Bin There Dump That delivered our container quickly and professionally. The driver made sure it was placed where I wanted it. When we were finished filling the container their pick up was quick and so quiet I didn’t realize they had come and gone! WouldDefinitely use this service again.

These guys are great! Dumpster arrives when they say it will. Guy who unloads and picks up always knows what hes doing. You talk to a real person over the phone who really cares about his business and works with you. Ive hired nearly 10 dumpsters from this guy and Ive never had to wait more than 4 hours for delivery/pickup or dump/return. I have no idea if his price is good, because his service is so good I wont call anybody else.

Ok it’s going to seem weird to rave about a dumpster company, but these guys saved our lives in the middle of a stressful move/renovation. We had an unexpected need for a dumpster in order to keep contractors in and out of our house without allowing drywall, carpet, and other miscellaneous material to quickly stack up on our driveway. It seemed our two options were to wait a month for the free city dumpster or pay an exorbitant amount for another company that seemed kind of sketchy. A coworker told my husband about bin there dump that and I am SO glad we called. They found a dumpster for us SAME DAY for a very fair price. I spoke to the owner, and he was so kind and personally handled the scheduling. They called a few days before the rental expired to make sure we didn’t need it longer, and they cleaned our driveway at pickup time. This is a local, family owned business and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

They go above and beyond in terms of customer service. We emailed back and forth several times. I had to change my drop off and pick up dates because of different reasons and they accommodated me with no issues. They were always prompt in answering my questions. I told them where to put the dumpster and I had no problem. They put it in my driveway on the left exactly how I asked! I liked the fact that they have several different dumpster options so you arent forced to pay a huge price every time. We saved a couple hundred bucks getting a 10 yard and it still served our needs. The owners take care of everything themselves and you can tell they really care about making you happy. I will definitely use them again in the future. Im sure Ill have dumpster needs at least once a year or more and they will be my only choice!!

The bin was delivered quickly and within a short time of the quoted arrival time. After filling it up and calling for pickup it was retrieved quickly with no trace left behind to show it was ever there.I will use them again.

Wow. Great product. Great folks. Price is right. Whats not to love about them? I had come construction waste; i.e., old floor tile and a few other items and needed a small dumpster. They had exactly what I needed. They dropped a tidy green dumpster at the front of my property, I filled it, and it was all gone the next morning. Its that simple. My phone was answered quickly and everyone I dealt with was excited about their product and company. Ill be back!

Due to a plumbing mishap, we were forced to pull up carpet around Christmas time. I spoke with both Pat and Mike, each at different times and they were both so nice and helped me determine exactly what size container we needed. The person who delivered it was right on time and extremely diligent about making sure the container was clean before parking it in our driveway. They were upfront about what we could and couldnt dispose of, so no surprises there. We couldnt have asked for better customer service, and that went a long way making a very stressful situation much less so. I would recommend them to anyone looking to haul away a lot of debris. This is a locally owned business. When you call, you get the owner on the line. No phone tree to navigate, and you will deal with the same person every time you call. Thats very refreshing after dealing with giant companies that waste time with phone trees and having a new person update themselves on your account every time you call.Pat (the owner) does what he says hes going to do, and he does it on time. He also doesnt nickel and dime you to death with surcharges like the giant waste disposal corporations. Ive gotten 5 dumpsters from this company over the past 6 months, and Ive never had a problem or delay. They price their dumpsters fairly, and you will get dependable, competent, and professional service.I hired one of the mega corporations before I hired Bin There. The mega waste corporation had a gigantic truck and 40 foot long dumpster which the had to place in my backyard because of the size and room needed to offload it. Of course, they rutted up my yard in the process. Bin Theres dumpsters are residential property friendly. The largest (20 yards) will fit in a short driveway. My driveway is about 20 feet long, and they easily placed the dumpster on it. To boot, they used skids underneath it to avoid scratching up my driveway. I cant enough nice things about Pat (the owner) and his drivers. First class service.

Bin there dump that is the best I mean I called over there about 3 pm in the afternoon and bye the next morning at 10 my dumpster was sitting on the jobPat and his family our great poeple it is a family owned business and as you can tell customer service is what they strive for. I was using a lot of dumpsters back years ago when my Roofer’s used them and I mis talking to them everyday and that was a couple of years ago. They still treat me as I was using 6 dumpsters a weekBut if you need ANY trash or any construction debris taken off I would recommend them over any body in the central Arkansa area they have even been out on Saturday and Sundays for me so I tell you they are all about there customers. I promise if you need any kind ofDebris removed you better call BIN THERE DUMP THAT. They are careful at drop off to make sure your property is protected and that the dumpster is placed in the most convenient location. The office always follows up and picks up promptly. These bins are a lifesaver for those big garage cleanouts, decluttering, and other home projects.
