In August, 2020, when we were in a record-breaking heat wave of 118+ temperatures, my fan motor went out and I called Joe who advised me he would be out the next morning. When he still hadnt come by that afternoon, after numerous phone calls he told me he was too busy to come out until the following week. 118+ temperatures are not livable and I called a local contractor, copy attached, who came out that same day and repaired the unit. I had to pay cash as he is not affiliated with Frigidaire, and Joe advised me he would talk to the contractor and assist me with a warranty claim.After several weeks of calling and texting Joe, he finally told me that he was not assisting any more with the claim and it would be processed by Frigidaire. Since that time I and my wife have attempted to call him, left messages, texted, monthly, weekly and daily, dozens and dozens of calls, asking him for a copy of our receipt and information as to the status of the warranty or information that would allow me to submit the claim myself.

I hired Frijidair to replace my two AC units last Spring. Saved a few thousand over the other two Quotes I got. They had to service a heater in the winter from the new system, but warrantied the issue and were responsive and professional. Frijidair is a trustworthy and reliable company with competent and friendly installers.

I called and left a message, within 10 minutes received a call, within 15 minutes the technician was at the house. Incredible service, super detailed, and professional. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Experience! I had one of my units go down. Called on weekend got a price emailed for 2 new units.Had them both replaced by the following Thursday. As a busy owner myself I appreciate the prompt service and they where very efficient. Especially during the extreme heat in the Az summer. They will be the only HVAC service that I use or recommend from now on.

Nothing but great things to say about this husband and wife owned company. I recently had them install a LG Mini Split 24k BTU system in my home after getting 3 other ridiculous quotes from the big guys. I am absolutely thrilled with how nicely the install looks and how the units function. On top of all of that they offer a full 12 year warranty from LG and parts and labor warranty as well. I pride myself on doing exhaustive research before making a purchase. I chose Frigid Air initially because their price was the best. However, we were even more pleased with their service. What a pleasure to deal with Joe and Michelle, the owners, who install and service what they sell. They are professional, prompt, pleasant, and polite. It is rare to actually deal with the owners and not come and go repair personnel. Our second unit is due for replacement this fall and I have no doubt that it will be done by Frigid Air. Absolutely the WORST experience Ive had with any company, EVER! When they installed the unit, they stated they would be out within a week to inspect the unit, no show. Every time they schedule to come out they dont show up and make up a new excuse. For a YEAR I have been asking them to come out to do their inspection because the unit hasnt run right. Turns out the sealing was broken on one side and cold air has been pouring into the outside. The drain was never even hooked back up! Stay as far away from this clown act as you can.
