Needed my fingerprint clearance card and they helped me out where UPS failed me. They took care of me after I was frustrated and was willing to help me in a bind.

A male employee who was assisting another customer took off his mask while I was in the store. A customer who came in after me was assisted by this employee. The customer was invited to take off his mask by the male employee, which he happily obliged. I was in the store for at least 20 minutes mailing documents internationally and the employee and customer were maskless the whole time. Why this is permitted, although mandated otherwise is beyond me. No worries, I already reported you to Maricopa County.

I love doing my business here. George and Deb are great folks. They go out of their way to help you. They treat you as if theyve know you forever. Id much rather pick up my mail and packages here, I know they are safe and wont get takin off my porch. Well worth it for peace of mind and you get notified when package is there. Win win.

I go into Post Net quite often to have flyers made and other misc things. I have always been treated professionally, even during these stressful times, they have been very positive. If they are busy, they make a point to tell me that they will be right with us and thanks me of being patient. The quality of work is exceptional and if I have no idea what I am doing, they are always willing to help and come up with solutions.

On Friday October 30th the Man waiting on customers was not properly wearing a mask . it was not covering his nose or mouth. When I mentioned it to him he said the only reason he had it on is because of the County mandate.Great ! He probably thinks everyone wants to breath his spitballs. I refused to have him wait on me and will not be going back.

UPDATE 11-2-20I had the opportunity to return to PostNet for a fingerprint clearance card.The first thing I noticed was everyone was wearing a mask.George one of the co-owners took care of me. He was extremely pleasant and calming. I was somewhat nervous.We had a very nice chat while he rolled my fingers on the machine.As I was leaving Debbie the other co-owner came out to talk and explain some things. At first, I thought that was nice of her. Until she then offered to help me out in other ways. For instance, someone would come out to my car and handle whatever I need. Packages mail whatever so I wouldnt have to leave my car.I thought that was truly nice.I left there with a feeling that Debbie and George went above and beyond to relieve me of any additional concerns.Thank you both,Roseann NolletteI have been going to this location for 8 years.And I was happy with the service.But like the saying goes all good things must come to an end.In the past 2 weeks, I have been in the store 3 times between 4-6 pm. Always so helpful. It is great to have a business that cares about thier customers and that really knows what they are doing.

Not always these cheapest or fastest.....however, that’s because when it’s your “turn”, they take the time to serve and make sure that they do their job right and take care of your needs. I’m happy to wait a few minutes and pay a couple extra bucks for that service! If you’re not, maybe this store isn’t for you....and that’s ok. I’m sure there are plenty of places that will shuffle you through...try usps instead. You’ll likely fit in well there!As for me, I’ll continue to use Buckeye Post Net for the smiles, convenience, and service! THANKYOU

My family and I used Postnet in Buckeye for many years - for many things, from shipping, to printing, to getting our private documents shredded. Today that changed. I was told by an Employee to “Go to UPS, they’ll help you do it all” just because the Employee was lazy and didn’t want to help me ship from a QR code and print from a USB. So guess what? From now on my family and I will take our business to UPS in Buckeye instead. Thanks for the recommendation Postnet Employee! I hope I help others see this so they know to go to UPS instead.

Been working with Postnet for years, for not just my shipping needs but for my printing needs, which is almost a daily task for them. Printing often thousands of copies. Different sizes of paper, different colors of paper and different information. George and Debbie are great. River always takes care of anything I need set to print really quickly and error free. River and Katherine always expedite my needs and keep me informed of their progress through out the day. I would highly recommend them. They help me with all of my questions and listen to my concerns. The ease and turnaround times are great.During COVID they have gone the extra mile to make sure things are clean and sanitized and I always see all employees wearing a mask. Been going here from the day they opened. Love these girls!

It seems I have been shipping things back home a Lot just this year, and I always come here to do it. The staff there are so nice and really helpful. I recently shipped a package to Italy, which I had never done. I spent over an hour the night before looking up codes and requirements for international shipping, but the ladies there took about 15 minutes getting everything together and finding which would be the cheapest rate. They were great!

2 min after closed they weren’t even gone I just needed to drop a medium package off that already had postage on it but they turned me away. The package was just barely to big to fit in the blue box. Good thing the ups store was still open to help a customer out

The notary at this location needs to ensure that they are aware of acceptable forms of identification. Per Arizona law any Any unexpired identification card that is issued by any branch of the United States Armed forces. Wasted my time. I would not go back there again.

I think they could do better and always seems to be a line. Efficiency and better customer service, I think.

This place is so convenient. I can drop off Fedex, UPS, and USPS packages at the same place and get copies while I am there, too. The staff are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The ladies are very rude to anyone of color or minorities. When I entered the lady in front of me was letting the worker know her packages keep disappearing from her mail box and the worker did not do anything to assist her and was very rude and defensive insisting they do not steal. I’m sure they have cameras and they should be more courteous when handling customer concerns. This place also over charges for simple printing which is not posted on their price list. They charged me 1.75 for one page to print black and white. And said it was because of computer Time, I never used their computers I sent my paper to their email. Anyways save yourself the hassle of getting treated poorly and overpriced and just go to Fedex office they do not charge additional fees for customer services.

I had to return equipment from a cable provider. I was just going to drop it and go and the ladies suggested that I wait for the receipt. I am so glad they did! It ended up being a necessity as the cable company tried to charge me for the equipment they received the next day. I could verify that because I had the receipt with the tracking number on it!
