On one of the hottest days of the year all while battling wasps that were making a home in the eves of our metal roof!The brothers were not my first call as I live in Hot Springs… but after much frustration trying to even get estimates from local gutter businesses here I widened my search and found the Szabad Brothers Seamless Gutters.I was a little surprised that when booking the estimate they informed me that there would be a small fee for the estimate because we are outside their normal area but that the fee would be waived if we did hire them to do the job…. With the cost of time and gas I totally understand that and I was reaching out to them because of their great reputation and figured it would be money well spent.The day of the estimate they presented me with a very fare estimate… not the cheapest but I didn’t want the cheapest I wanted quality and there quote was right in line with what I was expecting to spend for a job done right….Actually after seeing the quality of work done with my own eyes I’d say they don’t charge enough for their level of professionalism.I highly recommend this company for all of your Gutter needs.

Great quality gutters installed by very professional crew. They did a walk around when finished looking for debris. He saw one little blade of grass on the end of a gutter, got his ladder back off the truck and plucked it out. Excellent attention to detail! We will use them for gutter cleaning as well. Szabad Brothers were professional, personable, reliable, and affordable. Initially, I got three different quotes for gutters to the back and sides of my home. Szabad’s estimate was competitive, though not the cheapest of the three. My wife and I decided to go with them in the end because Richard gave us confidence that we would be treated fairly and that we would receive high quality service. My children even enjoyed interacting with Richard when he came by to give us an estimate. The gutters have now been installed and we couldn’t be happier or more pleased with our choice of Szabad Brothers.

We originally planned on improving the way our gutters work in our courtyard but decided to replace all of our gutters with larger capacity gutters that are better routed throughout the exterior of our house. Richard Szabad was very responsive in giving us a quote and getting the replacement of the gutters done. The work was completed in approximately 4 hours and the property was left immaculate. Very pleased.

I received an estimated price on gutters for my entire house. They came out to install the gutters and left. After walking around my house to view the work I noticed they did not put gutters over my garage. I called and I was told that was not included in my estimated price and it would be $100 more. I don’t appreciate being lied to! This company is a ripoff!! If that was not included in my estimated price that should have been explained to me before hand and I could have taken my business elsewhere. I was given an estimated price for my entire house and that includes over my garage. I can’t believe this company would take advantage and rip people off during these times! Also I was told there was a warranty on the gutters and the work but never received any paperwork or follow up information. Please don’t use this company, I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Can’t brag enough about this company. I called for an estimate ( that they ended up doing THAT day)and they let me know they were booked three weeks in advance. That’s ok, because it showed they were busy and needed, but they told me they would call me if they had an opening. They called the very next week and got me in and I am so pleased. They were easy to reach, did the job extremely well, and they treat their customers with respect and kindness. I can’t recommend this company enough!!

Ability to deal with a spastic, frantic, unknowledgeable client (me) = unparalleled. Product, work quality, and follow up were handled efficiently. The best part? These guys are awesome, honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and comforting. My front gutter literally feef off of the front of my house last spring. Lopaka and his brother gave me a quality estimate, coordinated with the other contractor needed for the project so I wouldnt have to, maintained an open line of communication until the project was complete, and they did a masterful job. If you have gutter repair work or replacement work needed, you should hire the Szabad Brothers. Anyone else is second rate in comparison.
