I was pleased with the inspection, explanation and service provided. The technicians were friendly and thorough in performing their duties.

Terminix is great, been using them for over 10 years. Chad is a great tech and always takes care of everything, including being on time.

I was scheduled for a service on a Saturday between 8a and 12p. Not only did they not show up but I never even received a courtesy call and it was rescheduled for 2 weeks out and I wasnt given that information either. I called and spoke with customer service and they said there were no notes in their system indicating why it was rescheduled. Completely unprofessional! They tried getting me rescheduled but I wont use a business with such poor etiquette 👎🏻

Put a white powder poison on our covered front door step. When I asked why the technician said it would wash away and it would provide protection. It’s a covered porch. Same thing in different areas. Hopefully they will fix this and soon.

I have never dealt with a more unorganized extermination company. I was having a problem with ants. I did my research and decided to go with Terminix. They were cheaper and offer complimentary sprayings, should you need them between quarterly treatments. That is where the good news ends.The first guy came out sprayed everything, and treated the house then left. He was there about 20 or 30 minutes. He gave me his card with number and email, should I need additional treatment. After a week, the ant problem was about the same. I called the local Terminix sites, only to be told the number is not working. So, I called customer service. They were apologetic and set up an appointment over the phone.The following day, my home security picked up someone at my home. I looked to see a Terminix tech at my front door. The tech then called me, he inquired why I was not home for my appointment. I informed him of the correct date, that was posted on my account. He claimed that he was told to come out today. He asked if anything could be done outside, since he was already there, and I was not home. I told him the problem. He inquired about the last techs work, then claimed he did not do everything I had paid for. He went on, explaining how he was attempting to get the other tech fired for some time. How he had to complete all his contracts because the other tech did them incorrectly. I found this to be super inappropriate to tell a customer. He then said he would do everything outside that day, then return on my appointment day for the interior of my home. He did nothing. He returned to his vehicle and left. I did receive a notice on my account he was there though, as if he did something.I called customer service to inquire about the last phone call, as to why it was added as a completed treatment. They simply said I miss understood and it was my first treatment. They informed me this was registered as my first appointment. When I informed them that it was not, they said “we have no contact with the local office. There must be a mix up.” They did; however, confirm my make up appointment for the next week.The day before the appointment, I received a call from the tech. It was a reminder of my appointment the next day. The appointment time came and went. No one showed up. I called customer service again. They claimed to call a manager, to have them reach out to me. So, today I am canceling my contract with Terminix.In the meantime, I had purchased a spray can of Raid from the store. It worked much better than whatever Terminix used. It also only cost $8 rather than the recurring $150 quarterly from Terminix.

No pests. Works great

They refuse to give paperwork proving they serviced our home, for the next home owners because we are selling our house I would never recommend them to anyone even if my life depends on it

My grandma has had them come out MANY times the past few months to fix an inside wasp issue and all they’ve done is come out with some Walmart cans and sprayed outside. She’s made it very clear that they are still getting inside the house and they just do not care.I’ve come to live with her for a little bit and assumed she was just being dramatic, but there are about 5 a day which is weird considering every time they come out “the issue has been resolved” this is just really ridiculous.

The service is always right on time and very thorough. The technician calls to let you know how far out they are and they call the moment they are through. The technician that visits my home even locks the door when he leaves. The service is always great.

Tterminix has always taken excellent care of our Property. We would like a lower rat now as we are seniors n live on a very tight income.Ty

We have relied on Terminix for our home for 13 years with excellent service. We live in the Houston area, on a bayou; and we are able to enjoy our yard with our dog without worrying about fleas or mosquitoes. Would not do without them.

My Terminix associate, ( Klay Beach), is very good at what he does. He works with me on rescheduling ( if necessary), and working around my dogs. I really like him.

Klay the technician always lets us know ahead of time when he is coming. He is always on time. He does an excellent job, is very professional, never leaves a mess and explains what he found and what he did.

Things were rocky in the beginning- things are rocking in the beginning felt like there was a lack in communication but Chris was quick to clarify and make sure we understood everything. Our tech- Josh is very friendly and has kept open communication with us! We appreciate the work you guys do, thank you!

We can easily notice the difference in and around our house after the service was performed. We found our representative Ethan to be very professional. We did however need to contact customer service to initiate the three (3) credits due for the referrals we provided. Seems that should have happened without my involvement.Thank you,John

We were told the man was here and we were not home. We were home and he was Not here. I have turned this in to the toll free number several times, finally they told me Chris Blythe would call me, he did, said he would check on it and call me back, HE HAS NOT, he does not answer his phone, I leave a message and he has never called me back, it has been a month and we have heard nothing, we are totally pissed off, we are ready to take this further action if we get no satisfaction, our lawyer recommended we send this to you first, I await your attention to this promptly.

Wonderful service. Prompt feedback after online request for info. Gave a flat price right away, very straightforward without any fuss but not pushy. Quaranteed us a solution with our main concerns...crazy ants and and some sightings of field mice. Was looking to compare prices so I said id call back. Orkin had HORRIBLE customer service and couldnt give me a price. They wanted to schedule a consultation to come out and bid based on where i lived, size of my house, and the price varied based on the issues I had. They said rodents cost more becuase I live in the cou try and they couldnt guarantee getting rid of crazy ants, which was my main concern. Checked my email later and I had received a coupon for $50 off if I called terminix back same day so I did. They were pleasant and scheduled the visit for the very next day. The technician, Tony, was very professional, pleasant, and informative. The crazy ants in the house was the worst case he said he had ever seen if that tells you anything about how desperate we were. They covered ALL floors all over my house...literally millions of them and they seemed to appear overnight out of nowhere. It was awful. It was such a HUGE relief to get immediate results. The guarantee was a giant bonus and what ultimately sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be calling again and I will recommend Terminix to my neighbors. Thank you very much.

I would give it no stars if that was an option.A Terminix sales man came to our home soliciting there special services there were offering in our neighborhood. We signed up to have them come out on a Tuesday from 5 -7. Tuesday arrives and about 8:30 still no service man. At 9 pm I call the 800 number, they state the man is on the way. It is 9PM at night, we have work the next day, I declined the service for that night and told them in the service man showed up he would be turned away. I was told to call back the next day to reschedule the service. I HAD to call to fix their mistake. I was reluctant to, but I did. I called back spoke to representative and schedule the service for the following Monday, once again Terminix was a NO SHOW! I was livid. I called the 800 number again only to be told by Harvey that it was my fault I never made an appt. and then he laughed at me. I could get no where with them finally just hung up the phone. Dont solicit your service if you can not handle it. I WILL NEVER do business with Terminix.

I was very disappointed in Terminix for rodent control. I had a very extreme case of rodent infestation. I cannot comment on any other pest control. There were multiple times where my appointments were re-scheduled with less than 12 hours notice. This was possibly due to the automated appointment service. When a technician did arrive, the appointments did nothing to assess or address the pest issue. It took weeks for traps to actually be set. My time was not valuable (I missed over 30 hours of work) and no one took responsibility for missing appointment times or for miscommunication between technicians. Ultimately, I resolved the rodent issue with traps on my own.

The worst my parents home is infested with small roaches techs claimed they came several times and no one was home when my parents were always there. Called them throughout the month to notify them the roaches got worse and they claimed it would take a couple of weeks before we would see improvements they lied. I asked for the the 30 day refund they stated they would send some one else to take care of the issues and habe not seen them yet. Still waiting for a call as the issues has been worse. When did show up they were here for 5 min the first day and thats been all. They are the worst if so I would recommend another pest control company dio not waste your time or money.
