Went in today 10/4/2021 to have short tips put on by Kevin. They are horrible. Right hand is longer than the left. He never measured after cutting to ensure they were even. I’ve been getting my nails done for 35 years. I know the process. I am a licensed cosmetologist and manicurist so I’d never come on here and do a bad review if it were just one or two nails. I’ve had my nails done by Kenny before and this is unsatisfactory. For 55 dollars as short as my nails are they definitely shouldn’t be this bad. The entire right hand was filed and are shorter or the left than the right. So annoyed. Never going there again. You can tell he was in a bead mood and his work reflects that. Horrible.

Just got nails done Saturday, they are already chipping and look like they need to be filled. Didn’t push back or cut cuticles, just put dip on and nothing else. Not worth the price.

They were such in a rush! I didn’t get to enjoy my pedicure because the nail tech decided to do my nails at the same time. I pointed out a mistake on my nail and the nail tech had an attitude for the rest of my services. She was rush so that she was knocking things over. Poor customer service.Nail Crooked on top of all of that!

Owner is very Rude, always has his staff to rush on clients, I spend about $75 each time on a pedicure yet they rush to get me out so fast it’s ridiculous. Again they speak about you in their native language so you can understand, and the Kenny guy I assume is the owner is always telling them to rush and hurry to get you out! Very unprofessional, very rude, I won’t go back. Did I mention through the rush job they have my toe bleeding from moving so fast and not paying attention

Love this nail shop! They are hands down the best! Even with a long line in front of us they were quick and efficient and their work as good as always!

I dealt with two diff techs. Kelly did my nails. Unsure of the lady that did my feet. They were both professional, nice, and provided great service. The prices were very reasonable and actually surprised me. I will most def be back.

Lady did a good Manicure! But nail polish did not dry set under light for 15 minutes got to car open the door and it was a mess. My son girlfriend and I was laughing so hard lead not going back in there. Glad it was only 10 dollars. They need to clean the glass! Can not believe the comment about the cleanliness!!!s sorry to many places to go!!!😠

I am new, regular customer. They are friendly and have a welcoming atmosphere. The services I received are eyebrow wax, pedicure, & dip nail manicure. They are meticulous with their work. Even with COVID going on they still make the atmosphere as normal as possible but safe for the clientele.

Okay for one I went in sat down waited forever... got up to a chair showed them what I wanted (dipped nails with design) they said $50 and an additional $5 for every nail I got a design on, but thats not even it, when i sat down she moved me from chair 1-3 almost 6 times back and forth. not to mention the woman i had was doing amazing on my right hand, and then she took another person, so then a guy got to my nails, and he rushed it all, it was the worst nails i had ever had, and I mean i could have went to Walmart glued some fake nails on, but no! oh and it was prom night so yea if i could give this a 0 I would!

This is the only nail salon I’ve been going to for years now. The staff is so friendly and consistently gives me the highest quality nails at a normal price. I’ll go for anything — regular polish, gel, dip powder, acrylic! They do it all. I adore the staff and love that the salon is hardly ever crowded. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

They left chips out of my nails, paint was completely messed up, and the shape was not what i asked.

The wife loves this place, quite literally the only place shell go and it makes a great Xmas gift to take her and our daughter to get mani/pedis together.

I absolutely love this place! Its my go to when I want my nails done. They take their time and make sure its done right! Ive been other places where they will ask for payment before they finish the job (like right before putting color on), whereas this place DOES NOT. I always feel welcomed and Im treated with the upmost respect! They never try to oversell me on things I dont want! This makes me feel like they care more about me and what I want rather than just trying to make money.

I love the time my pedicurist spends on me and my dip nails last forever!! Love this place.

I went to this place because the reviews said it was clean. I thought it would be a nicer nail salon, based on reviews that it is clean and pampers you or even offers you a drink while you get your nails done. It isnt. First, the place smells horribly of acetone and chemicals. That should have been my 1 clue to leave that they dont bother to address the terrible smell. (No, not all nail salons smell like this.) It smelled so bad Ive had headaches ever since Ive visited. Secondly, they do not use new tools for the pedicure. The fact that they lined the pedicure baths was good, but that is the only thing good. They used a cheese grater on my foot that came from the pedicure tray, then threw it back on the tray. They also reused files, brushes and all the other tools. They did not open a new pack. When I became alarmed of this, I started looking around and noticing their sanitizing jars were empty and looked as if they hadnt been refilled or put tools in there for quite some time. They also made me bleed during my manicure. I hate giving a bad review about a place, as these people I am sure are just trying to earn a living. But they cannot do it at the risk of making a few extra bucks and reusing tools, not sanitizing and jeopardizing peoples health. I just pray I dont get some kind of infection from this place.

We got great pedicures! I made a reservations for 9 people, we had to wait & they did take sone walk-in before some of us got to get started, which I didnt like. So if u have a large group it really doesnt matter if u make a reservation. Even with that happening I would still recommend US nails. The chairs were excellent, & staff was great. I liked that they lined the foot bowls for each use. Makes it a little more sanitary.

Visited this salon yesterday for a pedicure. Excellent experience! There were several people waiting for various services, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get into a chair. Nail tech did a great job - best Ive ever encountered! Massage chairs are great, and I like the way they line the tubs before filling with water. Will definitely use again!

Bought a gift card for a friend. Very pleasant customer service and they dont persistently try to upsale. I paid for what I came for and left, pleased with service. They were very busy and the place was super clean.

The pedicure was the best I have ever had it almost put me to sleep!!! And usually when I get a manicure somewhere else they make my cuticles bleed, here it did not hurt and my nails look beautiful, flawless!!! The only place I go. You only have to go a few times and they will know exactly what you want and who you want to do it. If you have a preference. Kid friendly. Beverages.I take a nap every time I get a pedi!! They want you to be happy with their services. If you dont like then tell them! Prices are very reasonable! 20152020...Im still going and loving it!

Fantastic staff, fantastic work. The massage chairs are super comfortable and they are very good about keeping to the appointment time. They do take walk ins, but theyre usually packed, especially on weekends, so I would recommend making an appointment.

This place is HORRIBLE! If you value your time or your nails DO NOT go here! I suffered pain and took way to long and my nails look HORRIBLE! They look as if I had them done in a back woods trailer park!

I use Kelly, she is fantastic before i found her i her i had so much trouble with my nails. The color would not stay on and one of my fake nails would always come off.With Kelly the color does not chip my nails grow out. Never had a fake nail come off. Not one chip looks beautiful after a month, like day one.Go there ask for kelly. There prices are good.

My wife is a regular. And just cant wait to go back in to visit. Very Frendly and just a really nice place to visit.

The people were really friendly. The pedicurest was a little rough and I have cuts around some of my toenails in the skin. And she looked dumbfounded when I asked about a simple pedi, and kept handing me the deluxe pedis sheet. And the dip mani looked great, but lasted less than a week. The reviews were promising, but Im highly disappointed.
