I have never had even an okay experience here. The staff are so incredibly rude every single time I come in. One lady got an attitude with me for an Amazon return and kept cutting me off mid sentence then today a guy does the same. I called this morning to ask if they did fingerprinting, she said yes but they prefer appointments. I didn’t know what time I could be there so I asked if I could walk in and she said yes, they had no appointments scheduled today until 3. I get in and the guy behind the counter cuts me off mid sentence to ask when my appointment is. I start to say I don’t have one and I spoke with a woman earlier and he AGAIN cuts me off to say “okay go wait over there honey”. I go stand there and he says “it’s going to be 20 minutes at least dear”. There were maybe 3 people in the store. I’m confused at this point so he says again “it’s going to be at least 20 minutes. I need to clear the line and do an Amazon return” I tell him I can’t wait 20 minutes. He doesn’t have anything to say. So I left. If I waited in line to get this done, why does everyone else behind me get out the door while I wait? It makes no sense. Also it’s incredibly unprofessional to call a customer “honey” or “dear”. As a woman I find it appalling and offensive. This ups store is absolutely horrible and has no customer service training at all. The employees should at least TRY to be kind to people, you have no idea what people are going through! I will be sending this to corporate as well. These employees should be held responsible for providing horrendous experiences for customers. Shame on you for treating people this way.

It clearly states that ups will package your item for free and that you do not need to print out a shipping label. Ive done many returns and I had no problem. Went there and showed the female employee and she just brushed it quickly off. She did not offer any help and you could tell she didnt care or want to. Very poor customer service.Update: The owner reached out to me stating an apology which is appreciated, but nothing has been resolved or fixed. I am still left without a solution or answer to why my package is not being taken despite ups stating you do not need a package or label. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not be returning.

I am not sure but I am thinking that the one guy that helps me out is most selected a manager because I swear like even if its super busy dizzy this guy remembers like who I am and is always helpful and cheerful and not only meet other customers toother customers too so even if even if I pay extra to send something I still end up going here here I moved into the area a couple years ago and its a nice change of pays to finally see Someone that is not just miserable at their job you know

We Used UPS Store for Home Closing Paperwork. 3.5 starsThis was not what we expected. We had an appointment to meet with Rebecca. When we walked in the guy working was adamant that he was going to help us and not Rebecca. Like a car sales man would be. The service was quick. Literally, he shuffled through the papers and stamped and signed the papers required by him and left us with a scrambled mess. He claimed it didnt matter but to us, it did. He wanted us to mail the documents but we wanted to take them home and review and initial all the documents. Again, this wasnt what we expected. I guess I thought they were going to go over documents page by page. Not the case. We went back because he forgot to date something. Not sure if that was on purpose as a tactic to get us back to do the mailing or an honest mistake. We wanted to use FedEx to mail but since he missed something we had to go back. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but its not possible to do. minus one star because he missed a date and scrambled our papers up with no regards to the documents. The other star is because we asked to see Rebecca (if that is her name) and he wouldnt let us.ON A POSITIVE NOTE: He had a FUN POLITE personality and this was quick which happened to be what we wanted even if it wasnt what we expected. The cost is $10 per stamp. Our packet had about 10 - 12 stamps.Overall, I would do it again but definitely ask for Rebecca and ask to keep documents in order so you can review it when you are signing it. OR flag the pages they need to stamp.

Every time I come in usps Zee makes my day. He is such a loving and energetic person . Always greets without hesitation. Most definitely make sure that he helps you as much as possible to complete the mission . Always kind and patient he a go to person .

The place was empty. 2 employees, and they said they were too busy for a 5 minute fingerprinting. They take walk-ins, at their discretion. And requested I make an appointment for the following day. Just lazy staff with zero customer service. Take the drive to any other location.

The employee Zee was extremely rude. Could tell he had favorites customers as he was being “overly friendly” with them and mentioned how he frequently sees them. I witnessed this twice with the customers before me then when I walked up his demeanor was not friendly what so ever. The employee as I walked up said “ are you going to buy a box to ship this in” when I explained that I’ve never had to if item was shipped to me in it’s original box and my old location that I lived by always took those items if I’m original packaging. He told me there was a policy in place where my items had to be reboxed to be shipped when this is not true, he said I could take it to the other location then and he was going to call ahead and tell them I was coming and the tried to take my shipping label from me that I printed. I ended up driving to my to my usual UPS and they took my return with no issue as the item was shipped to me in its original box.

I shop a lot and so I frequent many UPS, FedEx, and USPS locations. We recently moved out to Buckeye so I had to find a new location for my frequent shipping habits. I am so glad this UPS store is out here. Zee and Blake are ALWAYS on it. They are quick, efficient, and helpful. LOVE this location. Even though I cant get confirmed receipt for my USPS packages, I still come here because it saves me the headache of having to go to a USPS location.

