I have been coming here for my haircuts since we moved to Buckeye in 2016. They have changed the inside a few times (maybe new management or owners) and a lot of the barbers but you always get a very nice, clean haircut from this place. Ive never been disappointed. Highly Recommend if you need a haircut in the Buckeye area.

I brought my son in for the first time hoping he would finally get a good haircut but the older gentleman left the back looking like he had a toupee and the front all uneven. The only reason I gave 2 stars is becuase the other little kids who were getting their hair cuts turned out nice.

Great location.. Decent prices.. Need to focus more on business instead of playing with cell phones.. Business is business!!

After the barbershop got sold, it simply became trash. Now they dont even take credit cards, dont waste your time here. 2 mediocre barbers all day. Seems like everyone is leaving just like the old barbers.

The Barber from this Barbershop was super friendly and entertaining, I had a beard and hair trim scheduled and I was running nearly 40 min late. He still got me in and gave me a great hair cut and a great trim. Extremely professional, courteous, and experienced. Looking forward to my next haircut!

REPOST: ORIGINAL DELETED.Barber was nice. Kept talking the whole time which I think distracted himself but hair cut was botched. Fiancé went in to get a refund cause it was an incomplete haircut. Front guy argued with how the customer displayed her anxiety He felt was aggressive about the situation and insisted his guy wouldn’t let her leave like that. (The picture which was shown) This all after the fact that I spoke to the manager Sam who offered the refund. And proceeded to say it’s disrespectful to get your haircut fixed by another barber? Sam, that guy is gonna be the down fall of your store man. You know who I’m talking about since he wanted to give false pretenses and pretend to be you for five seconds. Thanks for the refund and not letting me waste my money. Oh hi Seth.

Awesome barbershop!!! Every time I go there they treat me with amazing customer care, they listen carefully to how I want my haircut and make sure I am out of there in a timely manner. I recently moved to Buckeye and without a doubt this will be my go to place for getting a haircut. if I could give them 10 stars I would, highly recommend this place!

Easy parking,clean shop and friendly barbers.

This is the 2nd time I bring 2 different sons to get a haircut and wait about a little over 2hrs because my sons are to shy to let them know they skipped them. So barber tells me we have a list and go in order, REALLY so why am I watching new people show up and come out before my son SMH.

Extremely poor customer service. They dont keep track properly of their customers signing in turns. My turn was skipped over and over during 85 minutes. I left the shop without a haircut.

I’ve given this shop multiple chances and I’ve had everything from a bad fade to watching 4 barbers just bump gums and not finish a haircut in 45 mins signed in at 330 pm 6 guys ahead of me to only be told at 445 they’re not taking anymore cuts

I just came in today for the first time to get a hair cut/beard trim. Let me tell you, Alex is the man! I dont let ANYONE touch my beard and he did not disappoint. I will say, this will be my new and ONLY barbershop I go too. I love the old school feel of it, the staff is awesome. Yall won me over thats for sure.

Just recently, this barbershop went under new management and it has never been better! i used to take my husband and my son to this barbershop but the old atmosphere was not welcoming especially for younger kids because of the drug talk but not anymore, the new management seems to have everything under control now and the new staff is very friendly, welcoming and they are incredibly talented when it comes to hair cuts, my husband and son love it here. i really recommend !

Barber shop is under new management. But believe me, it is a great reason to continue to come here. As I read the reviews, i highly disagree with the bad ones.The younger barbers that had those drug conversations are no longer there. It was a reason why I would go to the other barber shop in town. But now most of these barbers switched over to the other barbershop in town due to the sale. I rather not wait 2 to 3 hrs for my cut. This turned out to be a plus for me because Perla in my opinion, is the best barber in buckeye. And believe me, I am picky with my haircuts. Perla and her staff provide a professional service and make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend them.

My experience with this location is that when I arrived to this place for the first time I stood up in front of the counter waiting for someone to come up to come up and talk to them about the services offered. I waited 6 minutes and I had to call the attention of the first barber closest to the counter. I don’t think I have to explain further details with customer service. They all have a face like they don’t want to be there. The place is full and took 50 minutes for my turn after I had to do what I explained above. The haircut was good and all that but won’t return because bad customer service, long waiting hours and no initiative from the staff to calm waiting clients.

Litterally all the Barbers are amazing there is no wait time for the best one because they are all amazing at what they do. If you get a chance stop into sundance.

I actually enjoy having the new management of this location. I used to have to time my visit because I knew there would be a long wait. Not anymore. In sure theyve lost customers due to barber turnover with new management. But these new ones are there to cut hair and dont waste a lot of time. Last few times Ive gone, Ive had a great quality cut, no wait, and gone in and out.Only reason I gave it a 4 is because prices seem high. I think closer to about $18 should be a more accurate price.

Kevin is a awesome barber and always gave our son the best but other then good barber training these young men obviously have no home training. I’ve seen the comments on here form other with the things they talk about but actually saw it first hand myself, ridiculous! Keep in my this was all going on while my 4 yr old son was in seat also never would my husband or any real man I know y’all about woman so inappropriately in front of other mothers! The younger boys in this shop are ridiculous!

