Extremely happy with our new floors. The customer service was very good throughout the process and follow-up afterwards was great. I cant give enough praise to the quality work from Luis and Miguel laying the ceramic tile flooring. They arrived when they said they would and they worked around one of our family members who couldnt be moved due to their health. We thought we would have to wait for a later date but their patience and willingness to work with our needs made for a quality completion. We love our new Macadamia Nut Ceramic Tile floors!

We bought 1000.00 worth of tile for our kitchen. We put a few on the wall and it looked horrible. The tile was a designer tile. We bought 5 boxes. I asked it we could get store credit for the 4 unopened or send them back. The answer was no. So we are stuck with 4 boxes of awful tile. Ty yea we’re not helpful at all. Will never go back.

We were looking to have both our bathroom counters replaced and upgraded with granite counter tops. We really didnt know much about the different types of materials and options available even after going to 2 other stores in the BCS area. Patti with Design superstore walked us through all the products and options available with pricing. They were very professional and quick with installation for both counter tops. I will be going back when get the money to remodel my kitchen as well. Highly recommended.

It was truly a great experience. They had an amazing selection to choose from, and we got to mix and match to achieve the exact look we wanted. We took pieces home to make sure it looked good in our house. Jac worked with us the whole time to make sure we were happy. We had floors done in our entire house, new countertops and backsplash. Normally that would be atleast 2 different companies to coordinate with. Everything was so simple doing it all with Design Superstore. The project is complete and everything looks great, couldn’t be happier!

Greg was of great help picking out the flooring We went from ceramic tile to vinyl tile. I got an estimate from one store and Greg beat their price significantly. We knew there was going to be dust in the removal however Larry Palmer did his best to keep the dust to a minimum.Larry did an excellent job of installing the flooring mostly by himself due to his helper getting sick. We want to also thank Jack for his help as well. Highly recommend this store for flooring and installation.

I could not be happier with this company and the flooring! From the moment I walked into the store, they were all so very helpful, especially our sales rep. They were patient with me and helped me with any questions and gave great advice. Our house recently flooded which is why we needed new flooring and this company made everything so easy for us and made our home beautiful again! We chose tile flooring (wood plank look) in a few rooms and carpet in a couple others. They came when scheduled and finished up the job quicker than I expected, but did not sacrifice quality of work. We just purchased a house at the end of May and had a spare bedroom and master closet that had concrete floors that we needed to cover. We went in to the store and Jac was very knowledgeable about their products and the different options for us. We went through several different options, from matching the laminate flooring that is in the rest of the house, to carpet, and we ended up going with the carpet he recommended for us in both rooms and we love it! He actually had someone go out and measure our whole house because we indicated we would definitely be changing the flooring throughout the house eventually, which is why we decided to go with carpet for now since it was cheaper and we plan to change all of it in a couple of years anyway. He sent us the quotes for wood flooring and vinyl flooring options in the whole house, which gives us a good idea of what well be spending when the time comes. He got us scheduled for the carpet installation and within a couple of weeks we had our new carpet! Overall Jac was very helpful and great to work with, and well be going back to him when were ready to install all new flooring!

Ive never been treated with more respect in a store of this sort in my life. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and within 10 seconds or so I was greeted by an employee. The selection was on par and they had exactly what I needed. I look forward to working with them again.

I had a problem with a shower leak and went to Jac for assistance. He came out, looked at the shower and gave me all the options to get it fix. He was very detailed in explaining pros and cons and all the options I had. I went with Design Superstore and Jac was supportive and called routinely to check on progress and if I had any questions. I have been very pleased with the work done and the customer service provided.

Very happy with the flooring purchased with Jacs help. He helped me decide on the best floor for my needs. We used our own installer, but the Mannington flooring we chose is great.

We bought laminate flooring and they installed it. Very poor flooring. If the slightest water gets on it the floor buckles at the seams. We have contacted them several times and they have done nothing about it. They were supposed to get with the factory but never called us back. I suggest to anyone to stay away from this business.

This was the letter I had to write the owner Keith about the disgusting experience my wife and I had at this so called Superstore, everything is true, exactly how it happened, BEWARE!!!!!!Dear Keith,I’m not the type of person to complain,,,,, But I can’t let this slide without you the “owner” knowing what happened to my wife and I yesterday from out of your Bryan Superstore Discount Floors.My wife and I saved our hard earned money for two years for new carpet, we were carful on where to buy and out of many local carpet stores we bought and paid for carpet and flooring from your Bryan Discount Floor store. We spent approx.. $2400.00. this was in mid-January this year of 2015.Yesterday my wife was home for lunch and she gets a call from Mike Barnes at the Superstore in Bryan. Using an obnoxious voice and attitude he proceeds to tell my wife we didn’t pay for the carpet “lie”, and says he’s been trying to contact us for three weeks, also “lie”, we have caller ID and I went back to January 1rst in our caller ID records and there were no calls from your Superstore. As you can only imagine this upset my wife tremendously. As she’s trying to digest this rude phone call from your employ he takes it up a notch and says he’s going to personally come to our residence and “rip the carpet out himself”, yes you heard me correctly, he threatened my wife of 23 years that he’s coming into our home and rip up the carpet out.She tried to explain to him that we paid cash and check and the check had cleared and she has proof. Barnes wants nothing to do with this because of course he thinks he right and wants a fight. After he got his facts right he found out that we indeed paid you and owed your store nothing…..When the call came in on our caller ID, her first thought was “how nice the carpet Superstore is calling to make sure we are happy with their product and called to thank us, boy were we surprised.So what do we want? “Nothing” Why did I write you? To make you aware that we were and still are extremely pissed off about what happened to my wife and I. After saving our money for carpet and just starting to enjoy the carpet, this really took the wind out of our sails on our new purchase.

I did a project at my house and Jac Coleman at Design Superstore helped make it a painless process. I replaced all the flooring in my downstairs and got a new kitchen. Jac was great to work with. He helped me choose new tile, granite countertop and a tile backsplash. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions about the materials that were used. I had a lot of moving parts on the project and Jac was wonderful with scheduling. The crews were there when Jac said they would be and they all did great work! Jamie and his group did a fantastic job on the removal of the old tile and installation the new tile; and the group from Waco that installed the granite countertop were top notch - it is beautiful and the seams are virtually invisible. I could not be happier with the result. I will definitely be back to work with Jac and Design Superstore on my next project.

Do not use this company in Bryan. We have had our carpet torn out for a month and today was the day their guys were supposed to show up and no one is coming!! They have no control over the people they use because they are all subcontractors. Who knows when they will appear! Stay away and use someone else!!
