After storing our vehicle over the hot summer I decided to take advantage of the free air. I got in line and patiently waited for my turn. The young man running the air pump had his hands full. He was courteous and friendly and made the journey well worth it!

I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. The focus on service has become a bit more commercialized but they still offer good prices and products. The team working in the garage always delivers. The service team is mixed by the day based on who you get.I recently took my vehicle for service at this location. My service experience was top notch from counter rep, techs to the staff member that brought my vehicle to me. Thank you.I want to call out something that was above and beyond that I witnessed. An elderly man came to get service on two tires for his vehicle. Upon inspection the service rep said all 4 tires were in dire need of repair. This has come to be an expectation many people have heard. With the outcome being a sales pitch. The elderly man was adamant about only the two tires at this time. After a short discussion the sales representative stated he would not want the man to be unsafe on the road and that Discount would cover the 4 tires for the cost that they had agreed to for the two repairs. This experience is worth sharing and why I would continue to do business with Discount Tire.The Service Rep that supported me as well as took care of this gentleman was Sarat. I hope the management at this store will acknowledge him for going above and beyond with how he represents the Discount Tire organization.

20 yr customer own 5 vehicles, all of them sporting tires from discount tire. Even have a Discount tire credit card for easy use. My daughters were headed out of town for some vacation time, and had a blow out near this location early morning. They arrived here 1/2 hour before opening, took over 5 hrs to install 3 tires. I have been to many Discount tire locations, here and in California never seen this level of incompetence.

Great Service...Got Some New Shoes For My Truck..

Went in for a nail in my tire. Was number 5 before opening at 8am. Was out at 9:05 am. You need to get there about 30 to 40 minutes before opening if you dont want to wait for a long time. Or just simply drop off. They come out by 7:40am to start asking in order what is your purpose of your visit. Great customer service.

I got a wood shank from busted pallet on freeway and was pulled over on highway at like 350th ave .....called mitch at buckeye location and explained my situation ten minutes before closing. Mitch told me there was 4 cars still in bay and if I could make it in before they close bays he could see what he could do .... but no promises! Well I put spare on and high tailed it back 12 exits into town of buckeye. Mitch and crew were closing store but still took care of my needs and got me back on road for my 6 hour trip to Los Angeles........class act !! 10 out of 5 stars for great customer service.....#Discount4Life

Id like to give 5 stars because these guys are always nice, efficient and knowledgeable. However I do question the quality of their service. 2 times now Ive gone in for repairs and Ive gotten my vehicle back with either missing or missing matched valve stem caps. I know it is a minor detail but theres a reason the caps belong on the valve stem so for them to be missing is an absolute failure on their part. A mismatched cap to me is the same as a missing cap. If 3 are black what makes you think a chrome metal cap is ok? Just reuse the old cap, it is not a safety issue and it keeps the look of the vehicle complete.

Hard working people here. Even though it is so busy, the employees take the time to make sure the customer is satisfied. I just dropped in last Monday to get a tire patched. No appointment. And the place was super busy. I regret not getting the gentlemans name who helped me, but I will find out. Great people, great service, never had a problem at all. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Their prices are on par with the competition. Honestly, I dont really see the value anymore. This location, at least, seems to always have an extraordinary wait to get your car back. Not worth the hassle, with prices really not being competitive.

I went for free air. But always give a tip bc I dont have to do it. Cant believe that there were about 10 cars in line. Oh wait. The air was FREE. Oher places charge asmuch as a dollar.

Very very busy store. But the customer service was excellent. The service was just what I needed and my car feels back to wonderfully normal again. Make sure you have time to wait here is all I recommend. But theyre servicing practically all of Buckeye and probably a few people who see the sign off the 10 while traveling through who also need assistance so its to be expected. No employee is just standing around, they are all doing their best and their phones are ringing off the hook and people are coming in so just be patient. The service is worth it.

Watched as the finished with my vehicle and waited 20 min for them to call me after they parked it. Service otherwise was great, got me in within 3 min of my arrival went for a patch ended up with a new tire, but it was necessary so no complaints staff was nice.

Discount Tires has excellent customer service. Ive been using them for over 15 years and they have always taken care of me. They are extremely busy and it is best if you make an appointment or show up as soon as they open. You can even check yourself in if you arrive before they open. You do this by scanning the QR code at the entrance and then following the check in instructions.

This morning I went to get air in my tires. The young man who assisted in the process was very polite and educated Mr on the current status of all 4 tires giving me aa window in which I should get them replaced based on the current industry standard. Overall I was impressed with the service provided from the establishment and would recommend to anyone looking for straight forward honest service! Thanks again Discount Tire team!

