Joke of a company, wife works in packaging line. She witnessed a woman get assaulted by one of the feeder man workers. Guy named Franky was working aggressively and woman tapped on his shoulder to see if he was okay and he turned around and hit her. For some reason he was able to finish the day instead of getting automatically terminated like any professional company. To my understanding he continued to work in an aggressive manner the rest of the day and possibly putting other people at risk.

This visit was much more pleasant than usual. Im a truck driver, I usually pick a load of out of Sanderson Farms/ Bryan once a week. I usually dread picking up loads from Sanderson Farms / Bryan. But today the older African American woman with light skin tone was there, she was very friendly. Most of the time I pick a load the ladies at shipping office are very rude. They act like the drivers are bothering them.

Every time I come here (always for drop and hooks), there is a problem. The lady from shipping has a bad attitude problem. They want you to call in order to check in. I kept calling and the lady simply said, call back in 5 minutes and she’d hang up. I called 4 times, and it was the same thing each time. I walked up to the shipping office and tried to check in, I was told that I had to call in order to check in. I explained that I had been attempting to do so but I’s get hung up each time. I finally gave up and simply called dispatch, they were able get me checked in. I went to get my paperwork and she simply tossed the paperwork my way and didn’t even say a word. I asked where I needed to sign and she just pointed. I grabbed my paperwork and left.

An appointment here is meaningless. Count on 6 to 10 hours after the set appointment. Portapotties. The instructions with regard to their process is lacking.

By far one of the worst hiring process my husband has been through. The people in charge of the drug testing department at Sanderson Farm in Bryan, Tx are unprofessional and lack important information for the UA process. My husband came in to do his UA for a job he was hired for at Sanderson Farm. The employee who is in charge of the UA’s on April 8th FAILED TO tell my husband to stay in a designated place or he would be disqualified. I called the HR department and they would not take my call or explain to me the process or apologize for the miscommunication. VERY disappointed in the hiring process for such a large company.. makes you wonder how the production of this company runs...CARELESS EMPLOYEES WHO FAIL TO DO THEIR JOB!!!!

Hi Sanderson Farms, I hope that the owner of this company sees my message because I want to make a complaint to the mere owner and tell him that the company is probably 100% Natural as he says but the staff that works where it is checked are the worst that you can find in Texas apart the charges last a long time to deliver them to the chauffeurs. They last Up to 5 to 10 hours to deliver them how disappointing is this please Sanderson Farms if you see this message put order or change personnel this is true ... I thought all the people from the guard to the scale attendant to the shipping office staff were top notch. Very friendly and professional. My only negative was the employees feeling the speed limit didn’t apply to them and some practiced for their upcoming nascar race

Horrible place, smells wretched and concrete has a gease coat which makes it slippery. Turkey vultures near live chickens.

They hire and fire quick. Watch your attendance and keep to yourself. They can keep you way past your time, but youre late they just get your badge like you aint nothing. You wont be treated like a human being depending on the supervisor. Its strictly business and for some favoritism.

Loads never ready on time, yard jockeys keep telling you your bobtails parked in the wrong location. Then try to get you to Park in the dirt off the concrete after 2 days of rain in the mud, dont think so.. just another example of a billion dollar company that doesnt know how to spend their resources to make the system goes smooth and have a staging area for bobtails. I think a few $50 signs telling you where you want people to park would help in stop upsetting the yard jockeys from telling people to constantly move day after day.

1 pm appointment. Loaded at 11 pm. Bring your foot long subway. They dont feed even after holding u 10 hours :-( oh ya by the way this place smells like chicken. Of course...duhh its chicken farm

Slow! If you have a pick up at this location, be sure you have plenty of hours remaining on your clock. Delays of five or more hours are not uncommon. There is no drivers lounge nor restroom facilities. The trailer drop lot is small and real tight. The city of Bryan forbids parking in just about every place so once you do get your load you have to plan on finding a place to park if you are close to being out of hours.

Easy job and easy money... you just have to be use to working in the cold... like all jobs there is alot of good and bad ... but it is a good job ..

This place is the worst in my two years career as a truck driver. Very un-organized, no communications, unprofessional and really laid-back employees. Took 15 hours just to get loaded. After scaled it, it turned out to be overweight and it took another 12 hours for them just to get some weights off, and an employee even suggested for me to drive illegally. Companys managements from top to bottom failed big time! It will be the last time driving for this shipper. Good luck drivers...drive safely and stay humble.

Worst place Ive picked up a load at. Bald dude with glasses hates his job in the office and its rude to everyone. The yard jockey acts like a little baby. Apparently he didnt like the fact that I didnt look at him while he was staring at me. He wanted me to move, which I did he thought staring me down would help than when I went in the office he was in there. He asked me if I was the driver outside. Obviously I said yes. I proceeded to ask is there a reason why you ask. He told me that most people just dont move. Hmmm. I wonder why because you stare at people. And expect them to read your mind. SPEAK WITH YO CHEST yard jockey ha. Ive been waiting for over ten hours to get a pre loaded trailer. This place is a joke. If you run a business have a bit of professionalism. The only good part was the security,good people, and friendly.

Overweight every single time i come here. Not their fault though, the customer doesnt know how to order product. Parking spaces can be difficult but the docks are easy. Scale onsight, friendly staff, and they let you in no matter how early you arrive for your appointment

Ive been here over 14 hours and still not loaded. I just found out they loaded part of my load on another trailer which is already gone. The supervisor tried lying to me but a guy on the dock told me the truth. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. How does a person get to that position? Im tired of picking up here, they are always disfunctional.

My neighbor raises Sanderson farm turkeys he wont eat them cause of stuff they put in the feed and water. That says alot when the farmers wont eat what they raise.

When I was a supervisor I have to say that the superattendan use to say to us to get rid of people that seemed like they werent gonna be any good, troublemakers and people that were going to the nurses office to much or complained

It was cold and favoritism runs the plant.if you try to advance in your career they will hold you back and give it to soneone with less experience.they are very discrimative ,and refuse to answer questions about segrating different groups.i had been there over 2 yrs and been grabbed by male employees,and reported it and nothing had been done but to fire me.i dont recommend working here.inless you want to be insulted
