*UPDATE* I had Juan come and install a sprinkler system and pavers in November 2019. I originally planted seed instead of laying sod, and after having a year and a half to go through bermuda and overseed rye I could tell there was an area of my lawn that wasnt getting enough water and that I needed an additional sprinkler added. I reached out to Juan multiple times and never got a response. great the first time I used him but so much for wanting additional business.Juan was awesome. I needed pavers added, a sprinkler system, grass, a tree removed and a new timer. I had 6 other companies come and give me quotes. Juan and Frank and Son were by far the most competitive and could do all of the work. That, along with other Google reviews of their work led me to go with Frank and Son. The crew had to work through the weekend due to the rain that came but they didnt sacrifice quality. I am very pleased at Juans customer service. They even added drip lines for me in my front yard. They laid seed down and will be checking back in a couple of weeks. Definitely recommend Frank and Son and will be using them for my routine landscaping once the grass comes in!

Juan of Frank and Son Landscaping said he would have the pavers laid, the turf installed and the trees planted in the very short timeframe we requested because we were going out of town and had company coming when we returned. I, honestly, did not believe they could get it done in the timeframe we requested. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. Not only did he and his crew get it done, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for your hardscape and landscape needs!

Very very happy with Juan and his people. My fiance and I bought a house in Verrado, of which the last owners, essentially destroyed (see photo with mulch and used turf).Price and quote process:We got quotes from two landscapers. I offered to show Juan the quote from the other landscaper, to which he said no thanks, just wanted to show what he could do- his quote ended up about 55% cheaper than the competition. We loved his integrity and attitude.Now to design:We had no idea what we wanted (a pool, real grass, flowers? No idea) so we just told him roughly what we wanted to do (zero maintenance, play soccer, entertain, lay in the sun, keep our dogs bodily function somewhere out of sight/smell, and we need to be able to rent it out in a few years). He designed the backyard as seen, including the dog run. The turf (zero maintenance) feels and looks pretty close to real grass, the fire pit is perfect for entertainment (cozy drinks w/ friends), the plants have a zero maintenance watering system and they only require to be groomed every 6ish months, the dog run is perfect (I should have taken up his offer to have a dog door put in).Additionally, we had them install pavers around the side of the garage for our trash and recycle bin, which has made all the difference (dont have to leave them in the garage or drag them through the rocks.

I had a under driveway sprinkler poly drip line leak. Contacted Frank and Son, Juan was very responsive. Provided me a affordable quote for the job via text and was at my house within a couple hours. He brought two other guys with him, they were quick to dig up each side of the driveway and make the repair efficiently. I learned that the polyurethane line that traveled underneath the driveway was acutually through a conduit, so that made it much easier to repair and they didnt have to dig up my driveway as I thought would occur. Since they were affordable, fast and polite I schedule for the next day to have him put in a new sprinkler timer since mines is 14 years old and showing signs of failure.

My front yard was a horror, but Frank came out looked it over listened to what I wanted, gave me a quote, and we set the date. Hard working men. My property looks great. Cannot say enough good things about them. Ive recommended this company to all my friends.

Juan and Frank where amazing to work with. They came out the day I called for a quote. We changed the design and he came back out and were on time. He was quick to give us a quote that was half the cost of other companies we got quotes from. They where both extremely kind and professional. Once the work started Juan and his crew where fast and efficient and did amazing work on our back yard. They were all professional and respectful as well as kept the yard clean and clutter free during the project. The price is beyond reasonable and the work was absolutely amazing. They even went out of their way one day when they showed up when we weren’t home and found a water leak in my front yard. They let me know immediately then quickly shut off all the water to the house and dug it up and discovered it was an HOA water line that shouldn’t have even been in my yard and capped it to stop the leak. This had nothing to do with them or their work and yet they stepped up and fixed it which just speaks volumes about their customer service and quality of work. These guys are great!My front and back yards were looking like a jungle from all of the rain that we just had. I knew I had to get them taken care of before the the HOA drove by.I called on Friday and asked if he had any openings on Saturday fully expecting them to say no. He said that he would squeeze us in.He showed up with an army at 1pm. Im not even sure how many there were, but they had three vehicles. I heard weed eaters and trimmers going all around the house at the same time. It was an all out war on the weeds and bushes!!By 2:30pm it was all over and they were driving away. The weeds never stood a chance, it was a massacre!!I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend that you do.

Unlike several other companies that I contacted, Juan Sanchez actually showed up to give us an estimate as he promised. He helped steer us away from some of our initial ideas that would have proven more costly and less attractive for our new-build backyard, even though he could have gone forward and charged us more money. His estimate was far lower than we had anticipated and his suggestions were better than what we initially envisioned. Our initial deal was made with a verbal agreement and a handshake, to which Juan stayed true. He started work on the day promised and finished on the day promised. His crew was very professional, polite and respectful; no yelling, cursing, loud music, etc. (All the things we hear everyday around us with all the other new homes being built and subsequent projects getting done) The attention to detail given by Juan and crew was refreshingly impeccable and the quality of materials used was top notch. They installed a large area of artificial turf with trees and irrigation inside the perimeter and a paver border surrounding it. They also installed a couple of paver pads with river rock covering the rest of the yard. All work was outstanding and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Frank and Son and could not be happier with them. When Juan gives you his word and a handshake, it means something and that is increasingly less common in todays world.

We had dozens of plants that werent doing well, our yard had way too many plants from the get go and they found leaks in a newly installed system! Without Juans knowledge we more than likely would have suffered huge water bills with no idea why and if you live in the city of Buckeye you know that a leak in a line can cost you dearly. We are really looking forward to continuing to have Juan work on all of our other landscaping ideas in the future!If youre look for someone that can do anything you need, is professional, honest, affordable, interested in your ideas, respectful, hardworking, knowledgeable, doesnt try to pressure you with things you dont need, creative and easy to work with, this is the company to use. You will not be disappointed!

Frank came out and installed pavers, pvc irrigation and relocated a couple palms. Everything completed in a timely manner and excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend.

I scheduled and they never showed up. You cant make it then at least give a courtesy call. We rearrange our schedule so that we can make this appointment.

Cant say how happy I am with my new lawn, and patio. These guys are all very professional and will not break your wallet. More projects in the future for sure.

Juan and his guys did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently, not too mention they were very reasonably priced. I will not use any other landscaping service for as long as I live in this house!

Great service, great people, great prices. Fair, trustworthy, and competent are really hard to find from one company but these guys have it all.

Gave them a budget and they surpassed my expectations. Sold a house and needed help for curb appeal and they provided just that. Communication could be a bit better but overall totally satisfied!
