Stuck to the appointment time. It meant a lot to me that they were honest with clients coming in, saying they were booked and couldn’t get them squeezed in. So many salons will make you sit and wait because they don’t want to turn away a customer but then quality suffers. Amy did a great job and my nails still look fresh almost two weeks later!

Went to two other salons. Both had ridiculous waits. Im so glad they did, because it let me discover this gem. No wait, small and quiet salon. Friendly staff, very professional. And great prices!! Left with purdy toes and maximum relaxation. Will definitely return!!

The salon is under new management which made me worried because I loved Steve but I tell you Adan is the best nail tech ever!! I loved Steve and his company but it’s easier to part now meeting Adan. I always had issues with getting the shape I wanted because I did not want long coffin nails But Adan made it happen for me. I love my nails and it was a great price. Most definitely will continue going to nail topia!

I dropped by one day without an appointment. They took me right away. Very friendly staff and now is my place to go.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! I went to get my nails done because this place use to always to a good job with acrylics for very affordable, plus the owner was always so nice. I make an appointment and go in as normal, I then chose a soft pink then new owner (who was doing my nails) told me I should choose a different color because pink was too plain. I said I liked the pink and the entire time I felt huge pressure not to do pink and ended up doing a different color that HE LIKED. It was a blue which I ended up not liking, and the entire time he talked about how good he was at nails and the different styles he could do, which is great but I just wanted my nails all one color nothing crazy. He also talked down about the previous owner which irritated me because I personally really liked Steve. When it came to length I asked for my nails to be just long enough to do the coffin shape (so fairly short because I find it hard to do everyday things with long nails), he then cut them and they were EXTREMELY long and I asked him to do shorter and he cut the tiniest amount of so I said no a lot shorter he just cut a tiny amount again, this repeated a couple more times and he told me that longer is better and them left them the length and continued the acrylic process. By this point I was so annoyed and ready to leave I did not care anymore. When the nails were finished they were not badly done but definitely not the best, and to my surprise I was charged more than double what I normally paid with old management, and I was unaware of the price increase because there are no signs or pamphlets of prices. Not happy at all with the new management and will not return. Much better places in the BCS area!

Excellent job on my solar nails. John did exactly like I asked and for once someone actually made them the correct length!!! Id go somewhere else for a pedicure if you like a strong massage.The employees are very nice and accommodating and I will absolutely be back :)

I have been going to this nail spa for a couple of months and have been completely satisfied. Steve and Liz are the sweetest couple. Steve’s work is beautiful and he strives for perfectionism. He is very enjoyable to chat with.

Steve and his wife are amazing. Very friendly, fast, and affordable. So many other places over charge you and do a horrible job. Steve is consistent. He works by appointment, so call a couple days in advance.

I walked in to almost empty place. I was asked to wait 15 minutes and finally got to sit at a dirty booth. The lady slapped the polish on in less than 10 minutes to charge $30. Ive seen 8 year old get a better manicure for $10. Very disappointing.

If I could give a 0star I would. This is a very unsanitary salon. They do not use liners in their basin. I did not see them clean the pedicure basin after a lady left or before the next custome used it. Everything was dirty. I would not recommend Nail Topia Spa.

The massage was good, and the nail job was good.... but my legs were left very oily and the back of my feet were still cracked and still alil rough... probably will not go back...

I like this place. Rosa takes good care of me. However, I made an appointment and was made to wait while walk ins were serviced first.

This place has really gone down hill, but what aggravates me the most is the lady doing my nails could care less about me. She did such a sloppy job and all she cared about was going to tsrget right after she was done with me. Also very unsanitary, the place is so unclean and messy I couldnt relax. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I went with a friend yesterday to get our nails done here. My sns was horrible and I’m not a complainer. My nails are so thick and stacked they hurt, my nails were supposed to be red and they are orange, and a nails cracked today already. My sns usually lasts about 3 weeks and I can’t wait to get this off when I have time. I had to go back and get the top coat fixed as soon as I saw them outside of the salon. The shellac they put on top my my sns was pealing within hours. Everyone was super nice but the quality sucks and I’m out $40 bucks.

My friend told me to go here for my wedding and I have been a customer ever since. Steve is awesome and I wouldnt trust anywhere else to do my nails!!!

Lady was done with my pedi in 15 minutes . I had to ask her to cut my cuticles. She barely filed my toe nails and looked like a kid painted my nails. Never again.

I went in for a pedicure and the guy working there hardly massaged my feet and legs. And my toes looked OK afterwards. Couldve done better, for sure. And after a week, the paint began to chip off! And they were wayyy too expensive. $30 for a crappy pedicure! Never going back there again.

I always leave happy! Appointments advised. :)

Went for powder nails, soaking bowl was chipped, three different people worked with me,and they didnt know how to top coat my nauls, its peeling. Wont go back.
