Best customer service ever. These guys get on any service issues right away. I have had them send a new machine out on the first call of any trouble. Always helpful.

Articulating boom lift broke down, but Sunstate sent a maintenance tech ASAP and got us going again. Also, we were working multiple locations and were able to return all the equipment to a different office that was convenient to our stopping point. Pickup and drop off were also very fast. Sunstate really has its act together.

Worst customer service we have ever encountered! Choose wisely when you are considering using this company!

Horrible customer service, extremely lazy and the manager will run at any sight of work. Would avoid like the plague. To make the situation worse, he was extremely rude and we ended up not even picking up our product. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this location.
