The staff are friendly. It’s my favorite place to go so my feet look good and I feel like I’m walking on a cloud when I leave.

I love TiTis! I’ve been getting services from this location for two years from my nail tech- Mindy! The prices are so great and the services are worth it. Lady that did my pedicure was nice and very sweet id go to her again. But the lady that did my nails rushed and i was very disappointed with my nails. How hard is it to put arylic over natural nails without it being all over, and so uneven. Biggest disappointment ever.

Walked in and got seated in a chair, but sat there for an hour. Asked 30 minutes in how long the service would be, technician said, soon but skipped to the next customer who arrived after me instead. Thought maybe a different technician was assigned to me. Waited for another 30 minutes patiently and trying to make eye contact with anyone to come talk to me until I decided to dry my own feet and walk out quietly.

Very friendly staff and good customer service. My 11 year old daughter and I got pedicures & full set of nails. Sophie was very precise that it was what she wanted. We were very delighted the way they turned out Nancy did an awesome job on the French Ombre nails I wanted. Thanks for a beautiful mother & daughter experience.

I went and got my nails done. The cheap paint lasted two days so I went back so the can re paint one nail. The guy told me to come back in three hours. For your surprise I didnt come back and I will never go back.

Got matching gel mani - pedi, skipping gel on my toes and just wow. The same artist did both and the whole time she was working on me, she was polite and keeping conversation. 5 stars goes to her after telling her how, during my last experience getting my nails done, the guy that did them paid no attention to what I was trying to explain that I wanted and because of it, my nails came out so thin and sad.. they fell off in less than a week!! She heard that and purposely took extra time making my nails thicker and perfect. even color and gel, no missing spots. she was super awesome and because of her, titis is totally my new go-to nail spot.

This was my third tome at TY’s nails!! So far every visit has been pleasant for me gel manicure and pedicure (no gel) Een tho I arrived close to closing the lovely lady at the front desk calmly checked me in. My pedicure was almost over and the salon was closing but my main purpose was to get my fingernails together for my trip the next morning, the were a mess!! I can tell Helen was ready to end her day! But did it anyway! The rest and the crew and customers had a great time! They definitely went above and beyond great customer service!!! I will be back for a 4th visit!! I have gone to 2 other salons on Watson and didn’t quite feel the warmth even after 2 years. Oh! And I’d also like to add Helen was very gentle not one burn with the drill!! If actually felt like a mini vibration massage on the tips of my fingers! Love the vibe at TT’s!! Great 👍🏼 job crew!!!! Xo

This place is amazing, this time the experience was better than last time. If you want your nails to look good ask for someone who doesn’t rush things. If you don’t do that there’s an chance you might get someone who doesn’t take their time and that might badly affect the way your nails look.

First time was a charm. The Nail Tech, Tony (I believe), did amazing. Not only did my Acrylic nails look clean and beautiful. He took his time and he was extremely kind. So thank the second star to him because if it were not for him this place would get a 1-star review. Second time going there I wanted tony but they seemed a little busy so I decided to take whoever they had available. Well, that was not the most intelligent idea. Im not sure what her name was but I believe it was manager because she was the one attending to people who came in. not only was her job lousy. She did not pay any attention to what she was doing; she was excessively busy looking at the door and at the people coming in. I told her the color and shape but she obviously did not listen to me because she got the color right but not the shape. The shape was so off. The nails look horrible and that is an understatement. She kept sneaking looks at me as if she was judging me on how I looked. Moreover, she did not even try to make conversation or make me feel comfortable. Her customer Service etiquette was non-existent. I would not recommend, but if you decide to go there make sure Tony is available.

They do a great job getting you in and out. Foot massages are great. My foot therapist was Loan. Have had her numerous times and excellent job on her work especially foot and leg massages. My go to girl.. Designs on toes, you show them they can do.

I haven’t been here ever since my graduation (2018) the people here are pretty rude. When you ask them to be gentle, they insist that it’s your fault because “you’re not relaxing”. The lady that did my nails didn’t mention that matte nail polish was extra so be aware of that and when she was taking off my old nails she kept pushing back my real nails and when I was trying to tell her that she gave me an attitude about it. One thing I noticed when I walk in as a lot of people ask for certain people because they only want those certain people to do their nails if I had to guess it’s because there are only a few people who are actually nice. I’m not saying to stay away from this nail salon but just be aware of how they treat you.

Kathy did an amazing job on my nails. They truly are probably the best theyve ever looked. I came in for a full in and a broke nail and she commented how they were very flat. She not only filled them she added a little arch and they look so natural. Will be back to see her for sure.

Overpriced. Got a full set, small size with no design, single color for $50. I called to make an appointment at 5 and wasn’t even helped until 5:30. They take in a lot of people and have them waiting. Also most of them are rude, next to me was a girl and the nail tech got irritated and left her and took so long to come back and do her nails.

Reading the reviews, I had mixed emotions about going here to have my nails done, frankly, I was quite nervous but I went this morning for a pedicure, dip nails & wax. I had wonderful service, everyone was friendly & nice even bringing us all water. Helen was wonderful with my pedicure & did an amazing job on my nails! So happy I went.

I do not recommend this place the owner unprofessional cussing at me while I ask a simple question , on why they charge 15 dollars for some gel polish and then he becomes mad that he tells me next time you come make sure you know what the hell you want . They be overcharging for the simplest designs . I do not recommend this place they need to take some customer service classes .

The original visit I got a full set of acrilycs and a pedi. My nails started popping off two days later. By the time I was able to get back there to be fixed, I was told that since it was nearly about time for a fill! So they charged me $40. For a fill and fix the 7 missing nails. The second nail tech that did them (1 of the managers or whatever they were), did then better than 1st time...!¡

I go here because they are always friendly, they make space for me any time, I usually have less than a 10 minute wait to get a pedicure, the place is clean, & they do a great job. I only do pedicures here, Im a guy so I dont do nail art but the ones I have seen them do look really nice. They are reasonably priced, I get the deluxe pedicure for about $31

Came in on the Fourth of July so the shop was pretty hectic, however i felt every guest got the attention they deserve. I didn’t mind the wait. Jolie worked on my nails and i got one of my favorite gel manicures to date. Very pleased with the staff and salon.

Kathy did my nails. She was extremely rude and pushy, needs some training in customer service skills. No personality and never smiles. Whenever I go in they tell me I need a new set just to make more $$. Thanks but no thanks, Ill let you know when I want a new set. She did a rushed job and was only interested in talking with her coworkers not paying attention to the job at hand. Needless to say not happy with the service performed and will not go back.

I waited in cold water. Kept being told I was next. But nobody ever came. My appoints at 1pm on a Sunday. I walked out at 2pm.

This place has a serious scheduling problem. Multiple times I have scheduled an appointment with them over the phone, only to arrive (on time) and be told my appointment was not scheduled. First couple of times, I shrugged it off and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I cannot any longer. Recently, I scheduled an appointment only to show up and be told that the person I scheduled an appointment with was off. Really?!? I just made the appointment yesterday and was assured the person was going to be in but now youre telling theyre off?!? Ridiculous! I do not feel valued as a customer and will now be taking my business elsewhere.Tip: When scheduling your appointment ask for the name of the person you scheduled it with. If not, youll be standing there feeling like a fool when they tell you that your appointment was not scheduled.