Customer service here is AMAZING! I was freaking out because the state board of nursing emailed me June 17th, and said that they needed a copy of my fingerprints by July 1st or I would lose my multi-state license. Fingerprints and additional documents needed to be mailed to Louisiana and I was short on time. I entered the packed store and I was greeted immediately. I explained my situation to the young lady helping me, and she attempted to make an appointment for me for another day. Zee (I believe that’s what his name was) overheard our conversation and said “we are really busy as you see, but if you can wait I will do the fingerprints for you today so you do t have to come back.” He took away soo much stress! We were just in there dropping off a package and the person that helped us was amazing (Zee). It was extremely busy but he was so quick and helping multiple people at a time. This place is horrible to deal with. Very unplesent customer service, evey single time when I go there to return things the make problems. When I return it is mostly Amazon and Amazon do not require additional packaging at least for things I was returning and they still were telling me that I do.2 weeks ago I retuned a package in the originla box and there was no problem with my return, they scaned the returning code, printed the label and it war ready to go . Unfortunately I had to return my replacement of exactly the same thing so I used original box and they told me I have to pack this and if I want have this accepteted I need to by a box from the them. They do it on purpose to make money sellin packaging. Very bad service, would not recommend it ... I changed my store for better customer service ...

Was told on the phone only one photo ID would be needed along with another ID with a name on it, such as a Title, or birth certificate to open a box. After driving 50 miles I was refused a box by the clerk on the grounds that he was the manager and 2 photo IDs were required as if I should have known that. Any officious jerk who keeps stating hes the manager as a reason for inconveniencing a customer, or who refuses to take any responsibility, or even apologize for what was a store employee error is unworthy of the title. He is obviously more fond of pushing customers around than in serving them or properly training employees. I wouldnt trust this man with an employee or a customer, let alone their mail.

What and Incredibly courteous and friendly staff. ZEE, Kelly, Josh. Those were the Three Amigos that I dealt with today. I had a very large box to ship to Maryland. It was $350! I said no way Im going to the post office! And started walking out the door. I had three mounted ducks to send. ZEE recommended we possibly could mail three of them in their own separate box to potentially curb the large bill. Unfortunately it added up to even more MONEY, but the thought is what counts! So instead of letting me walk out the door unsatisfied and disappointed ZEE decided to give me his employee discount and earned my business for the day!Thank you, Mike Bieda

Tried to return curtain rods to amazon IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES shipped to me by AMAZON. They REFUSED to take thrm unless I paid $16.05 for THIER BOX. Amazon DOES NOT REFUND FOR THESE UNNECESSARY CHARGES. AVOID, THEYRE A RIPOFF. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: at the time this occurred I called Amazon Customer service and they had 0 records of ANY UPS STORE doing this to customers at any time previously and she told that to the manager on duty at this UPS store. The manager on duty told her it was Store policy. This is a scam to make money. Never going back. Ever.

Been dealing with this ups store location for over a year now for business shipping purposes. The lack of help when an issue arises is a complete joke. It really shouldn’t be that hard to look through the store for a possible miss placed package. Or to find out which truck/s picked up on a certain day to possibly see if a package was forgotten in a truck. In most cases we get receipts unfortunately a new employee didn’t grab it. However that doesn’t excuses the over all treatment by the employees in this location when you simply ask them to look for a package. I’ll be pulling ups as a shipping option from my store.

So this is an observation of the type of staff this location employs.While waiting for my husband, (getting his haircut at the barbershop next door) I had the opportunity to watch customer after customer visit this location in Buckeye off the I-10. At the time there were 3 on duty in the store, 2 males and a female on a Monday morning. On the occasions that I am speaking about, the employees were NOT all assisting other customers. So they were available to help.That said, there was an older gentleman, owns a dairy farm here in Buckeye who hand carried his items to the store because “the UPS truck forgot his pickup, so he came up to drop it off”. This senior aged gentleman; unloaded, hand trucked ( in a hand truck with a flat tire) opened the door and unloaded his containers by himself.These blue plastic containers were big enough to only hold 2-3 on a hand truck and looked really, really heavy. One of the guys came out saying, “they told me to come out and help but I have a bad back! Oh! What ! Slip disk, slip disk!!” Hey loudly stated jokingly. The older gentleman didn’t seem entertained. The employee just talked to him and held the door open once for him while he had at least 8 - 9 loads total. Seems like if you arent able to carry a few boxes to help a customer when UPS your employer- missed their pick up, you are collectively an unacceptable piece of work.Secondly, another older gentleman went in to pick up his delivery. It looked to be a TV or something. He wasn’t helped out or offered the hand truck, he carried it out! Huffing and puffing into the parking lot to lift it high enough to clear his truck bed , arms splayed wide, holding and lifting on his own. Still, the “men” in the store not actively helping any other customers.So before anyone asks why I didn’t get out, because I am a 40something year old woman with a recent hip injury. The employees here epitomized the change from “What can brown do for you?” To “We🖤 logistics.” Neglecting customer service and embarrassing UPS standards of caring for their patrons.Do better Buckeye UPS.

