We had a very negative experience with this company. We had an accident in another state and required a rental. The vehicle itself met our expectations. We had to travel six hours to return the vehicle. After those expenses, we were double charged for our part of the rental (after insurance). We were told that it was a hold on our account and would be removed in 3-5 days. We will never do business with Hertz again after they put us in such a bind. We tried to contact customer service for an hour and never talked to anyone. I would never recommend this company after our experience!

Omg the Hertz website shows cars available at other locations so you book yours right? Right!! When you arrive at the designated spot, theres no cars available. You will see cars on the parking lot however the boldface lie again is no cars available!!

These guys were very accommodating! Extremely professional! Unlike the LR-Rodney P site- the Bryant Hertz was amazing!!!!!!! They gave me the best car to drive. Answered my questions and called me to let me know the tags were going to expire. Perfect customer service! Use them! I didn’t regret it! Thank you Bryant Darren and staff!

Very unprofessional business, I’ve rented a car from them, the car was very dirty and the manager was very rude, looks like he only hires family and friends. I don’t recommend hertz anymore.
