My tax lady went through everything about my taxes so that I could understand them completely! The questions that I had were answered to the best of her understanding. She was nice and courteous. She went above and beyond with information that I needed for next years tax season! Ill definitely be back again next year!

This is the second year Ive come to Mrs. Mary and this is the second year shes gone out of her way to get me as much money that she could. I came to her on recommendation from my mom, who has done taxes with Mrs. Mary for several years, even going to Mrs. Mary after having a previous consultant do my moms taxes, and Mrs. Mary was able to find more money the previous consultant had missed. I cannot recommend Mrs. Mary Huget enough to other people. She is such a sweet lady and she is very good at her job!

Had to come in twice. First preparer was not familiar with our situation and said I owed $1,000. We requested someone else look at it. It took a week and a half before they called. Turns out I was due a refund. If we hadnt asked for a review we would have been out of pocket quite a bit. And Im still not sure it was done correctly.

Your employee Jodie is a rude and hateful woman. She disrespected me and continually insulted me about my father when I said he had handled all of my taxes in the past. I came to hr block to file them myself this year and when she asked what I had done in the past I told her my dad usually sent them off to his accountant. With which she replied “well your daddy isn’t here now. And I’m sure your daddy never made you pay for your taxes In the past. I have no objection to paying for having my taxes done which is why I came to hr block In the first place. Also I was not prepared to be charged over 300$ to have my taxes filed.
