Bought a new zero turn. Sales and financing was great. Have asked Kubota 3 times in 4 months to send a payment book. Was almost late on the first payment because of this. When you speak with anyone on the phone at financing they are rude and act like they just don’t care no matter how nice you try to be. I highly suggest not using them For financing as it will be a horrible experience.

Recently had some warranty work done on my Hustler Zero Turn, it did take a bit of time to get the work complete due to parts availability and there was a clerical error with some of the warranty paper work however Jonathan in service was able to get it all straightened out on the spot. Thanks again Jonathan for making what would have been a negative experience a positive one.

First of all, may wife and I are both foreigners who have been living in this country for years and this is the third state in which we are living in now. We both feel that some businessmen here prefer taking advantage of us, or treating us like two foreign idiots. But, sales of this dealership took care of us, I meant, their salesman, Taylor, he really helped us based on our requirements and budget. Unlike most sales, he didn’t throw us the most expensive model to us. Instead, he picked other two models and showed us the benefits of each model. In the whole procedure, there’s no pushing nor cheating. And their financing lady was awesome! The best financing! We even got the special financing offer!Comparing with the green one not far from this dealership, the orange one treats you like a friend who is seeking for help. The green one, I felt they just want to sell you a RR.

Great people. Fluent in Tractor Talk. You can tell they grew up with this equipment and I know some of them still have their own hobby farms, so their knowledge is from experience. They actually listen and figure out what you need for your setup, let you test drive it there, help you finance it. Cant recommend them enough!

I purchased a mower several years ago from this dealership. Over a month ago I called about a replacement part. The service desk informed me that part may be covered by Kubota because of the part was being replaced. After several days of being passed around the office the service manager btw after my calling informed me it would be covered and bring it in. That was a month ago in the meantime I continued to call to get a status. After several attempts the service finally called me back telling me they couldn’t start the mower and I needed a new carburetor btw it was starting fine when I took it there. The replacement part was for the deck. So after he informed me it was going to be 400.00 I told him to go ahead. That was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I called to talk to the general manager I had to leave a message at this time I still haven’t heard from a soul. I will never ever do any business with river valley again and btw I will make all my friends know. This could of been avoided if some would call me. I still don’t have my mower and I am having pay someone to do my lawn. Add that to 400.00.

River Valley Tractor in Bryant was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about their equipment. I gave them a five star because of there fast, courteous and knowledgeable service from the sales lot to the financing department. Everything was so easy. I’d recommend anyone to stop by and visit Jimmy Grasse and let him take care of you.

I only buy here when i need it immediately. They charge a shipping fee if they have to order your part. Then i pick it up from their store. Might as well buy it online & have it shipped to my house.

These guys are super knowledgable and can get you even hard to find parts for older equipment. The sales staff are not pushy and only want to see you find the right equipment to fill your need. Service after the sale is top-notch!The new store in Bryant is very nice and laid out well! I highly recommend them!

Was a waste of my time. Dave was a nice guy, but being nice doesnt get the job done. Sometimes you cant worry about the mule going blind. Just load the wagon. I showed up at the store bright and early to pick up my backhoe rental. Was told my ball was too small for their trailer.Had to go up the road to Walmart and buy a bigger ball. Then was told my receiver was too weak looking to pull his trailer. I had a lock on my receiver so I had to drive home to get the key to remove it so I could use one of theirs. On the way home to do this, I get a phone call that they would deliver it. But only could do it on Monday. I didnt get up bright and early on a Friday to receive a backhoe on a Monday. Rain is in the forecast, I need it now. So if youre on the schedule, forget about it with this place.

Got put in a tight spot desperately needing another mower with ours unexpectedly giving up on us. Go up here know exactly what my credit score is exactly what I needed for the promotion offered and I exceeded everything. Get a phone call waiting on them to process everything saying they cant do it. Well I simply asked why and I get told i will receive paperwork in ten days saying why when I need the mower now and know I have everything they require to have the lower.Terrible customer service, dont stand behind their promotions and Derrick doesnt want to sale obviously considering he give you no other option he just says you cant do it.

I stopped in to get a belt for the lawn mower. They are the authorized dealer. The guy quoted me a high price for the belt that wasnt in stock. The bill was $8 more than quoted for shipping. They are legal thieves. Run like hell

I have never in my life had an experience like what I had today. Sales rep Derrick Van Valkenburg at River Valley Tractor in Benton, AR all but ran me out of his office as I was asking him to transfer a lawn mower from another store so I could get the upgraded Kawaisaki engine. I was literally about to spend $5500, and he looked at me and told me he had another customer waiting. Obviously I wasn’t important enough, so I reported him to his sales manager and left. All he had to do was ask someone else to process my order. I really don’t know what to say. I have been in sales for 11 years now. I have never in my life experienced this. I’m blown away.Im currently sitting in the John Deere lobby waiting on them to process my new commercial grade John Deere lawn mower.

I don’t recommend this place for service work. I brought a hedge trimmer in for a tuneup & a new gas tank. 5 months & $275 dollars later it runs worse than before I brought it in. Only good thing is the gas tank doesn’t leak anymore. Will not be back.

My first encounter with the parts person I was.not impressed with his knowledge or help and he acted rude as if I was interrupting him. I came back later to another parts person and received the type of help I should have received during the first visit.

Rented a tractor to do some odd jobs around my place and put in a much needed culvert. Staff seemed to not give a care if i rented from them or not, like they were doing me a favor or something. Still had 3 hrs of run time i didnt use, and rinsed the tractor off after i finished the work. They still charged me for cleaning and or damage or wear and tear for $80 over the agreed price, wich was taken out of my deposit. Lesson learned. Will try another company next time.

I called the kubota company told them what I was looking for, they referred me to these clowns, so I called them up, after being on hold a few minutes I was told they would have parts call me back, I never received a call back, after an hour, so I called again an hour later, I get through to parts right away, after telling the person what I needed, I was told that they dont deal with starters for Diesel engines on industrial equipment, I told the person that I was referred by kubota, he then states they can get the parts its just not an easy thing to do? So I called kubota back and told them what happened, they said that the dealers have access to everything kubota makes, and the local dealer is either not trained properly or just not wanting to put forth the effort, so now Im going to spend my money buying online instead of doing business with a local company. And after I got off the phone with kubota the parts department at fiser called me. To little to late.