When I went to drop off a return they required me to buy packaging for it. What a joke! Thats just super scammy. Even on the counter it says Amazon returns no box required. 👎🏻Both Amazon and UPS site says: The UPS Store Dropoff - no box or label needed: Where available, The UPS Store accepts package-free and label-free returns using a QR code sent to your mobile device. You do not need to package your return or print out a label. Simply present the QR code to the associate and they will do the rest.

Usually I don’t have a problem here. Today I came in early to return an amazon product and ship something to a friend. When I came in Christina said the systems were rebooting, which was fine. What bothered me is she was rude. I get it if you’re frustrated but I was the only one there it’s not like there was a line to the door. She asked if I wanted priority shipping as if it was an option so I said no. Then when she told me the price I said I didn’t want priority just because I got confused thinking I didn’t have to pay that much to send a tiny package. She then told me priority was the only option. Instead of just explaining that the first time, she got an attitude with me when I got confused. I was very uncomfortable and it took everything in me not to cuss her out. We all have bad days but I will never come back. I’ll just take the trip to Goodyear.

Tyler is a boss. I’d like to start off by saying this would be a 5 star review if there was more staff at this location. I came in at 6 pm on a Monday to have a document notarized. I did call right before coming in to make sure the service was available at this hour and Tyler answered the phone quickly and answered my question.When I arrived there were 4 other people in the store. He was helping a couple with some documents and laminating. He quickly helped another customer ship 2 packages and helped notarize my document right after while on the phone with yet ANOTHER customer inquiring about the process to obtain a finger print clearance card from the AZ Dept of public safety. He was so fast, so polite, and efficient. While I was there 3 other customers arrived. Tyler was alone during peak rush hour when most people are running errands after work. Tyler was so cool, calm, and collected.I have been to this location many times when only one employee was present and things didn’t move as quickly. I feel for Tyler because there was definitely pressure to keep things moving as he was alone during a busy time of day. People could be in and out of there even quicker if there were more employees during rush hours.

Literally in the time that it took to say all that she could’ve just said this is our fax number! I will never do business with this organization again. I’m giving two stars ONLY because Sebastian. You would think he was the owner of this business due to his willingness to help and his constant strive to provide excellent customer service. The owner is usually there and very quiet. The owners partner (female dark hair) makes this place a zero star. She is so rude and always try’s to rush, even if you’re the only customer. I went in with eight packages, the first package I made a mistake on so that’s where the problem started. She was so irritated and kept asking “do you have all your labels ready?” Obviously I needed some time but she really didn’t care to help. She continued to stand there very impatiently and when I got everything right she messed up on a couple labels. I brought it to her attention and she just wanted to put all the blame on me. She never once tried to fix the situation. It wasn’t until the other employee stepped in (female blonde) that we were able to figure things out. The dark haired lady had forced a reprint on the same tracking number and used it for two different packages. She didn’t see a problem with this and kept blaming me. Here’s my problem. YOU CANT USE THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER ON TWO DIFFERENT PACKAGES. She should know this. I really hope her lack of customer service is addressed. Also too bad post net doesn’t have the ability to scan amazon return codes. They are amazing there and always nice. In my opinion.... these small businesses should realize without customers they wouldn’t have a thriving business.

I am a truck driver, & was moving an essential load of spinach to Boston. Found myself in a jam. Needed some paperwork faxed over to a truckstop nearby for delivery. I’ve never had an issue with UPS until now. Onkar was extremely impatient and rude to me when I simply asked for a drop off receipt... told me he couldn’t print it and I could just take a picture of my package to prove that I dropped it off. I went in again and had a better experience with another employee and I witnessed the same store owner, Onkar argue with an elderly lady about why she needed to pay more money to purchase other items in order to ship her package. She was clearly flustered & did not understand the charges. He was so hostile towards her, it was difficult to be in the room. Avoid this location!

I have returned many items to Amazon previously at locations in Phoenix and Goodyear with QR Code and a printed Label. Ive always received a receipt with tracking information. This store refused to give me either and after several days the item is not showing in the system anywhere. Wonder why??? Im not trusting this store or the inconsistent explainations from the manager (Mr Onca). I even offered to show and prove to him that the store in Phoenix gave me a receipt with tracking just the day prior under the same circumstances, but he refused. Wont be using this location in the future just to have my package disappear. Ill have to let Amazon resolve this one because Im getting no where with this UPS Store location...

I arrived at 3:58 and the door was locked. It’s supposed to close at 4:00. I showed the two guys inside that I had a prepaid drop off. They shook their heads no at me. One guy made a gesture across his throat. The other started laughing. I guess I will use FedEx from now on.

They will not hand over my package because the address on my drivers license doesnt match the delivery address. I am not from AZ. I am only working here temporarily staying with a friend and dont have anything in my name. Package will be returned to shipper. Horrible policy! I had email confirming I am the owner of package but employee I dealt with had indifferent attitude, didnt care. This has been a huge hassle because of UPS.