We were in the middle of a 3 week road trip and needed to make a scheduled appointment 4 hours away. Although this store was super busy, they managed to get us in and fix our tire issue. All of their staff was professional and courteous; Greg was especially helpful. Pricing was competitive and fair. Highly recommend

ABOVE and BEYOND service. I had scheduled an appointment but upon arrival in a neighboring parking lot My car started having problems. (It died. ) I walked in to let them know I was there but having issues and the manager was very kind and understanding. Helped me get my car fixed next door AND even though it was 4 hours later once it was fixed, still got me in to put tires on!! Super friendly. Would recommend again and again

Went to go to work one morning and got an alarm that my rear right tire was quite low. I went and inspected the tire and found a screw in the bottom. I took one of our other cars to work and called Discount Tire on my next day off. Not only were they able to get me in right away, but they fixed my flat tire for free (which I was not expecting.) I hadnt even purchased the tire from them as it was on my new car. Thank you so much, Discount Tire! My only suggestion is to make sure you lock the customers car when youre done with it. I had a mini panic attack when I came upon my car and it was unlocked in the parking lot.

Came in from put of town and got a nail in my tire. The people working there were very friendly and professional. Got me in and out in just a few hours and back on the road. Would recommend this location.

Called the store and ordered a set of Nitto tires, had them in with an appointment a few days later. All associates were courteous and quick about their work, done in a little over an hour. Highly recommend this location.

My check tire light was on so I went to have a little bit of air put in. There was only 1 car in front of me so the wait wasnt long at all! I was done in no time and I also needed a cap for 1 tire so they gave me one. Thank you so much!

Wanted to say thank you to Greg. After a long day at work I went to Walmart to find a cheap tire. Walmart was wanting to sell me a tire but they didn’t have techs to put tire on rim and that they were closing early at 4pm. I called Discount and Greg assisted me and was very helpful. Greg explained that they were super busy but it was nice knowing they had a cheaper tire and would be able to have it fixed that evening. Because of the service I’ll be going back. Thank you

This is my favorite place for pure Professionalism ! Im in my 50s and long for the day when knowledgeable customer service was a priority. The crew here is always in 5th gear. Id like to give a shout out to MIKE, JAY, HENERY, SARAT and MITCH.I have worked with these folks several times in the last month. There is a reason I remember their names. Its because Im grateful that they work there. Im taken back to a place in time that wasnt always about the dollar but customer service as well

2 days to repair a flat.I called in at the Buckeye branch as I had a flat tire (big nail in it). They told me it would be two days before they could repair it. This is not the type of service that is going to keep customers coming back. Very disappointed, DT.

So there we were miles from anywhere and we hear that awful pop of our tire. No biggie I throw on the spare and roll to the nearest discount tire. They squeeze me in and get me out in less than an hour. Also they were able to give a decent price on the two new rears the were replaced.

Have been going to this discount tire for years. We live 60 miles west of buckeye so we always make an appointment first. We made 2 appointments back to back for 2 vehicles. They didnt have any bays open at appointment time, so we left the vehicle that needed 4 new tires, which when we made the appointment we made sure they had 4 tires in stock. They said yes, but when we got there they only had 3. So replaced 3 tires then had to make another trip a week later to get the 4th one put on. Our second vehicle didnt even get done that day, we waited 4 hours but had to get back home. We dropped it off last Thursday at 9 am, and went back at 3 pm thinking they had plenty of time to get it done. It only needed to have them rotated and balanced... Nope. When we picked it they said we should have made an appointment. Well we did once and they didnt get it in then either. Maybe third times the charm. Probably not

Went for a BIG nail in the tire, walked away with GREAT tires and a GREAT price. Service was quicker than expected even though they were packed! Friendly, clean, quick. Highly recommended!

Saved our vacation! We picked up two nails in a tire. We had little time to get to tbe airport and they got us right in and didnt even charge us for the repair! They were the BEST!

I would give zero stars if i could. To start off we called to place an order for tires, they said we could not place an order over the phone. We also could not purchase on line because we have non standard tires on the truck and they system will not allow us to purchase them.We live 30 minutes out of town so we made the the trip into town. Signed in and waited over 45 mins for some one to help us yet no one came, mind you several people came and went during the time we waited. We finally just left after not getting service. The manager then called and Said we could purchase the tires over the phone since we waited so long with no help, we said we were looking at other options. After looking at different options we decided to call them back and man was that a mistake. We ordered and paid for the tires. Then a hour or so later we were called and were told that they were on back order and that they would not be in until October and wanted to know if we wanted to wait. Mind you they already charged my card before they even looked to see when tires would be available (there website said they would be delivered to store in 3-5 days so that was what we were expecting for delivery time).Now we have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund on the money we paid out. This is horrible business practice, we have decided to go elsewhere and will never be returning.-Beware of bad business practices-charging money before knowing when tires are available-rude employees lack of customer service-lack of consideration for customers timeOver all horrible company and I would not ever give them one more cent of my money!

