Placed ccx an order 3 weeks ago. Line man came and left, still no modem delivered. Lied twice about shipping out my modem. Missing work and daughter missing school due to poor service and representation not knowing what to do. Just send me my modem.

Reached out to CenturyLink to setup service. Was told it was a $99 install fee. Setup the appointment and the tech came out and said it would be another $300 to pull a wire over from directly across the street. $400 to install at best 30MB service is absurd.

Really irritated . i set up last week on the phone around monday or tuesday to have service set up at my house . come thursday or friday i get a text saying we can not come provide you service after all because of your address or location . make sure to have your employees or the company as a whole to know or find out that service can not be provided somehow find a way to do so during the initial set up call. Not two or three days after i get a text saying you cant come . calling cox tomorrow and calling century link to complain .
