Excellent work and service with Bakers Jewelry. Took my wife’s mother’s ring for repair that no one else would repair, because it was so delicate and needed extension repairs. Bakers repaired it to better than new condition and resized it in record time. They also repaired my wife’s Kendra Scott sterling silver necklace that had broken, which she thought was not repairable. You can not tell where the repair was made!!! Last weekend I went swimming. It wasn’t until later that evening I noticed moisture inside my Rolex. I looked and saw that I had not closed the stem. This was very upsetting. A friend of mine told me about Bakers so Tuesday morning I took my Rolex to them to see if they could fix it. They knew how upset I was, so later that day they called me with a quote. They said their watch maker came and picked it up to dry it out and evaluate it. My Rolex had to be completely serviced. The watch maker quoted me the best price I could’ve imagined for my mistake! I got my Rolex back looking like new. The moisture is gone, the inside pieces, as they explained, were meticulously serviced and oiled, and he even buffed out a scratch I had put on it prior to the birthday party. I just want to say a big Thank You to these ladies for taking care of me!

I took a fashion ring in to have a prong retipped. Not only did they retip all four prongs, they cleaned and polished it beautifully. It is not an expensive ring, but it has sentimental value and Bakers took wonderful care of it as if it were worth a million dollars. I highly recommend them.

We took our wedding rings that we have had for 16 years in to be sized and repaired. Carla helped us get sized and sent them to the jeweler. After a couple of hours we were able to pick our rings up and they looked amazing. Just like brand new. Definitely would recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

We took my wife’s ring in to get soldered together, but they were the wrong choice to do it. They used yellow gold on the rose gold ring the first try and then the second time we got it back the bottom of one of the bands is nicked and slightly deformed. We won’t take it back a third time, and do not recommend them for repairs or services. I’m sure they have nice items for sale, and they all are very nice people but we won’t trust them with our pieces ever again.Edit- not two weeks later a diamond has now fallen off and been lost.