The place was super dirty, it seems like they hadnt swept up the hair on the floor in hours. Also witness how they argue with a customer that wasnt happy with his hair cut. The hair cut was great but the customer service was awful, dont know what has happened to this place in the last few months, I used to love it there. Will now have to find a new place..🙁

First off, its over priced. I could have went to great clips and gotten a better hair cut. It took an hour and twenty minutes from start to finish, but there wasnt a wait. There wasnt a rush or anything just the barbers talking to each other, more worried about their conversation than the customer. Still got a basic bad hair cut. Asked for a hard part got a wiggly line. Not that straight. Had some people laugh at my hair cut. I wasnt a rude customer either, I was kind and also gave a nice tip. Wont be going back.

Super disappointed, I understand its a busy time (back to school) but they allowed 4 other people that where in earlier and missed there time to come back and just sit right down. Was their for over and hour and a half before we got help and then when I asked about the discount for kids on Tuesdays he said he had no idea what I was talking about even though I showed him the web site. Taking my business to Verado and anyone else I can tell

The least bit of experienced threw 7 customers out after waiting for 2 hours upon opening then said they were closed if you call this the proper business then perhaps you need to revise your protocol

My son got a really bad hair cut so I took him here to see if they could fix and how much would they charge.A man there said he could fix it and that he would do it for free. :) the guy did the hair cut completely over and left it grate and super clean ! Such nice people give them 5 stars ,may God bless them ❤️

New management and it’s horrible. I got seated right away cause the business is slow not like it used to be. Usually they took time with a haircut now it took 10 mins and I asked for a 1 1/2 on my beard and he did a 1/2. The old guys took time and I was satisfied after. Last time coming, I promise

So this place is great once you get your haircut. However the waiting is insane. Ive been here several times, please expect to wait about 3 hours. The barbers have no concern for time management.

Barbers were super nice, clean environment, and prices were fair. Not my usual stop but Id definitely go back when in the neighborhood.

My son is a repeated customer went there today and had a horrible experience. Had to wait over 2 hours and they werent that busy the guy who usually cuts his hair had family or friends walk in took care of all them even though they were not signed in on a list. So if you go there be prepared to wait if someone they know walks in before you get in the chair.

Been here before and wasn’t too bad. Prices went up and barbers have no respect around children and females. Talking about their majijuana cards and where they can get free samples. Empty beer bottles for decor. And talking out loud saying perverse things about the good looking woman in front of children. Don’t recommend taking your children to this barbershop. 👎🏼👎🏼

I took my 6 year old there who has some sensory issues and rarely can sit still for a haircut. The barber usually has to chase him and it is not a pleasant experience.....HOWEVER, Jorge cut my sons hair today and did a perfect job. He was so calm and laid back that my hyper ADHD child, who hasnt taken a nap in probably 3 years, fell asleep in his chair. For the entire haircut. Very professional, took his time, did a great job in spite of my child sleeping soundly. Customers for life.

Lots of barbers so it was a short wait compared to other places. They know what you want if youre clear and theyre understanding of what you mean.TVs to pass the time.And they help fix you up if you were messed up elsewhere.

Great place in buckeye for a haircut especially their secondary shop K&K Barbershop. Ive been getting my haircut through them for years now. Everybody does a great job and is very experienced and professional. Any haircut you can think of they can do it. The best part is that warm towel that goes across your face at the end lol Give it a try you wont be disappointed. And if you come in and its busy dont let it scare you away, that should tell you that they are a very popular shop and many people know they get the job done right.

Thank God for this barber shop, the other so called barber shops have just hair stylist. I almost drove out to Phoenix for a barber shop. So far this place is awsome with almost now wait time.

Had a young kid who had no idea how to cut hair. He did a horrible job. Used only one razor and cut far too much off. I will never go back. Sad, because I live in the community near the shop.

Trash, barbers are horrible there. Kids think its a joke to play favorites with customers or take off early when its busy. A barber is always about that hustle for every dollar. Not at this whack establishment.

This place sucks!!!!! My son got there and waited 2 hours for a hair cut that only took 20minutes! When I asked how long it would be the young kid said a few minutes. But that was not the case ,as others walked through the door they were seated before my son!! This is not the first time this has happened. Apparently this has happened to others as well. I am not sure they will be able to stay in business if they run a good ol boy club there! Unless you want to wait a good amount of time find another place to go. Yall suck!

Constantly have new barbers, a lot of drug talk and some barbers are high while they cut hair. A barber started falling asleep while cutting my hair once. No one did anything about it. Bad management. Its more expensive than it used to be.

Need to change their time to 5:30 pm for close because of you show up after 5:30 then they will turn you away every time it has happened multiple times. Why say your open till 6pm if you aren’t actually open till 6pm. Poor customer service.

Ive been here twice. First time was great but second time was terrible. He wasnt paying attention to my hair. Left some hairs longer than the others and the sides were longer than the top. He did a terrible job, that haircut was not worth $20.