Had a flat tire from presumably a screw or nail. Took it to the facility. Was clean, staff was friendly, and was probably the most hassle free experience Ive had in dealing with any tire shop. Prices are reasonable to boot.

Went in as a walk in and dropped my car off around 4 went back when the store was closing a little after 6 and they went ahead and got my car in. They put all new tires on that I was easily able to order online. I stood outside and watched them work on my car- and those guys hustled! And in watching them, they did everything right, didn’t take any shortcuts. I dealt with Gregory, I believe he was the manager and he was super friendly everytime I was in contact with him. Will definitely have my business the next time I need to put tires on or any any issues!

We all love Discount Tire for their helpful staff, great prices, and free tire patch and air check. The downside to us all loving them usually means longer wait. We are all in a rush and feel our next place to be is more important than the guy in line next to me. Well today was that day for me, driving out to the Sand Dunes in Glamis and our trailer tires decided to want to blow out. We were told it was going to be several hours since its Friday and they were booked with appointments. I did what I do best and was like nope Im calling around to other shops, and of course they were all booked. The manager must have over heard my little fit, and went out of his way to fit us in 30 minutes later. Now thats what I call A+ Customer Service! We were fully taken care of less than an hour later and back on the road. I appreciate everything this company stands for and all the amazing people they employ. If your in need of ANY TIRE SERVICE you best come to Discount Tire!

They took a tire off my car that did not have a leak but was two psi under and they refused to put it on because they didnt do the previous patch that had been on the car from pep boys for over a year. They said it wasnt to their standards. They tried to force me to buy a tire and they just put my spair on when I refused. I went to another local tire shop and they said the patchwork was great, not leaking and going to last the length of the tire and they put the tire on for me. Beware of discount tires because they will do whatever they can to up sell you.

2.5 hours of waiting for a tire plug on my work truck. System said I was #3 in line ... save yourself the stress and time and go somewhere else.

The team working was friendly but failed to do the job. Dropped my truck off just for a tire rotation, told them no hurry I would be back the next day to pick it up just call me. No call for 24 hours. I called in and they said oh yeah its done come get it. The rotation was not done. Took the truck to the discount on 99th Ave. for trusted service.

The gentleman here are very patient and friendly. I had to wait about 2 hours but it was worth the wait. They have a nice setup outside where you can sit in shade, relax, and still maintain the 6 feet. The manager, Gregg, out front answered all of my questions clearly and helped understand the issues I had addressed. If you dont mind a wait, I highly recommend coming to this location.

Terrible customer contact. Dont call for updates, leaving my car there an extra 2 days. When I call to if I can pickup tomorrow, dont mention theyll be closed that day.Go somewhere else, its better for your health.

The crew here is not only efficient, but also really friendly and helpful. They worked together with brake masters next door, and brought my tires over while I was getting my car worked on. They don’t overcharge you on tires and make your experience great !They get busy but are still pretty quick, so just be patient and come early.

Worst tire shop ever. I bought a set of four expensive tires paid almost $2000 dollars. They told me they would have the tires within two days and they never arrived. I had to constantly call and check on when they were coming. They never once called and told me they were having issues getting the tires. They also lost two sets of the tires and blamed other vendors. Take your business somewhere else I will not be going back.

Good customer service, wasnt able to get my tire patched do to me plugging it in order to get there but is what it is. Guy was upfront with me and told me what was up and apologized for wasting my time and making the appointment wasnt a waste of time at all but I do appreciate it.

Our front tires needed to be replaced this morning and Walmart was to lazy to book an appointment. A good friend recommended Discount Tires and their service was above and beyond excellent. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to this Discount Tire store for years. They always price match, most the time beat any other deal out there. More importantly their customer service is excellent!A couple days ago I blew a tire on my trailer that had a load of cattle in it. I rushed over to Discount to make it there just before they closed. They were extremely busy but, Gregg made sure they would replace the tire before closing. It was an hour after their regular closing time but they stayed late and replaced the tire and I was able to get back on the road and my cattle delivered.Thank you Discount!!!!

We called after experiencing a flat tire on our travel trailer. Alex assured us they had trailer tires in stock. We stopped and Jay checked us in. We spoke to Gregg with questions before leaving. We were back on the road in a couple hours on a busy Saturday afternoon. Everyone, including the service staff, were very helpful and answered questions willingly.

I go to have a flat tire fixed that i had bought from here like I have the last 30years. I told the guy I just put air in to get here to have it fixed. he tells me its going to be about 3 hours but i can come back in about an hour and check to see if it will be sooner. i try to hand him my keys and he tells me no take the truck with me. so he wants me to leave with a flat tire sounds safe to me. i will take it to a local tire shop that repairs tires from now on. never again will i buy tires from Discount Tires again...
